Appearance: Kouhei, has maple brown hair and sky blue eyes. He wears fairly loose clothing as he was raised in the desert, but of course always carries a pack with him that has a protective cloak, should a sand storm arrive. Over his left eye, is a runic symbol or seal, that was given to him by the Inkas to suppress the bulk of his chakra. His build is lithe, hes quite toned, but does not build for muscle, as doing that limits movement. He has quite an alluring presence about him, but he doesn't seem to really notice or care about it.

~Biography~


~Night of the slaughter~

It was a peaceful night, as most things are before a huge storm crashes onto a scene. It was as if they were in perfect solace...the eye of the storm, before it happened...the first strike...or the first strike where a scream escaped the lips of one of the fallen. The lights flicker on around the whole compound...guards come forth, but are easily dispatched of. The mixture of clashing steel, and the sound of woman and children alike screaming were more then enough for this specific Uchiha family to take some action...action to save their young son Kouhei. Swiftly the father starts to make some hand signs, and places a seal on the boys chest...the mother quickly starts to gather a basket and blankets, and places Kouhei within it. The mother then gathers up her chakra, and slams her hand onto the ground, summoning an above average, raven. The raven spreads its wings gracefully, and grabs up the basket in hits talons, before shooting upward into the sky. The basket itself was made of black dyed, thicket and the raven is also black in color, making it blend perfectly together in the night sky. The screams continue to occur as the crying child is swept away. The raven soars out of fire country, covered by the night sky...it seems to fly at incredible speeds. It reaches the edge of rain country, just outside wind country before *poof* the raven seems to have been dispelled...the user who created the jutsu dead, and thus the chakra connection, died. The basket soars down, its almost as if fate itself wished for the Uchiha to be wiped out as the defenseless child seems to be crashing to his end. Just as the basket was about to crash onto the rock hard surface, a group of patrolling rain ninja happened by, and out of sheer reflex they catch the basket. The patrol group stops from their hurried dash, as they look into the basket, to find the child passed out, sleeping likely exhausted from crying so much. However, once again, the silence is broken by more blood, as kunai seem to come from out of nowhere, stabbing into the group of rain ninja, Suna ninja take their place. They pay no mention to the basket at the moment, as they seem to be searching the fallen rain ninja for an object that must have been stolen, a small pendent that has the engravings of the wind temple on it...they nod and place the recovered object back into the pockets of the supposed leader of the rescue group. They all the stop, and look to the basket, and the child inside, and then to each other. The leader shrugs, seeming to be an ANBU the rest Jounin, the ANBU takes off and heads back to the village, seeming to have what he came for. The remaining three Jounin come to the conclusion that cannot let the child die all alone, when the fates have brought him to them...They take up the basket and head for Sunagakure.

~Sunagakure, and the fate of the boy~

The rest of the patrol group gets back to Sunagakure, and spread out to various locations in the village...the one carrying the basket gives a light sigh and complains about babysitting, before heading to the kazekage's office. As he enters he bows formally to the current kazekage at the time, and then approaches, placing the basket with the child on the desk. The kazekage raises a brow...glancing to the child and lets out a breath of air. Much debate went on about what to do with the stranded child, but Sunagakure being the honorable nation that it is, could not just leave him to be alone. A meeting was held the next day, calling the nobles of each clan, to the kazekage's office. The nobles gather, and the meeting is held, discussing who has the funding and space to house this child. During this time the Arashi and Takumi clans were still new to Sunagakure, and did not have the time or resources to house this new child...However the Inkas stepped up, the Inka representative anyway, as Mithrajin and Seohyun were still too young to understand the details of the meeting, and he said they would be happy to take him in, and see what they can do about raising him. With that the meeting concluded, and everyone went home to their compounds.

~Growing up in the Inka Compound~

The boy was given the name Kouhei as he was brought up by the Inkas. His life was filled with care and love, as he grew up under a caring family of the Inka. The branch in which he was raised, was by the serving branch, noted by their brown hair. The hair matches that of Kouhei so it makes it easier to explain and make him seem like part of the family. As apart of the serving branch, he was raised to serve and protect the Inkas. About five years goes by, and Kouhei starts to ask questions, seeming to be quite sharp...He asks about the tattoos of the family, and when he can take the trials. The parents of him give random excuses as to why he is not ready yet, and they arrange a meeting with the Elders of the Clan. The meeting is arranged, with the elders, and the topic at hand, again, was the boy...asking if it was possible for the boy to take the trials...and become an Inka. The discussion lasted for quite awhile, before the Elders followed Kouhei's parents back to there room. Aurora, the head Elder, approaches the young boy, and she searches out Kouhei's spirit, and his aura. By doing this, however, she can see he has a very strong chakra system, just dormant...as if not activated yet, consciously. she continues to search his aura, her eyes closed as she searches over him, in a very curious manner. Suddenly however, she snaps back, coming back into consciousness, she eyes Kouhei, and then look to the parents. She then motions the parents to follow, simply saying "We have to talk.." The parents nod, and they follow along.

Aurora tells the parents that he is not able to become a true Inka...His aura is already filled with a power of a bloodline...a strong bloodline that was just recently thought to be wiped out in Konoha...As hes already affiliated with our ways, we will...do what we must to make him feel and act as though he was apart of our own. The Elder Inkas combine their chakra's and smile down to Kouhei, giving him a reassuring pat on his head, as they tell him to not move, and they place him into a deep sleep as they begin their work. The elders summon up the aura spheres, and place them hovering around his left eye, placing a seal of sorts, that restricts his chakra, and weakens it drastically. They purposely make it bronze in shade, so that is matches the runic symbols given to the serving branch of the Clan, and tell the parents, that he passed the trial, and is now bound to the Inkas, until they can figure out what to do for a more permanent solution.

~Age Fourteen~

As Kouhei grew up, not a word of what the twins saw was uttered to anyone but between them...he just served the Inkas, and seemed happy enough. Doing various chores around the compound, and just serving as he can and or was told to. However as he got older, and his muscles and maturity started to kick in and grow, he seemed to possess a speed that the rest of the Inkas did not possess. His chakra also started to grow a bit more powerful, and the seal itself was weakening because of it. Regardless he started teaching himself some basic kunai and Shurikan techniques, seeming to be innately fascinated with them, and possess a certain aptitude for them. It was because of this that Kouhei started to get curious about the acadamy...wanting to join it and learn the jutsu. The Inka council, was worried about this, because it would just let him gain more knowledge of his chakra, and therefore awaken the power within himself...and who knows how he would react, and or become once he found out. It was this reason, whey he was just kept at the compound, and not allowed to join the acadamy...

~Trials~

Kouhei was at the bazaar, enjoying the very beginning of the festival. An elder of the Inka clan approached and smiled to Kouhei, saying she understands that he yet again, wishes to join the acadamy. He nodded, and explained his reasons, after the elder had told him that he would be better off as just remaining as a third branch member, without taking on more hardships. She finally agree'd to his request, and told him to meet the elders in the cave of prominence. He did so, and he entered slowly, looking around at the dark cave. He smiles and bows as he sees the elders, and then bows to Seohyun as she enters from behind him. Kouhei is told to stand on the black marble Esq floor mark in the center of the cave, as a chair seems to grab Kouhei and place him down in it. Hes told to relax...and always keep in his mind why he is going through this. He lets out a breath, and relaxes in the chair, as Aurora gathers her chakra up, and her hand becomes enveloped in a blue like flame. She places her hand over the seal on his eye, and starts to leak the chakra into it, releasing its effects. As she does that, the dormant, strong chakra in Kouhei seems to release. Seohyun even blinked, as she watched this happen. As Aurora finishes removing the seal that was blocking his chakra, she nods to Seohyun, who slowly starts to prick and poke his body with a chakra needle, pressing her own chakra into his body, and mixing the markings with his very chakra system, he was still going through the trials. A super heated, metallic copper shade, metal slowly starts to pour over his body, to match the etchings, and Kouhei screams out in pain, tears fall from his eyes as his whole body tenses up, and he lets out groans and huffs of pain. Seohyun frowned, but quickly fixed her face to show Kouhei she was not scared, and instead gave him words of encouragement. The markings continue, she etches the symbol of the Inka clan into his right arm, and the symbol itself is surrounded by a flock of ravens, that fly around it in a circle. The liquefied copper metal continues to melt into his skin, he cries out more in pain, this was excruciating for anyone, but he endures...the Trial ends finally as he can barely move...he passes out right then and there, but not because of deaths door, simply because he is fatigued...the Elders smile and they take him back to the Inka compound, and place him in the bed to rest.

"We've done all we can, Kouhei...Hopefully you do not resent what we've done, should you ever find out who you are." The words are said by the elder, but go unheard to Kouhei, as he lays in his bed, his body still flinching from the pain of the trial, he just sleeps for the next few days.

~Acadamy Life~

Kouhei joins the acadamy soon after he recovers some of his strength, he starts going to classes and reading books alot, to try and catch up on the things others had already been prepared for. Between his studies and his duties at the Inka compound, hes been kept quite busy. Its time he started to learn some jutsu! Seohyun had promised him that she'd teach him how to use the acadamy jutsu...how to walk on water, and climb trees and walls using his chakra only. His chakra was strong, the seal that had been removed, seemed to awaken his hidden potential. Since he had been already been training in the kunai and Shurikan training in his spare time, even before he had joined the acadamy, he did quite well in that aspect of the acadamy, scoring some of the highest points ever in Sunagakure, though little did he know, that his Uchiha blood helped him alot in this. He studied the applications of chakra, how to focus it into specific points, and how to make it stronger and softer, depending on the situation.

One late evening, he was near the gates of Sunagakure, when Seohyun had approached him. She ruffled his hair as she always did, and Kouhei gave her a respectful bow, as he usually does. Rai, and Hyobe were there also, and Seohyun had invited all of us back to the compound to enjoy the atmosphere. As we arrived, Kouhei went and gathered some tea and fruit, to offer to the guests...time passed and Kouhei ended up coughing a bit, though as he did so, some fire spurted forth from his mouth, sizzling in the water. He blinked, and Seohyun giggled. "Seems we know what your elemental affinity is, Kouhei-kun." She said. Kouhei just smiled, blushing a bit as he looked to the water. Things were finally starting to work out for him, and he was feeling like he knew his place in the world again, being able to utilize his chakra, finally.

Kouhei had gone to the acadamy again, the next day. The class was being taught how to walk on water, and climb on walls utilizing their chakra. As it came up to Kouhei's turn, he walked slowly to the water...he huffed a bit as he took one step onto the water, using his chakra to stay afloat. After he had taken a step, he placed his other foot wobbly near his other....before "Splash!", he falls in. Giving a mutter, he ignores the giggles and laughter of his other students and teachers, he swims back to shore and tries again. Slowly but surely he continues to try, and eventually succeeds. The odd thing was, however, his chakra seemed to not even be low after the training. As if storing all that chakra for so long, had given him an extra supply...or at least thats what he keeps telling himself.

A few days later, Kouhei had gone back to the compound, looking for Seohyun, to ask for another lesson. However, instead, he found someone he did not expect to see. He finds Uchiha Sao. Kouhei bowed his head to him, and passed by quickly, being told to stay away from him, he did just that for the moment, heading to the temple, to give his respects to the spirits of the land. When he had finished, he turned, and Sao was watching, staring almost, before the first interaction between Sao and Kouhei began. The conversation seemed natural, the flow of words and understanding, natural...the whole event, was just that...natural. Many things were said, many words of wisdom were passed on, and Sao even seemed to confide in Kouhei, telling him that he regrets some of the things he had done in the past, blaming those that that he shouldn't have. He tossed Kouhei his sword, the sword he treasured almost more then anything else. "I trust you know how to use a blade." He asked him. Kouhei looked to the blade, and tilted his head, unsheathing he looked down the razor sharp edge of the blade. "Swing" He said, and Kouhei responded by slashing the blade in a diagonal slash through the air. Immediately Sao started giving Kouhei some scenarios, about his family being attacked, how do you respond, what would you do in this situation, how would you proceed. It seemed Kouhei was getting lessons from one of the most skilled shinobi in the land, and he didn't really know it at the time. After the short lesson he looked to Kouhei, and said a statement that will always stay with him. "Control your emotions, and do not let yourself become consumed by revenge, no matter how wronged you've become." Little did Sao know, that those words may have saved Kouhei from a life of just that, a future sight so to speak, as the next set of actions and events, would change both of their lives, forever.

"You think your life has been rough, try living through mine. I've had to live through two of my families being slaughtered due to others greed."

The lesson had ended, and screams started coming from the compound. Kouhei blinked as he looked about, only to find Seven, heavily armed swordsman break through the Inka compound gate, slowly starting to slaughter any Inka that stand in their way. Kouhei got scared, nervous, and angered...he stepped up to one of them. "Who are you!? What are you doing?!" He shouted, still gripping tightly on the blade that Sao had let him use for the training session. The swordsman had looked to Kouhei and gave a cocky grin, simply stating that all the Inka are about to die. Kouhei backed up in fear, in doing so, he bumped into Sao, who put a reassuring hand on Kouhei's shoulder, and holds out his hand. "My sword, Kouhei-kun." Kouhei quickly nodded, and gave Sao his blade. The battle raged on, after a few moments of talking between Sao and the swordsman. The battle wasn't long, but seemed to last centuries in the eyes of Kouhei, worried for his family, worried for Sao, worried for the allies that had shown up in the end to attempt to help. Just as Kouhei thought the worst of it was over, one of the swordsman created dozens of ice mirrors, and then tapped her blade against one of them, as they all shattered, sending tens of thousands of shards of ice onto the battlefield...though her aim was not on the battle at hand, her aim, was to the remaining Inka survivors. They all screamed and cried out in agony as they slowly bled to death, and all the swordsman vanished, dissipated into thin air. Kouhei's entire body was struck...not by the ice, but by the anger, rage, and fear in his mind, body, and spirit. He slowly walked over to Aurora and Jeckt, who had been violently struck by the ice needles, they were also slowly bleeding to death. Aurora took Kouhei's hand, which was trembling as his anger built up inside of him. She lean't in to whisper some silent words to him, the words were indeed silent, however Kouhei understood each syllable, as time itself seemed to slow down...his eyes warped, taking on the look of a one tomoe sharingan. Her final words will be forever engraved into his heart.

"In the Temple of the Sun are the records of your coming here, and your past. You will find your answers there, Kouhei-kun, please believe we did what we did, because we loved you. No matter what anyone says, you are an Inka, and will always be family to us."

Kouhei shouted out in anger, rage. He lowered his gaze as his body shook from adrenalin. His ears perked as he heard movement behind him, he quickly spun on his heels to look at the approaching person, and it was Sao, blood dripping down his eyes, he looked in Kouhei's direction, fell to a knee and simply said. "I'm sorry, Kouhei-kun. I tried..." Kouhei, still shaking with anger, looked to Sao and also dropped to his knees, shaking his head he embraced Sao in a hug. "I"m sorry Sao-sama...I was not able to help."

Soon after, the survivors were all lugged off to the hospitals, to get treatment. The Inka clan had nearly been wiped out, a second time, and Kouhei started gathering the dead, and giving them the proper burials the Inka deserve. He has much work to do, and Seohyun told him to take a body count, and leave the report under her door.

"Is this the life I really want? Is it too late to turn back? It is too late...I must become stronger now, so that I can protect my family, and not allow these events to ever happen again."

Description: The ninjutsu forms their seals then holds out a hand close to their target. Wind bursts forth in a circular motion becoming a sphere of rapidly moving air. The air moves fast enough to repel any attacks from the inside and the downward flow of the air keeps the targets arms unable to move, usually dropping them to their knees.
PvP Effect: The target is unable to move/attack for 1d4 rounds or until they succeed a STR check vs the WIS check they were trapped with. The user may not attack them directly, but using Solid clones is a way to attack the immobile target. Target is free when struck.

Description: While using the Sharingan, Kouhei has learned to control the wind to such a degree, he can gather and create the clouds in the very sky. With this technique, simply named Tora (Tiger) the clouds wisp together and form a large Tiger, that gives out a sky shattering roar. As the roar is triggered, the clouds break and the winds burst around the area in a violent storm. Each wind wisp, cutting even the thickest roots of the oldest trees with ease. The tiger leaps from the clouds that it was created from, before rampaging onto the battlefield swarming and attacking the target its sent upon.

This is the first stage of the sharingan. When activated, the pupil will grow a crimson red colour and the first wheel, or ‘tomoe’ will appear somewhere in the iris. The first tomoe allows the clan character to start seeing movement at an already slower rate than normal vision; enough to be able to read movements of a writing pencil. This grants the character with the following bonuses.

Lvl 15: 5 CP Activation, 3 CP Maintenance + 1 ATK / DEF, + 10 Spot, 20-20 Crit Range

Description: The Sharingan's first and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
PvP: When witnessing a Tai / Nin / Gen / Ken Jutsu being performed, as a free action copy it permanently. S-Rank / Medical / Kinjutsu / Gates / Summons / Seals / Custom Jutsus do not apply. When Using Jutsu not of User's Elemental affinity pay the following additional CP Cost:

Description: The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
PvP: (Counter ATK) When targeted from a Tai / Nin / Ken Jutsu ATK which the User knows, DMG Vs DMG. Loser takes the difference.

Uchiha Kouhei Sharingan_2

This is the second stage of sharingan. When developed, a second tomoe will appear along the irises. This furthers the rate at which the user’s eyes can see, and it allows them to see intervals of around 5 seconds, enough to read lips. The user will as well develop the ability to see chakra to a certain level. While they cannot tell on sight what the chakra nature of someone is, they will see it in form of little colored clouds when it is performed or enhanced The second stage of the Sharingan adds on the following bonuses.

Lvl 25: 4 CP Activation, 2 CP Maintenance + 2 ATK / DEF, + 15 Spot, 19-20 Crit Range

Description: One of the defensive capabilities of the Sharingan is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular, and have better control in negating it from affecting them.
PvP: Automatically Resist Normal Genjutsu. Vs Dojutsu Genjutsu, - 3 DC / Resilience to the Genjutsu per Use.
D-Rank: + 1 CP
C-Rank: + 2 CP
B-Rank: + 3 CP
A-Rank: + 4 CP

Uchiha Kouhei Sharingan_3-1


This is the third and final stage of the sharingan of a regular Uchiha. Three tomoe form along the irises. It takes rate of movement to around 2-3 minute intervals and is granted with the ability of casting a specific hypnotic illusion as well as reversing illusionary techniques cast on the user. The clan character gains the following bonuses and abilities.

Lvl 35: 3 CP Activation, 1 CP Maintenance + 3 ATK / DEF, + 20 Spot, 18-20 Crit Range

Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Genjutsu

Description: The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda or even the Nine-Tailed Fox may be controlled. When this was used against Manda and the Nine-Tailed Fox their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
PvP: WIS Substitutes INT (Stat Bonus Included) when learning / performing Genjutsu. Can be used while Physically Stunned at - 2 Roll.

Jutsu Type: Dojutsu
Rank: Hijutsu
Cp: 5 CP + Original Genjutsu Cost
Description: The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else
PvP: (Counter ATK) When targeted from a Genjutsu / Dojutsu Genjutsu ATK, Counter ATK via WIS + 2. If successful reflect genjutsu back to source.

Mandala Sharingan(Given by Kuromistsu)

Description: The User would begin to rotate the tomo around the pupil so swiftly that it would begin to form a circle that would slowly begin to deform into a series of geometrical patterns along the red iris of the sharingan, heightening their vision to rival a Hyuuga's for an instance.
PvP: As a free action add 1/2 User's Lvl to a Spot Roll. When Used user can read a target's HP / CP.

Spiritual Realm: Wind Tempest
Type: Dojutsu Genjutsu
Rank: B
Cost: 8 Cp
Description: Kouhei, combining what hes learning about his inkan markings along with his sharingan, is now able to induce an illusion on the target, that would seemingly place them into the spiritual realm. More descriptively the wind element realm. While in this realm, incorporeal wisps would be moving through the target, like ghosts almost, slowly draining away their energy, and giving it to the realm itself. It would begin to show the targets body slowly drift away, as if the jutsu is fusing them with the wind realm itself. When the genjutsu ends, it comes with a tricky side effect, that makes wind jutsu more powerful against that target for a short time.
PvP: 2d8 cp dmg over 1d4/2 round stun or until hit, and for 1d4 rounds the target takes an addiontal +1d8 dmg from wind ninjutsu when the dojutsu ends.

Description: The target is overcome with fond and happy feelings for the world, fully aware of everything around them, but unable to react unless it's in a giddy and joyful way. They love everything and everyone, all the time.
PvP Effect: The target may not attack for 1d4 rounds, but may defend as normal. If they are hit then the effect ends.

-Heartbreaker Jutsu

Description: The target finds themselves seeing life as deeply depressing. The will to fight is lost as they try to cope with their depression.

Description: A large sac of flesh forms around the target, encasing them and holding them in place.

Description: The users body breaks down into sand that swirls and obscures the targets vision as desert wasps dart through the flying sand stinging the target.

Description: The target hears a screech and turns in horror, seeing the faces of several demons that grab them and slowly tear apart their body. Each time a demon does so, the target feels as though they are aging, as their body undergoes the stress of being maimed.
PvP Effect: stuns the target for 1d4 rounds, draining 1d4 CP per turn. If the target is hit.. they are released, but their hair would be turning white... a few bright pale strands would be seen.

[Death Sentence]
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu (INT)
Rank: C
Cp: 5
Description: (Handseals: Boar > Tiger > Dragon > Snake > Rat) The User creates an illusion where the target would be prepared to experience an execution, from either an attack or torture device. While caught the target would spend the remaining seconds of their life, before the final curtain would fall - if hit in reality the damage would be amplified.
PvP: 2d6 CP DMG + 1d4 Round Stun or until hit / resist (WIS / INT), if hit while stunned deal + 1d6 DMG.

Description: utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target
into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released.
When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
PvP Effect: No Damage, User can hold the target in the prison for 1d6 Rounds, and or they run out of chakra or until the opponent beats an opposed wisdom check made each round vs the Original wisdom roll they were trapped with. The prison breaks when the person holding the prison, or the person within the prison, get hit.

Things that see chakra (Byakugan, Sharingan) and other work arounds (such as Inuzuka scent) can still find the target using a successful check v.s hide. The user can stay hidden this way for 1d6 rounds. When the user emerges and wishes to make a sneak attack, it's a move silently+10 v.s listen.
