Karuto Ayatsuri (meaning Card Technique or Cards in japanese)

The Karuto Ayatsuri is a Forbidden Jutsu (Kinjutsu) that gives access to a very unique ability. The ability to manipulate special cards, that cannot be torn, nor destroyed in anyway. These special cards are infused with chakra from all sorts of elements. And are proven to be very deadly weapons when they need to be. Through intense training, the Karuto Ayatsuri user is able to manipulate said cards with their mind, the cards being able to fold and form nearly any object the user can think of. Not needing to rely on physical movement to activate them. Some rumors around Rain say that the cards have minds of their own, defending their masters at their own whim. This Kinjutsu is rumoured to be held by the Hidden Village of Rain though only one user is currently known of and his name is unknown, people simply calling him "Blackjack".

"Activating" the cards actually means bringing them out in battle. When they bring them out, the cards hover and swirl around the master. When they "deactivate" the cards swirl and fly back into their original place-holder.


Karuto Mastery

Description: The Karuto draws a card specially designed for battle, this card, when fused with the masters chakra, can morph into any melee weapon the master wants. This weapon however, is much more deadly than an ordinary steel weapon.. much like Wind chakra, the weapon acts like a chainsaw on hit from the unique chakra being emitted into the specially designed card, slicing up the target it comes in contact with even further.
PvP Effect: Large Weapon Damage, no penalties to wield, Crit range 18-20, +1d4 dmg on hit.

Card of Eclipse

Description: When used, the entire area turns pitch black, the opponent and everyone else in the area is unable to see anything at all in this void. The Karuto however, is granted the ability to see by the card upon activation.
PvP Effect: WIS vs INT/WIS. If successful, the opponent has a -3 to all rolls excluding damage for 1d6 rounds.

Card Prison Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Cp: 8
Description: The Karuto motions the cards to circle around a target and form an immovable barrier around them, sealing them off from the world for a short time.
PvP Effect: WIS vs STR/DEX/WIS. The target is held for 1d6+2 rounds until they beat the holding DC or the Karuto chooses to release them. While held they may not attack or be attacked.

Card Assassination Technique
Jutsu Type: Taijutsu

Description: Tsuro enters one of his cards and appears coming out of a separate card behind the target, sending a lethal stab and making the target less likely to defend themselves.
PvP Effect: . Rank damage + 2d8, that cuts through 6 points of DR.

Card of Sealing
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The karuto has mastered their card control and has developed the ultimate jutsu. The karuto attempts to attach a Sealing Card onto an opponent, locking away their special abilities for a certain amount of time.
PvP Effect: WIS vs STR/DEX/WIS/INT. On success, the target's chakra is sealed for 1d4+2 rounds, as well as Curse Marks being unable to take form for this time.

Card Style: Chaos Cards
Jutsu Type: Taijutsu

Cp: 5 to activate, 1 to maintain.
Description: Tsuro enters a new fighting style, imbuing his cards with a new force of chakra. He now holds 2 cards, one in each hand that when thrown, explode on contact. He throws 2 at a time and may target 2 separate individuals in the fight.
PvP Effect: Tsuro now has 2 attacks per round. Each card that hits deals 1d10+4 dmg that goes through 5 points of DR (Max DR pierce is 5, even if both hit). STR bonus dmg is not applied while in this form. Cannot be used in conjunction with other styles.

Card Style: Elemental Destroyer
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Cp: 5 to activate, 2 to maintain.
Description: Tsuro moves his cards to circle a single opponent. Each card imbuing themselves with a different kind of chakra. They follow the opponent no matter where they go. Revealing the opponent's location and shooting out a different bolt of elemental chakra every few seconds.
Pvp Effect: 1st round: High stat vs High stat to get the cards in position and to keep them there. If successful, the opponent who is affected cannot conceal themselves in any way while this style is up. Each round another High vs High is rolled, if Tsuro wins, the opponent is dealt 1d4+3 dmg that pierces 6 DR. Cannot be used in conjunction with other styles.

Card Style: Battlefield of Chance
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Cp: 15 cp to activate, 5 to maintain.
Description: The entire area shifts into a realm of cards. 4 large cards appearing right in the center of the battlefield, face down. The cards flipping over and saying "Lose" or "Win" depending on the persons roll.
Pvp Effect: Everytime an offensive action is made, a 1d4 is rolled. On a 1-2 the person fails that action and thus nothing happens. On a 3-4 the person succesfully performs their action like normal. This includes doujutsu, genjutsu, kenjutsu, ninjutsu, etc etc. This may be cancelled early. Cannot be used in conjunction with other styles. This applies to Tsuro as well.

Requirement: Only works in a 1 vs 1.
Description: The special deck splits in half, 2 new decks forming. One for tsuro, one for his opponent. Cards would then slap onto both Tsuro and his opponent, unavoidable.
Pvp Effects: For 1d4+2 rounds, the two play a game of blackjack instead of performing moves and doing basic attacks. They begin by rolling 1d10's. A 1= An ace which is considered equal to 1 or 11. The rest of the numbers act as normal. You may ask to "hit" or stay. You may hit to a max of 3 times in one round. Go over 21 you Bust and auto lose that round. When a person loses, the cards slapped onto them explode and deal 8 dmg that bypasses all DR.

Description: the user handsigns as a wall of earth is created, protecting the user from harm.

Description: Causes a sinkhole big enough for one person to form underneath the target's feet suddenly. Dropping them into it as they are scratched and beaten by the fall, 8 foot hole.

Description: The user handsigns and brings forth a sharp earth pillar from the ground.
PvP Effect: 2d8 damage to the enemy. Could be used defensively with a WIS roll. If used defensively taijutsu attacker suffers 1d8 damage.

Description: The user handsigns and scoops a handful of rocks from the ground then throws then into the air. They then stop in the air and shoot down towards the enemy.

Description: the user handsigns as earth from the ground covers him/her.

Description: Handsigns and sticks his/her hand into the ground, the user then summons up the earth around the target, trying to capture him/her in a prison of earth.
PvP Effect: Held for 1d6 Rounds, and or they run out of chakra or until the opponent beats an opposed wisdom check made each round vs the Original wisdom roll they were trapped with. If the target gets hit, it breaks the technique.

-Doton: Boulders Falling Jutsu

Description: The user handsigns then stomps as 3 boulders form in the ground and raise into the air, at the user’s command he sends the boulders at the enemy.
PvP Effect: 2d8.

-Doton: Underground Projection Fish Technique

Description: Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent. By utilizing earth-chakra, the person can stealthily emerge from the ground without disrupting the ground around him.
PvP Effect: The user hides automatically and is undetectable by normal means(Regular spots and listens). Things that see chakra(Byuakugan, Sharingan) and other work arounds (such as Inuzuka scent) can still find the target using a successful check v.s hide. The user can stay hidden this way for 1d6 rounds. When the user emerges and wishes to make a sneak attack, it's a move silently+10 v.s listen.

-Doton: Inner Decapitation Technique
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.
PvP Effect: This must be used after underground Projection Fish Technique. If successful, the target is immobilized for 1d6 rounds or until hit.

Doton: Stone Petrify Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The user causes liquid stone to rise from the ground and up the opponent's lags eventually petrifying them for a brief amount of time.
PvP Effect: "Stunned" for 1d6 rounds or until either Hit or The jutsu Counter Petrify is performed.

-Doton: Counter Stone Petrify Jutsu

Description: Releases the target from Stone Petrify by reversing the stone,
making it liquify and free the target.
PvP Effect: The target is freed from Stone Petrify Jutsu early.

-Doton: Earth Barrier Jutsu

Description: the user handsigns then sticks his hands into the ground, a dome of earth is then risen and covers the user or an ally.
PvP Effect: An earth barrier is created, the target inside cannot attack or be attacked unless someone manages to roll higher then the dc used to create the jutsu.

Description: The user handsigns as huge masses of earth from the ground covers him/her.
PvP Effect: Adds 6 DR for 2d6+1 rounds, -4 DEX rolls.

-Doton: Swamp of the Underworld Jutsu

Description: The Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld is a technique that creates a large swamp that immobilizes and kills the target.
PvP Effect: 2d10+1d6, stunned for 1d6 rounds or until hit.

-Doton: Earthquake Jutsu

Description: The user makes a long series of handsigns then jumps into the air spinning, after spinning in the air he/she slowly falls to the ground gaining momentum and at the last second he/she brings his fists out and smashes into the ground creating huge cracks in the earth and tremors across the land.
PvP Effect: 5d10 to everyone in the area, unblockable, 3d10 to the user, takes 2 rounds, one to jump into the air, the next to smash into the ground, the user is then stunned for 1d4 rounds after use(or until hit).

Description: The user fires a ray of shocking currents and must make a ranged attack against any living creature within 10 feet. The effect much like that of a tazer.
PvP Effect: The target is stunned for 1 round by the electric volt. If hit, the stun ends.

Description: The user sends the charge into one of the targets limbs, cramping it up and making it stiff as the electrical current messes with nerve signals.
PvP Effect: The target takes -1 to STR rolls if hit in the arms, or -1 to DEX rolls if hit in the legs. Lasts 1d6 rounds.

-Raiton: Thunder Call Jutsu

Description: The user would send a ball of deafening thunder, and electricity at the opponent. Possibly stunning and shocking them.

Description: Using this technique, the user creates a large dragon of yellow lightning energy, which he will use to cleave his enemies in half and burn them to a crisp.

Description: This technique is also known as delayed tiger missile by its old name. It creates a tiger made out of glimmering yellow lightning that will rush and bound across the distance to its target and pass right through it, no matter how fast it is.

Description: The user channels chakra into his own aura, making it engulfed by electricty. Creeating a defending, and lethal shield.
PvP Effect: Lasts for 1d6+1 rounds, all taijutsu attacks, successful or not, against the user deal 3d4 damage to the user of the taijutsu move, the user of this jutsu is immune to B rank and lower electric attacks and damge for the duration of the jutsu.

-Raiton: Electrical Senbon Jutsu

Description: An electrical senbon with the power of a thunderstorm, is thrown towards the target. After the use has gone through a long list of handseals.
PvP Effect: 2d20+1d8+2d6, Chance for stun(con check, DC 18 stunned for 1 round(or until hit). 3 Dr Pierce.
Note: You can use 2 turns (one to charge one to use) to make this ninjutsu be used by Dex/Str.

-Fuuton: Spiraling Vortex Jutsu

Description: The shinobi forms the required handseals (10) then focuses his chakra in his lungs. Inhaling deeply, the shinobi holds the air in his lungs, while the chakra amplifies it. Placing one hand on his chest, and the other to cup his lips, he exhales sharply, expelling a large blast of wind in a cone effect.
If a Shinobi is near the caster of the Jutsu, and in the Jutsu' path, they will find it difficult to breath due to the massive gusts of wind. Prolonged exposure of this upclose effect can be lethal, causing death due to suffocation.
The field is weakest at the outter edges, roughly around 15m or farther away.
PvP Effect: deals 2d8 as a spiraling wind current begins to suffocate the target

-Fuuton: Penetrating Arrow Jutsu

Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time.
PvP Effect: Deals 2d8-1, unblockable

-Fuuton: Violent Wind Twisting Jutsu

Description: The user performs the handseals and then applies chakra to their feet. They thin spin on their heels a total of three times. Each spin releases a violent burst of air that extends about eight feet out. This burst of air is used to displace incoming projectiles and possibly jutsu, depending on the opposing jutsu’s strength and element. (i.e. water or fire would be easy to disperse versus earth which would be difficult due to weight and density). This jutsu is also used to knock opponents who come to close to the user away from them.
PvP Effect: When used to block taijutsu, the target if blocked successfully takes 1d8 pts of damage.

-Fuuton: Fist of the Heavens Jutsu

Description:: Clouds distort as the wind swirls into the shape of a massive fist, the fist then comes smashing down on a single target.

-Fuuton: Wind Dragon Jutsu

Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The color is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its color to transparency. The dragon can shoot larger, more deadly versions of Minawana no Jutsu from its mouth. Coupled with the use of his clans Kekkei Genkai' secondary effect, he can use this on an empty chakra pool (At the risk of his own life if he uses it for an extended period of time). The user of the Jutsu is placed inside of the dragon's center, rendering complete control over the jutsu with the motions of their arms, legs, as well as chakra flow. Upon the dispell of this Jutsu via the creators will, the jutsu explodes, sending a huge current of wind in a 360 degree radius. If one isn't careful, they can be carried by the wind to a distance of up to 30m.
PvP Effect: deals 3d8

Description: Unlike what its name implies, the user creates a near translucent bird from his chakra mixed in the air, which are sent divebombing and damaging all creatures in a set area.
PvP Effect: Deals 3d6 to 1d4+1 targets

-Fuuton: Great Twister
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The User performs 20 Handseals as the clouds quickly darken and the wind picks up violently as the User strains summoning a small twister that is capable of sucking in projectile attacks and making it difficult to move around the area.
PvP Effect: AoE, (Except User) Dexterity & Ranged Attack rolls are made at - 4 for 1d6 Rounds.

-Fuuton: Great Sickling Wind Blast Technique
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The user blows forth a burst of wind focusing enough chakra into parts of the wind to cut straight through flesh, blood and bone.
PvP Effect: deals 1d20+ 2d8 pts of damage.

-Fuuton: Final Bladed Dance
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Cp: 20
Description: After going through 40 Handseals the wind begins to be drawn towards the user in a sudden surge, and then released as silver flashes of light flurry the battle field cutting anything in its path. It is capable of leveling a small forest.
PvP Effect: AoE (except User), 4d10 Wind Damage (Undodgeable)
