Personality: Rei is an intelligent individual, but you’d never know by being around him. With a lack of emotion and enough apathy to replace the Water in Water Country, it’s a wonder he became a ninja.
Physical Appearance: Reishiro has medium-short black hair that is always well kept. The dark circles under Rei’s eyes show that he doesn’t get much sleep. His outfit consists of a sleeveless black coat and black pants to match. He remains shirtless under the coat, showing off his slim physique. White bandages cross from the ribs on his right side to his left shoulder and down his left arm. Should anyone see his left shoulder without bandages, they’d see a yin-yang symbol tattoo’d on it with the kanji for “empty” written over the symbol. Around his navel he’d have another tattoo depicting a small tribal symbol in the shape of a diamond whose points aim up toward his neck, and down toward his groin. It’s about 3 inches in length.
Ideology: Reishiro is somewhat of a Nihilist. He believes that there is no direct point to life, but he also believes that he was born to be a tool to his village. As much as he despises to work or deal with people in authority that he believes shouldn’t be authority figures, Rei plans to eventually figure out his niche as a tool to the Hidden Mist.
Skills: Kenjutsu using either a katana or thin knives the length of a kunai. He prefers to use genjutsu over ninjutsu.
