Ichiban, showing the signs of a true genius at a young age. Started academy training normally at the age of 4, but graduated at the age of 6, two years later ,already knowing all the academy had to teach. His team was signed up to the chunin exam when he was 7 and Ichiban was expected to win. However, he never got the chance to participate.Because of the mysterious Uchiha wipeout 12 years ago. Where all Uchiha was wiped out, Ichiban was presumed dead untill two years ago, when he walked into konoha with Kawoto Jin. ANBU never got any information out of him, he has proved trusyworthy to leaf and is looked upon as a rolemodell for alot of young shinobi. But still what people would call an "enigma". Uchiha Ichiban has been squad leader of one genin squad(Former squad 1). In that squad two are dead and one is missing. There is no more background information. At the age of 21 Ichiban was offered the title of Hokage, after having proven to safe Konoha and the people of Fire country countless of times. However, this was not his path and he left the village to fulfill his destiny. Ichiban is now worldwide known as the best selling artist with his band "the bananas" (Jin kawoto picked the name. . ). PersonalitySomething has made Ichiban somewhat emotionless. He has been called cold blooded and he reffers to his own heart as an "Icebox". He carries a little black book with him, where he writes down the names of his victims. This book holds today a totall of 3534 names or aliases in it. When Ichiban first arrived leaf, 10 years since the last time- He was closed in and distant to the people. The Hokage and ANBU made him prime suspect of the Uchiha killings, calling him in for a interrigation. This never sat well with Ichiban and the reason the current kage of leaf Kyousei "Koko" Kokorozashi was hospitalized for a month. However, he was never charged due to unknown reasons. Ichiban is somewhat a snob, he's arrogant, rich and handsome. Having many fangirls and three fanclubs in leaf! Ichiban on the other hand finds himself bothered by the many amounts of girls, thinking nothing much of them. The few who actually have gotten Ichiban to talk to them finds him hard to get to know, he doesnt talk much to people unknown to him. Kawoto Jin on the other hand states that Ichiban is the most goofy and high spirited person ever, this not beeing seen by any others than him and taking Jin's reputation into considerations. The part about Ichi beeing goofy and high spirited is most likely a rumor. The current Hokage Jiashi describes Ichibans personality as "Distant, but with good reasons" and that "He has a barrier that blocks emotions around him, and that its hardt to break it." AppearanceIchiban has natural black hair, his hairstyle is half long and is ruffled in a natural manner, hanging to his side's touching his cheekbones. The rest if ruffled in a spiky manner in what seems like it was randomly fixed. His eyes highlights his face, beeing perfectly oval shaped and dreamy brown, he often gets compliments concering his good looks, especially his eyes. His skin is smooth, with no bumps or spots. He usually has a slight tan, this comes from the fact that he usually trains in only a shorts. He's taller then usual boy's and men his age, standing 188cm (6,1 feet) and build in a muscular way. He seems to be in the greatest shape whitch also indicated that he most likely is adept in taijutsu, beeing perfectly build for it. His clothing style is somewhat fancy compared to other shinobi, wearing imported quality clothes whitch he sends to a custom tailor with a sketch on how he wants it. This is something he's been doing the last years after the sudden increase in wealth. Ichiban is usually wearing quality slim fit shirts and a quality set of pants whitch he folds up to his knee's, his shirt will also be tucket in and button's up to make his muscular chest slightly visable. His shirt sleeve are buttoned together with their inner sides by a custom uchiha symbol button. He also wear black quality leather gloves to enchant his grip and further his look. He uses shinobi shin guards in metallic silver with a konoha emblem on the top of each shin guard. Under his shinguards he keeps his shin and feet wrapped around in ninja wraps.He wears a belt that has a silver lionhead belt buckle. He uses black and white sneakers, whitch he self states are "made for running and moving". On his forearm he has a seal that spells "guitar", this is visable when his shirt sleeves are folded neatly up, this happens when its a hot day. Ichiban is also seen wearing a cardigan or even a blazer sometimes over his shirt on cold nights. He also regularly switches between White shirt/white pants and Black shirt/black pants. Ichiban is known throughout fire country as the "most handsome guy around", this beeing seen in extreme manner with the girls around his own age whom some even tend to stalk him. AbilitiesIchibans abilities are wide and strong. He knows well over a thousend jutsu whom he has most of them copied with his sharingan. Ichiban has not been seen fighting by many, but the Hokage also states that he is "undefeated and has never lost a battle". He is said to be a master of elements and chakra concentration, knowing all types of combat and even sealing, forbidden and hidden jutsu. He is also said to be the fastest shinobi alive in current time. -The rest of the information is moved to ANBU and classified with a S-ranked authority level- "You find some pictures hidden deeper inside the file cabinet, probally placed there by local fangirls" "Uchiha Ichiban age 16, after the final creation of his nenshou kage moie (burning shadow lance)" "Uchiha Ichiban age 17 in his prettyboy pose" "Uchiha Ichiban age 18 "On the left side Jin Kawoto age 19, on the right side Uchiha Ichiban age 19" "All who have acess to the leaf libery and the official ninja information can read this" (Meaning this is what you know from my char bio IC aswell)

Shining Dragon Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The User molds the light around them to form a large terrifying dragon, similar to the snake dragon. The user then launches it forwards at an opponent with its mouth wide open. It sounds like a train as it heads towards the target. PvP Effect: Deals 5d6, Unblockable
-Ripples of Light Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user spins rapidly in a circle, sending out bursts of chakra that bends light and sends it out toward their opponents in a beautiful, and deadly display. PvP Effect: Deals 2d10 damage to 6 opponents. (Unblockable)
-Armor of Light Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8+2 per round maintained Description: The User molds light around their bodies to form translucent armor. The Armor itself seems like a simple illusion, unable to hold back physical damage, but it severely reduces the effect of ninjutsu. PvP Effect: Gives the user 4 DR vs ninjutsu, last for 1d6 rounds.
-Triple Flash Blast Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user spreads their hands and gathers chakra between them, the chakra forms into three solid orbs of pure light that flash brightly on contact, all three orbs can be thrown all at one person or at up to three people. PvP Effect: Each orb does 1d6 damage, so one person would receive 3d6 damage while three people would receive 1d6 etc etc. rp accordingly. In addition each orb does -2 to rolls for 1d4/2 rounds (minimum of 1 round) Note: Uses dex to throw and the -’s to rolls do not stack, no matter how many times a person is hit with the orbs they will only ever receive -2.
-Single Flash Strike Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: B Cp: 10 Description: The user points their hand up into the air, gathering light and chakra to coat their hand, before rushing their opponent and slamming it into them, as the air around the impact whistles and the chakra bursts in a dazzling flash. PvP Effect: Rank Damage + 1d10.
-Blinding Aura Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user focuses their chakra throughout their network, projecting a aura of blazing light through their pores, the light can be altered at will and any shade on the spectrum. PvP Effect: +4 to defense rolls for 1d6 rounds due to blinding light.
-Falling Pillars of Light Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The user forms multiple pillars of light above a few targets, looking similar to the Aurora Borealis, before the pillars come crashing down on the targets. PvP Effect: Can Crush up to 1d4+1 targets. Dealing 1d20+3d4 damage to each.
-Speed of Light Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The User spreads their chakra out into the surrounding area, as thin wisps of light wrap gently around the limbs of the user and their allies, boosting their speed and trailing their movements like the tails of a comet. PvP Effect: Can hasten all allies, including the user giving them +3 to DEX rolls for 1d6 rounds.
-Flashing Arrows Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: Furthering the Heaven's Arrow Jutsu, the user forms multiple Javelins made of light in the air above everyone on the battle field. Light rains from the sky as the javelins fall like a horde of arrows, piercing their targets. PvP Effect: Deals 3d10 damage to 1d4 targets. (Note: Heaven's Arrow Must be known.)
-Burning Light Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The user, utilizing their skills in both Fire and Light elements, they mix their two chakra together into their hands. They then raise their hands up, as stars appear and fall down like snow. As they hit the ground, they all simultaneously burst, causing the area to erupt in blazes. PvP Effect: Can affect 1d4 + 2 people, the targets take 3d6 damage + 1d8 damage for 1d4/2 rounds, if blocked the flares from the jutsu cause a -2 to rolls for 1d4 rounds (Requires: Light and Fire element.)
-Dragon vs Tiger Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: Creates a Giant Snow Tiger to destroy a "Dragon jutsu", Ice rains down and cuts up the Dragon jutsu user. PVP Effect: Used only to block Dragon jutsu "IE: Water Dragon, Fire Dragon, Ice Dragon" If successful the blocked user takes 1d20 from falling Ice shards. NOTE: When used, this is a BLOCK, not a counter.
-Frozen Rain Technique Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: Causes a sheet of ice to rise up and burst, raining ice on the targets in the area, the shards slice and cut into their skin PvP Effect: 1d20 to all in the area who fail the save. Undodgable.
-Wolf Fang Avalanche Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: Giant ice Wolves run down at the user's target, and bite, and rip at them. The wolves are about 3x that of a human. PVP Effect: 2d8 + 1d6.
-White Whale Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: Giant Ice Whale rises up and crashes on the user's target. PVP Effect: 3d10 damage. (Must be near water)
-Black Dragon Blizzard Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: A giant black dragon made of snow with red eyes, shoots out and slams into the User's target consuming and tossing them into the air. PvP Effect: 1d20 + 2d8.
-Ice Shard Hail Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: Shoots a barrage of ice shards at the target ripping them to shreds with the ice blast as the shards are as sharp as razor blades. PvP Effect: 1d20+2d4 damage to the target.
-Greater Snow Creation Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: Uses the Atmosphere to create a snow storm the snow can be used for jutsus temporarily. PvP Effect: Creates enough Snow for S-Rank and down Ice jutsu for 3d4 rounds.
-Dual Dragon Blizzard Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: Makes Two black dragons of which the eyes and mouths are glowing red, they are made out of snow. They fly into the air and spiral, creating a huge black blizzard. Hitting everyone in the area besides the caster. PvP Effect: Deals 2d20 to 1d6 targets not including the user *Unblockable*Shadow Jutsu
-Art of the Shadow Strike: Black Comet Blast Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: C Cp: 6 Description: The user's hands become engulfed in dark chakra, and the user does a two hit combo, one punch to the stomach and one uppercut. PvP Effect: Rank damage +1d8.
-Art of the Shadow Strike: Fall of the Sparrow Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The user appears above the target as it rises through the air, and sends several chakra infused kicks down at the target. The target is then given one final kick, sending them spiraling back to the ground. PvP Effect: Rank damage +1d8. If Art of the Shadow Strike: Dark Flight was used and successfully hit last round, this jutsu deals an extra 1d6 dmg.
-Blade of Darkness Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The user creates a blade of shadows to be wielded. PvP Effect: the blade does 2d8 damage for 1d8 rounds.
-Shadow Dragon Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user molds the dark element to form a large gaping mouthed dragon. It is known as one of the larger dragons of all of the dragon jutsus, with very frightening features. PvP Effect: Deals 5d6, Unblockable
-Dark Ravens Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user creates a shadow-raven which flies at the target, viciously attacking them. PvP Effect: 3d8 damage (Undodgeable).
-Back Stab Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user creates a copy of the target's ally in the place the user is standing, confusing the target on who to attack. PvP Effect: The user rolls 1d4 and for that time period, the victim must roll a 1d6, If it is even, they attack the user, if it is odd, they attack their ally.
-Heavy Feathers Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The Victim sees a multitude of feathers stick to their body, making them feel much heavier. PvP Effect: -1d4 to all rolls for 1d4 turns.
-Art of the Shadow Strike: Meteor Shower Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: B Cp: 10 Description: The user sends a flurry of Chakra infested punches at the victim. PvP Effect: Rank damage +1d10.
-Art of the Shadow Strike: Predator's Call Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user rockets down with insane speed at the target, continuing their movement with a chakra infused, downward kick. PvP Effect: If hit, the opponent is smashed into the ground and is unable to move for a round but can still block. (STR) Does rank damage + 1d10 + 1d6. If Art of the Shadow Strike: Fall of the Sparrow was used and successfully hit last round, this jutsu deals an extra 1d8 dmg.
-Black Feather Barrage Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The user crosses their arms in front of their chest in an "x". They focus chakra to the underside of their arm and then forcefully open their arms, sending a barrage of shadowy razor sharp feathers at the target. PvP Effect: 3d10 damage.
-Dark Spear Strike Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The user gathers chakra in both hands as well as their mouth, sending a blast from each location at up to 3 Targets. PvP Effect: It is 1d10 Damage per blast, so if all 3 go to one person, it is 3d10 damage to that person. If it is split up to 3 people, it is 1d10 to each. if their are 2 people targeted, one gets 2d10 and the other gets 1d10.
-Shadow Feather Form Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The victim sees all those around them as half human- half raven creatures, a frightening and distracting sight. PvP Effect: -4 to all rolls for 1d6 turns.
-Wings of Shadow Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The victim sees themselves encased by two dark wings, Refusing to let them move. PvP Effect: The victim cannot move for 1d8 rounds, or until hit.
-Art of the Shadow Strike: Black Hole Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: A Cp: 15 Description: The user focuses obscene amounts of chakra to their hands and feet, striking a single spot on the victim repeatedly. PvP Effect: Rank damage + 2d8.
-Art of the Shadow Strike: Dark Burial Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The user sends a barrage of dark punches down at the immobilized victim, finishing with a Destructive last punch. PvP Effect: Rank damage + 3d8 and the victim is stunned for one more round(or until hit). If Art of the Shadow Strike: Predator's Call was used and successfully hit last round, this jutsu deals an extra 1d10 dmg.
-Shadow Transformation Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: The user begins to grow black feathers all over their body, and their fingers and toes become talon-like. PvP Effect: They gain a +4 to all rolls for 1d6+1 rounds.
-Land of Fallen Feathers Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: The victim sees themselves in a sea of feathers, restricting their ability to move quickly. but they can still see their target and their allies. PvP Effect: -5 to all rolls for 1d6 rounds
-Art of the Shadow Strike: Raven's Killing Swoop Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: S Cp: 18 Description: The user jumps into the air, and then dives at the target, chakra engulfing the user's body, in an attempt to smash into the target with great force. PvP Effect: Rank damage + 3d4 + 2d6 + 1d8 + 1d10 to the target. If Art of the Shadow Strike: Dark Burial was used and successfully hit last round, this jutsu deals an extra 2d6 dmg. However, the strain from the jutsu gives the user a -2 to rolls for 1d4 rounds. Genjutsu Techniques
-Mental Pain Technique Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user performs a short series of handseals before he tries to ensnare the opponent in a Genjutsu, this Genjutsu causes extreme pain inside the opponents body, rendering the unable to fight for a duration. PvP Effect: 1d6 stun until hit
-Blur Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: After a series of handseals the user claps his hands together, seemingly creating a wave of distortions that spread troughtout the air, causing problems whenever the target triest to attack. PvP Effect: -3 to all attack rolls for 1d4 rounds. No stun.
-Cold Fang Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: With the use of chakra the user creates an illusion of a giant wold made of ice bitting down on its target, the deadly cold freezing their limbs and making it harder and harder to move. PvP Effect: 1d4 rounds of stun and 1d4 cp drain per round, after released from the Genjutsu the victim suffers a -2 to rolls for an additional 1d4 rounds.
-Temple of Nirvana Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that any experienced ninja have more than enough time to dispel it. PvP Effect: Area of Effect Genjutsu. The caster can choose as many targets and what targets up to 10. Lasts 1d6 or until hit.
-Piercing Mist Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: A heavy mist forms around a few targets, then out of the mist an endless array of ghostly blades suddenly hammer into them, tearing at their souls. PvP Effect: Area of Effect jutsu, up to four targets. -1d4 chakra for 1d4 rouns and stunned for those rounds, or until hit.
-Locust Swarm Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank:A Cp:13 Description: The victims are assaulted by a great swarm of Locust that cover then, never seeming to end they have to contend with the swarm as they fight. PvP Effect: Affects up to three targets, giving them a -3 to rolls for 1d6 rounds.
-Confusion Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The target see conflicting images, friends becoming foes and people turning into rocks, this causes great confusion and often leads to friendly fire and other unforeseen results PvP Effect: The target is confused for 1d4 rounds or until hit. the target then while confused rolls a 1d6 (1-2 they stand there dazed, 3-4 they hit their allies with normal taijutsu (if none they drop 1d6/2 kunai or shurikens on the ground.), 5-6 they hit their target). They may not use genjutsu, ninjutsu, taijutsu combos or clan techs while confused. The target in addition takes -4 to defense rolls while confused.
-Sloth Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: Using a carefully refined Genjutsu the user send the target into a realm of totally Sloth, where every action seem meaningless and the best thing to do is just fall asleep. PvP Effect: The targets suffer -4 to rolls for 1d6+2 rounds or until hit as they fight to stay awake.
-Metal Storm Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The target suddenly is in the middle of a raging storm made entirely of sharp metal objects, these objects from time to time fly towards the target, causes damage without waking them from the Genjutsu. PvP Effect: Target is stunned for duration of Jutsu or until hit by any means other then a kunai, shuriken, dart, needle, or senbon. Jutsu lasts for 1d4+2 rounds. Target loses 1d4 chakra each round.
-Shinigami Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: This jutsu takes two rounds to use, the first round creates a large Death God that stand behind the target silently waiting, on the second round the Death God brings down its scythe and decapitates the target. This doesn’t do any actual damage but much chakra is destroyed by the Death Gods illusionary scythe. PvP Effect: One round stun, following round if still entrapped user does 3d10 cp damage.
-Dissolution Jutsu - Kinjutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20+2 per round Description: The user focuses their full attention on one target. Once captured, the target would feel as though they are melting. There is no pain, but they'd see their body slowly dissolving and fading away like vaopr. PvP Effect: The target is stunned for 2d4 rounds, They loose 10 cp a round. The user himself can not move or make any other action, this alone makes the genjutsu lethal as they can not stop the gen early nor protect themselves from harm this means that the genjutsu can not be broken neither from strikes nor release techniques. It must be overridden by the victim or played out to the end. while the genjutsu is in effect, if the target's cp is reduced by half at the end of the jutsu the target takes 2d10 physical damage from the overstimulated nerve cells and shock. After the technique the user takes 2d10 damage from the strain of the jutsu.
-Elemental Denial Jutsu Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: S CP: 20 Description: As the target is caught in the illusion they see themselves standing alone with the caster, as fire, water, stones, wind, and lightning course throughout the area, originating from the casters body. The five kanji for the elements appear and fade into the caster's body, making the target believe that the caster has ultimate control over the elements. The target refuses to use their elements due to this assumed fact. PvP Effect: The target is unable to use any Elemental Jutsu, believing their opponent controls the five elements, for 1d6+2 rounds or until hit. Basic taijutsu moves:
Double strike: Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: D Cp: 5 Description: Two strikes instead of one! PvP Effect: Rank damage + 1d6.
Triple strike: Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: C Cp: 8 Description: Triple strike combination (roleplay description varies). PvP Effect: Rank damage + 2d6.
Combination 1: Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: B Cp: 11 Description: User uses a unique combination of four strikes. PvP Effect: Rank damage + 3d4.

PvP Effect: The clones attack after the user and poof on hit. May create 1 clone at 15+, 2 clones at 25+, 3 clones at 35+ 1 Clone : Opponent rolls 1d4 when attacking, 1-2 hits Clone, 3-4 hits Opponent 2 Clones:Opponent rolls 1d6 when attacking, 1-2 hits Clone 1, 3-4 hits Clone 2, 5-6 hits Opponent. 3 Clones-: Opponent rolls 1d4 when attacking, 1 hits Clone 1, 2 hits Clone 2, 3 hits Clone 3, 4 hits Opponent.

-Fuuton: Blasting Wave Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user creates a constant flow of wind in a single direction away from him making it virtually impossible for an opponent to get near him while it persists. -Typhoon Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: The user of this jutsu uses their wind chakra to call forth a storm and gale force winds that lash through the area ripping trees from the ground and blowing down houses. Some shinobi are even able to call down lightning from the storm or slashing rain. PvP Effect: 4d10 damage to everyone in the area except the user. If the user has natural affinity for Lightning, they can spend 3 chakra for an extra 1d8. If the user has a natural affinity for Water, they can spend 3 chakra for an extra 1d8. (So Absolute max damage with a Wind, Water and Lightning -NATURAL- affinity user is 4d10+2d8) -Suiton: Great Exploding Current Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The user summons an all destroying vortex of water, sucking down the target. PvP Effect: Must Be used on a Lake or River. Target takes 2d8 damage from the crushing current.(unblockable)
-Suiton:: Water Prison Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 4 + 2 per round maintained Description: utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. PvP Effect: No Damage, User can hold the target in the prison for 1d6 Rounds, and or they run out of chakra or until the opponent beats an opposed wisdom check made each round vs the Original wisdom roll they were trapped with. The prison breaks when the person holding the prison, or the person within the prison, get hit.

-Suiton: Fire Extinguisher Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 3 Description: The user hand signs, and then his body gets coated in a thin layer of water. Protecting him/her against fire. PvP Effect: 4Dr against fire damage for 1d4 + 2 rounds

-Suiton: Water Reflection Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: Using nearby water, the user creates a shield of water imbued with chakra to make their position uncertain when they are attacked by ninjutsu. PvP Effect: Rolled in Defense. user gains +2 on the wisdom roll vs ninjutsu.
-Suiton: Acid Armor Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: User coats themselves in a thin veil of acid that can dull an impact of an attack and burn those trying to touch the target. PvP Effect: For 1d6 rounds, user gains 3 DR. If they are hit close ranged by a Taijutsu attack the attack takes 3 Damage bypassing DR.
-Suiton: Venom Strike Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 + 3 CP to maintain. Description: User performs 1 Handseal and channels water to coat a weapon, they then take a portion of their blood and dabs into the water changing it into a crimson color thusly applying the poison. PvP Effect: For 1d6+2 Rounds, a target's weapon deals an additional + 2d4 Poison damage. Poison damage bypasses DR. Can be ended early.
-Ninpou: Hidden Mist Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 + 4 per round maintained. Description: Creates a thick fog concealing the user allowing for stealth attacks. PvP Effect: Lasts for 1d6+1 Rounds. The Following Effects then take place. 1. Before any attack is made you must first find your oponent. (Listen) 2. After you have found your oponent you roll MS to attack. 3. If the MS check fails you then roll your normal attack roll. (dex str wis) 4. Once a Genjutsu user passes their Listen roll they then roll INT. (No MS roll) 5. Doujutsu work at a -3 in the Mist. Special: Byukagun can see through the mist. Special: Inuzuka may roll a concentration in the stead of a listen check for there smell. Special: This jutsu has a cool down of one round after it has dissipated due to excess use of chakra to fill the area with mist. Special: Any B Rank or higher Wind Jutsu will automatically disperse the Mist. (Unless the Mist user rolls a higher Wisdom) (Must Be Hidden Mist Ninja. Doesn't need water around.)

The User is in control of the whirlpool and can use its swirling motion to their advantage, but the targets will get lost in the chaotic torrent. PvP Effect: AoE, Requires User and targets to be in a large body of water (Lake, Rivers, or Jutsu like Suiton: Pond Basin) for 1d6 rounds User gains + 2 to rolls and target's lose - 2 to rolls.

PvP Effect: Held for 1d6 Rounds, and or they run out of chakra or until the opponent beats an opposed wisdom check made each round vs the Original wisdom roll they were trapped with. -Doton: Underground Projection Fish Technique Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank:C Cp: 5 Description: Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent. By utilizing earth-chakra, the person can stealthily emerge from the ground without disrupting the ground around him. PvP Effect: The user hides automatically and is undetectable by normal means(Regular spots and listens). Things that see chakra (Byakugan, Sharingan) and other work arounds (such as Inuzuka scent) can still find the target using a successful check v.s hide. The user can stay hidden this way for 1d6 rounds. When the user emerges and wishes to make a sneak attack, it's a move silently+10 v.s listen.
-Doton: Inner Decapitation Technique Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The user reaches up to grab the targets legs/ankles and pulls the target underground with them (or possibly swaps places with) so that only their head is above ground. PvP Effect: This must be used after Underground Projection Fish Technique. If successful, the target is immobilized for 1d6 rounds or until hit.

-Doton: Earth Barrier Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 + 3 to maintain Description: the user handsigns then sticks his hands into the ground, a dome of earth is then risen and covers the user or an ally. PvP Effect: An earth barrier is created, the target inside cannot attack or be attacked unless someone manages to roll higher then the dc used to create the jutsu.

PvP Effect: Stun a target for 1d4+2 Rounds or until hit, + 3d6 Damage to an attack that breaks the target from stun.
-Doton: Rain of Stone Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The user causes Rocks, and Boulders to fly up from the earth, and rain down on the target. crushing them beneath the weight. PvP Effect: 2d10+1d8 damage from crushing rocks.
-Doton: Return to Dust Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: A more advanced form of Swallowing Earth Jutsu, not only does the target fall into a 4 meter sinkhole, the hole closes around, them and crushes them eventually spitting them out in an eruption of blood, dirt, and the target itselt.... extreme crushing damage being dealt. PvP Effect: 2d10+ 1d6
-Doton: Greater Armor of Stone Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 8 + 3 per round Description: The user handsigns as huge masses of debris from the ground covers him/her. PvP Effect: Adds 6 DR for 3d4+1 rounds, -4 DEX rolls.
-Doton: Swamp of the Underworld Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld is a technique that creates a large swamp that immobilizes the target and releases toxic fumes that temporarily poison the body. PvP Effect: 2d10+1d6, stunned for 1d6 rounds or until hit.
-Doton: Titan's Armor Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: The User encases themselves in stone as they take form of a giant standing 20 ft tall and moves based on the User's Chakra control. PvP Effect: For 1d4+1 Rounds, User gains 6 DR, attacks with Wisdom, and + 2d8 to Unarmed Damage. At the cost the User cannot perform Jutsus or cancel this effect early.
-Doton: Earthquake Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: The user makes a long series of handsigns then jumps into the air spinning, after spinning in the air he/she slowly falls to the ground gaining momentum and at the last second he/she brings his fists out and smashes into the ground creating huge cracks in the earth and tremors across the land. PvP Effect: 5d10 to everyone in the area, unblockable, 3d10 to the user, takes 2 rounds, one to jump into the air, the next to smash into the ground.

" Katon/Daton: maguma ude-ishi (Magma stone arm) " Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire/earth Cp cost: 8 Description: Ichiban uses his old masters orginal jutsu the " stone arm jutsu", then he molds his fire element into it, making the rock overheat to create a magma like stone arm. The stone arm can be enlarged and extended with Ichibans will. When a opponent is struck by this oversized, melting hot stone arm they will feel the pain. Pvp rule: Grants +1d20 to taijutsu dmg using the stone arm. It can be rolled with DEX/STR where the user uses his own strenght and speed to smash the arm around, or he can controll it with his chakra and make the arm shoot out and after you (Rolling WIS). The arm lasts for 1+1d4 rounds.
" Katon: Kean tekkidan (Exploding sphere) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Cp cost: 12 Description: Ichiban is a master in chakra control, manipulation and molding. Combining his great chakra skills, Ichiban molds a ball shaped sphere in his palm, He then molds his fire element into it, filling the ball with massive amounts of fire and alot of pressure. When realesing the sphere the pressure is shoot outwards in a beam like explosion. Able to blow itself through solid rock and steel. The blast can reach up to 30 meters and destroys everything in its way by both burning them and blasting them. This was Ichibans first orignal jutsu. He created it to be the ultimate counter jutsu. As the pressure of the blast can shoot and deflect away mostly anything. Pvp rule: Does 4d10 and gives a +3 to the roll when using this jutsu as a counter.Unblockeble.
" Katon: Kaen tekkidan granado' (Exploding sphere granade) " Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Cp cost: 12/14/16 Description: By further molding the sphere, the user can mold it into a bigger granade form. When fully molding it, the explosion could blow up a little village. Pvp rule: Can be molded three rounds to a max. Unblockeble

Making him explode from the inside almoast ensuring the kill. Pvp rule: Takes one round to charge, -4 to hit , does 8d10 internal DMG, crit range lower by 2.
"Senko sochi ("Flash step") Rank: S Type: Chakra concentration mastery ninjutsu Element: N/A Cp cost: 8 Description: With his extreme natural speed and grandmaster level of chakra concentration, Ichiban is able to flash step with only a single step, making him move faster then sound. Pvp: +4 on the next attack(Only tai/ken/close ranged ninjutsu) or dodge roll.

Ichiban had mastred shape and elemental control, creating the kaen tekkidan. Now he strived for greater jutsu with more potency, he explored his dark element, his seccond nature. Hundreds of hours he spendt working on his flow manipulation, at the age of fourteen Ichibans chakra control had already surpassed that one of his father whitch created the chidori through mastering flow and elemental manipulation. The trick was to master it all. Shape, flow, focus and manipulation, Upon mastering it completly he reached a state of chakra control he never had imagined, he could easily copy and adapt to any styles and stances, having creater finesse and mastering in the arts of chakra and its functions. With his newfound skills he mstred his own flash, surpassing the electical lightning fast flicker his father had created. Using his own natural speed and chakra concentration Ichiban can flash step with no hand seals, "only a step" as the massive burst and natural speed allows him to travel faster then sound. Now he was ready, and he worked on putting the dark element and fire element together, if he were to be succesfull he would have created a element of equall power to that of a senju's elemental combination. Using his precise flow and shape control he managed to master this new form of fire, black flames as hot as magma and with such a high intense burn that it would feel like the deadliest acid soaring throght the skin, bones and muscles as easy as nothing, metal, iron, steel. .Everything the flames melted itself through with ease. It was the creation of the Nenshou kage ("burning shadow") , it has taken Ichiban many years, but now he has full control over it, and uses them to take down his most deadliest opponents.
All Nenshou kage moves counts as S-ranked as the element itself is of such high caliber it almoast guarantee's a kill if a direct hit from them is taken.
Afterburn: After each nenshou move the acid like sticky flames keeps burning into your body! Lasts for 1d4 rounds, does 1/4 of orignal moves dmg per round, Afterburn's stack but dont crit!
To remove afterburn effect the target must flush themself in a large water source or seal the fire away with a fire seal.

"Nenshou kage dageki shuuha" (Burning shadow shockwave) Rank: S Type: Defensive/offensive ninjutsu Element: Dark/fire Cp cost: 15 Description: Shoots back and out a shockwave of black fire from out of the users body, after hand seaing he creates a pressure from around his body and ignites it with nenshou flames as it shoots out, works almoast as the chakra realese only with fire added to the hurt! Pvp rule: Defensive: Counters incoming attack with a deadly wave of black pain, grants +4 to the block vs tai/keijutsu, Ice, Wind, Fire and dark ninjutsu attacks and does 3d10 to the opponent. -Fūinjutsu: Settouhan (Elemental Absorbtion) Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Cp: 15 + 2 CP Maintenance. Description: The user does a few seals, and in return, two chakra seals will appear inside of his palms representing all five elements, however the only elements that will glow, is the ones the user has naturally. Now as this stands, the user is able to -absorb- any types of elements combined, or single for as long as he has them himself, doing so through the seals on his hands. If this is done succesfully, the user has perfectly absorbed them, but not only that, as the technique is devoured, so is the CP that was used to cast it to begin with.

-Phantom Army Jutsu Type: Doujutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 +2 per round maintained Description: Kenshin would glare his 3 tomoe sharingan at a single target, trapping them in a very powerful illusion. The struck target's vision would fade to black as only Kenshin and the target stand in 2 beams of light coming from an unknown source. The single Kenshin soon turns into 2 kenshin, then 4, then 8, then 16, constantly multiplying to what appears to be no end, each kenshin glaring their sharingan at the trapped target. PvP Effect: Lasts for 1d6+1 rounds. The struck target may only attack Kenshin if it is a group battle as if it were a 1vs1 fight. When the target attempts to attack Kenshin, they must roll a 1d6, on a 5-6, they successfully strike the real one. On a 1-4, they strike a "phantom" and do nothing. The 1d6 roll does not lower even if a phantom is defeated. SHARINGAN ~ (Copying Wheel Eye)
When a new character is made, the bloodline (excluding the chakra pool bonus) is dormant and it takes a moment of deep depression, agony, life threatening or other types of events that will put a large amount of stress upon the character to have the Sharingan unlocked. Once the sharingan is activated for the first time, the clan member will be able to activate and deactivate the sharingan at will.
Note: the player needs supervision, approval and aid from a DM to appoint the unlocking of the Sharingan.
Once the character unlocks the sharingan for the first time, he/she may enable and disable it at will from that day. Uchiha are told to commonly possess black or brownish eyes when they are normal, but they may have other types of eye colors, while uncommon, it may happen.
When the sharingan activates the user starts to see everything at a slower pace than it is in reality. This gives them the time to quickly think up and react to an attack with greater ease than someone with normal sight. It is said the most developed eye is able to anticipate happenings through minutes before they actually happen.
This is the first stage of the sharingan. When activated, the pupil will grow a crimson red colour and the first wheel, or ‘tomoe’ will appear somewhere in the iris. The first tomoe allows the clan character to start seeing movement at an already slower rate than normal vision; enough to be able to read movements of a writing pencil. This grants the character with the following bonuses.
Level 15+ or Genin: +1 to rolls, +5 to Spot checks. Takes 5CP to activate and 3CP per round to maintain. ~ Memorizing up to C ranks (See below) ~ Technique mimicry ______________
This is the second stage of sharingan. When developed, a second tomoe will appear along the irises. This furthers the rate at which the user’s eyes can see, and it allows them to see intervals of around 5 seconds, enough to read lips. The user will as well develop the ability to see chakra to a certain level. While they cannot tell on sight what the chakra nature of someone is, they will see it in form of little colored clouds when it is performed or enhanced The second stage of the Sharingan adds on the following bonuses.
~ Nullify: In addition to the bonuses beneath, they have also gained the ability to distinguish Illusion from reality when cast upon them. Without the need to roll in defence, they may use 5cp to nullify the illusionary technique.
~ Level 25 or Chuunin level: +2 to rolls, +10 to spot checks, Critical Threat range enhanced to 19-20. +1 bonus to genjutsu defence checks. Takes 4CP to activate and 2CP per round to maintain. ~ Memorizing up to B ranks (See below) ~ Technique mimicry
To note: They can’t auto spot chakra! They still need to roll to see it! Common sense enters in play here. They don’t need to roll to spot chakra that is but a few feet from them (this is around 5 to 10 feet distance) ~ the Nullify ability only works against Genjutsu that are NOT cast with the aid of an Eye technique, but can be used to lower Dojutsu Genjutsu resistance / resilience by 3 per use.

This is the third and final stage of the sharingan of a regular Uchiha. Three tomoe form along the irises. It takes rate of movement to around 2-3 minute intervals and is granted with the ability of casting a specific hypnotic illusion as well as reversing illusionary techniques cast on the user. The clan character gains the following bonuses and abilities.
~ Level 35 or Jounin level: +3 to rolls, +15 to spot checks, Critical Threat range enhanced to 18-20. +2 bonus to genjutsu defence checks. Takes 3CP to activate and 1CP per round to maintain.
~ Nullify
~ Demonic illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth change (Magen: Kyouten Chiten): This is the ability three tomoe sharingan develops. The clan member is able to print the patterns of the illusionary technique cast upon them and reverse them upon the original caster with a wisdom roll (the defence bonus against genjutsu applies with this roll as well) to attempt the person to suffer the effects of his/her own technique. This ability costs 8CP to use.
~ Hypnosis: With three tomoe the sharingan user is able to cast an specific eye contact Genjutsu with a wisdom check upon a target. The illusion may be whatever the user wishes the victim to experience for a short term; It costs 8CP to cast.
It deals 2d10 chakra damage as well as stunning the victim for 1d4 rounds.
To note: Hypnosis is a technique that takes eye contact. The user must be locking eyes with his/her target for this to work. It is possible to look away in time from the ‘glare’ which may be rolled with dexterity at a -4 to the defensive roll, or close eyes in time which may be rolled with strength at a -4 to the defensive roll.
This technique cannot be used as counter.

Technique mimicry: Sharingan is allowed the ability to rapidly, read and respond a counter move with a +2 to the counter check against a Ninjutsu or Taijutsu move utilized on them.

Memorizing This is the ability the Sharingan is most known for. They are able to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu and Genjutsu and memorize their workings and utilize such techniques as their own. They still need the body and skill to use and teach what they memorize with the efficiency as their original users. Therefore, the following table explains the chakra costs and requeriments for Memorizing. You can memorize element of the five primary ones as well as darkness and light. When the user uses the memorize function he cannot counter that turn.
Medical Ninjutsu, Sealing techniques as well as Sage techniques cannot be memorized. Clan jutsu or bloodline jutsu are also not possible to memorize. Chakra enhancing techniques are not possible as well as Ressurection/Animating techniques.

MANGEKYOU SHARINGAN (Hijutsu, Kaleidoscope Copying Wheel Eye)
This is a secret sharingan stage gained through the death of the dearest person of the uchiha clan member, normally family or best friend, the Mangekyou sharingan enables the use of specific powerful eye techniques that may be Genjutsu as well as Ninjutsu, or in rare cases, Fuuinjutsu or Taijutsu. The eye technique though has a dangerous side effect, the user gradually grows blind the more they use these eyes.
The Mangekyou sharingan takes the normal sharingan to a deeper level, the eyes of the user will completely change (to the player’s choice what they wish the eye to look like) into different forms depending on each clan member. They gain a greater number of bonuses as well.
~ Mangekyou Sharigan: +3 to rolls, +3 additional defence checks against Genjutsu, +20 to spot checks, Critical Range enhanced at 17-20. 8CP cost to enable, 3 CP per round cost to maintain.

The player gets to submit 3 specific eye techniques of their will. The token cost of the custom jutsu varies depending on how powerful the techniques are.
Left eye slot: Take 1-5 blind points /2d4 hp internal damage Right eye slot: Take 1-5 blind points /2d6 hp internal damage Two eyes slot: Take 6 blind pointss /2d8 hp internal damage
Technique mimicry: May counter up to S ranked Jutsu with the same jutsu they were attacked with. Memorize: Take 2 blind points, the Mangekyou Sharingan allows for memorizing of S ranked techniques.
The Mangekyou Sharingan starts losing its sight once activated.
Reaching 10 blind points signals: -3 to all rolls permanently. Reaching 20 blind points signals: -5 to all rolls permanently. Reaching 30 blind points signals: Blindness, -8 to all rolls permanently.
Healing the Mangekyou Sharingan is possible:
~ It must be done by a medical ninja with that possesses a healing modifier of 100+ (also, the medic in question must have some sort of background in the ability to heal eyes)
~ There is a 10 token cost per blindpoint healed
~ There are only 3 blindpoints max healed per month. If you've healed 3 points already, you must wait for the next month to heal another 3. You do not necessarily need to heal 3 blindpoints at a time, you heal the blindpoints you see fit to your tokens.
~ While your eyes are being healed you cannot activate the Mangekyou Sharingan
Note: You ‘must’ contact your village DMs to keep track of your Mangekyou Sharingan’s usage. Failure and deception may lead to harsh consequences left to the staff’s discretion.
FUKYUU MANGEKYOU SHARINGAN (Kinjutsu, Immortal Kaleidoscope Copying Wheel Eye)
The immortal mangekyou sharingan is branded forbidden technique and is the only way to achieve eternal light over the user’s eyes. The only way for this to happen is to take the eyes of the directly blood related person. Parent, Sibling. The victim must also have unlocked the Mangekyou sharingan for it to work when implanted.
The immortal mangekyou sharingan enables the storage of the original user’s 3 eye techniques and a new immortal and ultimate eye technique. They are never again subject to the blind point system nor to the internal damage dealt. Weapons & Gear- Spoiler:
"Tsurgi no Yomi (Blade of the underworld)" Decription: The pure black long matsamune is viseably sharp to the naked eye, never to rust or damage itself the blade holds the inner abillity to engulf the users element to the blade for additional effects, manipulating the chakra through the blade and beeing able to create devestating sword attacks. In Ichibans case his natural element had becomed the Nenshou kage flames. Pvp: - +1d10 - No weapon penatlies - Adds afterburn effect (1/4 of the dmg delt for 1d4 rounds, stacks but does not crit)

| Mangekyou tecniques and Story. .(Ichiban's Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan) MANGEKYO-SHARINGAN: LEFT-EYE) [MJOLNIR]Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Ninjutsu Rank: S+ Cp: 20 Description: It was a cold dark night with a youth 12 year old Uchiha standing over panting heavily as he watched life seeping from a person who they used to value close as a friend. That boy was Uchiha Ichiban, and the young individual dying on the ground was his best friend Kon who looked up at Ichiban with pain-filled eyes and a questioning gaze wondering "why...". Ichiban often asked himself that same question, despite being directed to do so by order of one of his grand-father's followers named Ratara. It was at this point when his eyes had finally been open after the effects of being controlled by Manjin's mind-control Jutsu that Ichiban saw Akatsuki and his so called "family" for what they were, and wished to never return to that life. It was only in the realization of the loss over Kon that he saw how much he valued the young boy, and commemorates his death each time he uses this grand technique that is known to potentially pulverize anything in its path asunder - like a flash of lightning this technique is intended to kill, and most importantly meant for Manjin to taste death as Kon did.
A grim reflection is seen in Ichiban's eyes as pained memories begin to reammerge in the conundrum of his mind, as the heavens begin to darken mimicking Ichiban's emotions and a rumble of lightning rolling across from a distance. His piercing gaze would lock on a target before storm clouds seem to cyclone above Ichiban, heralding a great tempest that is about to lay the terrain to waste if not send his enemy into oblivion. His Sharingan color begins to fade from a crimson color to a ghastly white and the last thing anyone in the vicinity would see is a blinding light that almost burns their retina - with the flash a tremendous lightning arcs its way down across the air moving and bending along Ichiban's vision attempting to strike the target at the speed of lightning. Once the flash dims, and dependant on the level of the technique - it could scorch the earth into a charred barren region with a large crater broiling with molten glass from where the Lightning bolt struck. The enemy could very well have been eviscerated from this world and passed onto the next. PvP: Can be used while Physically Stunned. Despite Manjin's many attempts to enthrall Ichiban as a perfect weapon and soldier for him, Ichiban has never lost his humanity and wishes to still protect that which he continues to value most. This includes importantly his village and the legacy his family passed onto him, by proving the Uchiha are indeed the strongest clan.
A sister Dojutsu to the great Genjutsu Izanagi, which is capable of warping reality to his whim - Ichiban manages to warp the reality of a target instead of himself by surging an intense amount of chakra into their brain capable of causing brain damage to an extent. This technique is used to disfigure a person and contort them in a hellish illusion, that which would reflect the same life and broken childhood Ichiban was forced to live. The targeted individual would spend what would seem like 3 days inside this "Hell", but in actuality it would occur within a second's time. The aftereffects are long-lasting scarring the individual for a life-time, before the effects burn out possibly every brain-cell in their body leaving them practically a vegetable. Never wishing to fall prey to being lied to again, Ichiban's eyes were gifted with heightened chakra perception capable of seeing chakra fluctuations should a person around him lie. His life was to fight and protect that which he values most, but having lost someone he cherished and loved - even believing they could have gotten married at one point by another who he loves just as fondly... left him hollow and alone for the rest of his days until he can find "the one". All the cheers and epic battles fought mean nothing to the man, especially when there wasn't anyone he could enjoy it with.
In his days of training to ever grow better and stronger, Ichiban has achieved something viewed as "super natural" by studying the flow of time and even spotting its currents. It was at this discovery and the worm-hole effects that this bright Uchiha has manifested an ability to teleport or phase through material objects. He has found the secret door within the river of time that enables him to cheat and blink through the physical world, appearing to be that of a ghost. High on the hills near the Fire Temple, darkness has fallen as it seems all light from the world had been snuffed out. Darkness and hatred has been kindled never known or felt before within Ichiban, the likes of which he has never felt towards an enemy - let alone for his own brother Saoren Uchiha. A great pain was inflicted upon Ichiban as he lifts his head up to the sky and roars the woman's name as lightning scorches the air around them in a mighty blaze... "REIMEI!!!"
In the dense brush of Fire Country Sao's laughter can be heard at a distance, mocking Ichiban taunting him to seek into the darkness within himself and a challange given. Saoren intends to kill Ichiban being enthralled by his grandfather - corrupted to the point that he has shown extreme hatred in the man he used to look up too, but always caught in his shadow of "Ichiban the Greatest Shinobi who ever lived." A battle ensued within Fire Country as two brothers fought bitterly, the likes of which has not been since between two Uchiha. However, it was Ichiban who came out the victor although easily overpowering the young Saoren who at the time was a mere Genin - and punished his younger brother by taking that which he valued most, Power. Stealing Saoren's Sharingan eyes, Ichiban had left the blind Sao to wallow in his disgrace but life intact to mull over the darkness that had taken over him and now live within that darkness as a blind man. Shortly after Ichiban has returned that is when he uncovered the potential of a new power... "The Immortal Mangekyo-Sharingan". Remei's Death did not go invain, with it Ichiban has attained a new level of abilities that made him unmatched by any S-Rank shinobi even most Akatsuki.
Time and Space was evidant and ever present in his eyes, he could feel it coursing through him and even grasp it cutting the flow entirely or reversing it. It was Ichiban's goal to reverse time and save Reimei from her death, Sao from being corrupted by Manjin had they known earlier, and the rest of the clan from the massacre that befell them... But tried as he might there were even somethings that not even Ichiban can do - when fate and destiny plays its part in determining what actions are to occur, not even Ichiban can question it. With such potential and a new ability unlocked, Ichiban sets his mind focused on finishing his life mission to wipe Manjin from existance. PvP: User gains a Passive and chooses between 1 : 3 Effects: Passive) + 1 Extra Action each Round. (Total: + 2 Extra Actions) Crit range lowers by 1. Time bending) 8 cp to activate + 4 cp per round maintence. Slows time down for as long as Ichiban pleases. -5 to all rolls vs Ichiban. Time Reversal) 10 CP + 1 Cellular Degeneration Pt. User / Target backtracks 1d4+1 Rounds restoring their HP back to that amount. (Any Duration effects made by User / Target end immediately). RPly, User / Target can go back up to 1 IRL Week of time. (User's Choice) Time Stop) 20 CP , Mass AoE (Except User), WIS / INT Vs WIS: If Successful targets are stunned for 1+1d4 Rounds or until Ichiban is hit.
