The Kazuhiko Clan is one of the oldest and most noble clans from the Land of Wind, next to the Inka Clan,
known not only for their mastery of Ninjutsu, but they're incredible abilities as well. Their eyes are a dull Grey hue
and Members of the Kazuhiko Clan are usually born with jet black hair and naturally tanned skin.
With their unique ninjutsu, the Kazuhiko have been labled as one of Sunagakure's more deadly Clans.
For years the Kazekage has used these fierce masters of time and space for missions such as
assassinations, which explains their impressive hiding skills.

~Branches~
When children of the Clan are born, they are immediately examined for any sign of a birthmark, depending
on the mark that is found they are placed in the respective Branch.
Scar of the Golden Sun (Main Branch)
The Kazuhiko born with the mark of the Sun are raised to be nobility in the comfort of their home,
taught in the ways of stealth to better assist them on later intelligence missions. These members
usually wear dull grey colors and a black mask over their face.

Scar of the Moon (Lower Branch)
The Kazuhiko born with the mark of the Crescent Moon are immediately taken to the lowest and most secretive
Branch of the Kazuhiko Clan, the Branch that deals solely with Assassinations. Members of this branch are not
considered to be part of the Nobility. These Clan members are torn from their families and instructed in the
ways of death by more experienced assassins. These members are usually seen wearing all black and a hood shrouding
most of their face. The downside to this branch is they are taught from birth to obey any order given to them by
members of the Main Branch.

Shinobi of the Kazuhiko Clan are excellent Ninjutsuist's, able to surpass even the best on
the battlefield.
The Kazuhiko clan is most famous for its development of Time/Space techniques. From the time the Kazuhiko
are able to focus their chakra, they train with the elders in learning their Clan's sacred ninjutsu. For years they
have kept the secrets of their techniques hidden from the world almost religiously. Many within the Clan prefer to
keep to themselves rather than deal with the petty squabbles of normal society. However most become Shinobi within
the village to use their ninjutsu for the good of Sunagakure.

For they're mastery with Ninjutsu, the Kazuhiko get +2 to learning rolls when learning Ninjutsu.

Effect: The user creates a clone of themselves that appear as a "Holographic Image" that is solid and able to
attack.
PVP: Follows the Solid Clone rules, has 10 hp and cannot be healed. Foes do not need to roll to see if they hit
Clone or User due to the differences in appearance.

Effect: The user forms several seals and their eye twinkles like a star and the targets depth
perseption becomes distorted.
PvP: Minus 1d4-1 to Attack for 1d4 rounds vs. the user, user gets +1 to defense for the duration

Effect: The user forms several handseals and a star would seem to burst into existence in front of him,
as soon as the star forms it's launched at the opponent at high velocity too fast for the average persons eye's
to catch.
PVP: 2d8 dmg, undodgeable.

Effect: A supplementary technique, capable of seemingly freezing time outside a certain range.
Anything that is outside that range at the moment of activation is stunned for a certain time.
PVP: AoE, can effect up to 3 people. The area around the user is surrounded by a Time Field, seemingly
freezing time completely for 1d4+1 rounds as the opponents become unable to move, the Kazuhiko is
then able to either escape or attack one of the trapped foes, by doing so ends the technique instantly.
(Note, to the target's hit, it would appear as though time itself has stopped)
Infinite Fury

Effect: An offensive technqiue. Blades of Energy launch from the users body, slicing into the
target the Kazuhiko is looking at at the moment of activation, causing immense pain.
PVP: 2d10 Dmg

Effect: A more powerful version of the Infinite fury, the user forms handseals and large blades of energy
launch from the user's body towards the opponent, however at the last moment the blades would vanish
appearing seconds later behind the opponent striking them in their blind spot, crippling them for a short time.
PVP: Target takes 1d20+1d8 dmg and recieves -2 to their rolls for 1d4 rounds.
(Must first learn Infinite Fury)
Black Hole

PvP: The user forms several handseals and catches the target, pulling
them through time, pushing them through a hair pin in space. Deals 1d10 Dmg each round for 1d4
rounds. While the effect is in use the target is removed from combat and is "invisible" as
they are pulled from time and space, reappearing elsewhere on the battlefield at the end of the effect

Effect: The area seems to be thrust into darkness and countless stars begin to form above the battlefield, within
seconds the stars begin to soar down, impaling the target with thousands of small shafts of light.
PVP: The target is hit by a barrage of stars, dealing 4d10+4d6 dmg and stunning them for 1d4 rounds or until hit.
