Background:
Shinji was always revered as a genius when it came to ninjutsu and taijutsu. Graduating at the age of nine from the Konoha Ninja Academy, he started his career as a ninja to a good start. His teammates from konohas Team 12 shortly became famous. Until one mission during their chunnin years. It was a routine mission, Shinji and his team were to spy on an enemy village and report how and where their forces were stationed. At the start of the mission everything seemed fine, nothing went wrong. Until they were spotted by a hidden sentry. Immediately calling for reinforcements, the three knew they were in trouble, so they attempted to flee. Not even a minute later they were surrounded by enemy shinobi. Shinji was confident in his abilities and knew he would get out fine, but his team were another story. Takahiro Kishida and his brother Levantis, both strange shinobi. The two had always taken after their sensei who delighted in peeping at the women in the hot springs. They were both excellent with fire ninjutsu, however the foe they faced were all from the village hidden in the mist. Their water ninjutsu quickly overcame the two brothers. Stricken with grief and anger over the fall of his two closest friends, Shinji exploded in rage blacking out. Upon awakening he found himself lying outside of konoha, blood surrounding him on all sides on the dirt road. The headbands of his fallen comrades were clutched tight in his hand, his ninja-to in his other. For four years he mourned his friends, however he completed missions as instructed by the hokage until, at the age of 17, he passed his jonin exam. Having kept to himself for those years, he had no friends to celebrate his success with. And so he's continued alone, completing missions by himself and sitting in his apartment. This behavior made him anti-social and reckless. However now a year later, hes decided to move on from his loss and get out in the world, trying to make new friends along the way.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Description: This is a basic technique known to all Genin. Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can used to create a diversion or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones aren't real, and thus cannot do any damage.
PvP Effect: As long as the bunshin is maintained when being attacked the attacker must roll 1d6. On a 1-3 the bunshin is attacked, on a 4-6 the real target is attacked.

Description: The user forms a serie of seals after which he/she shoots out an oily substance, which ignites as soon as it touches anything but air. The oild sticks to the ground or target.
PvP Effect: Deals 1d4 damage for 1d4+1 rounds to a target, the Target may spend one round Stop Drop, and Rolling to put out the flames

Fists of the Fiery Warrior

Description: The user goes through a long amount of handseal, after which a lightning dragon emerges. The dragon attempts to destroy the target.
PvP Effect: Deals 5d6 electricity damage to the target.


Raiton: Lightning Aura Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
CP: 13
Description: The user channels chakra into his own aura, making it engulfed by electricty. Creeating a defending, and lethal shield.
PvP Effect: Lasts for 1d6+1 rounds, all taijutsu attacks, successful or not, against the user deal 3d4 damage to the user of the taijutsu move, the user of this jutsu is immune to B rank and lower electric attacks and damge for the duration of the jutsu.


Raiton: Thunder Call Jutsu

Description: The user would gather up an amount of chakra needed to form a small ball of concentrated thunder, in an attempt to damage and stun the opponent.

Description: The user shocks an opponent lightly, after having performed some easy handseals.

Description: The user channels chakra to his hands, after which he creates a protective wall of electricity. Either to attack or defend himself.
PvP: Rank damage + 1d6.
Can be used to block, when used to block the technique does 1 dmg.

Earth:

Doton: Earth Spike Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The user handsigns (Boar, Snake, Dog, Tiger, Snake) and brings forth a sharp earth pillar from the ground to impale the targets leg or stomach
PvP Effect: 3d6 damage to the enemy. Could be used defensively with a WIS roll. If used defensively against a Taijutsu attacker, the blocked opponent suffers 2d4 damage.


-Doton: Earth Prison Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Cp: 5 + 2 per round maintained
Description: Handsigns (6 handsigns, beginning with Boar and ending in Snake) and sticks his/her hand into the ground, the user then summons up the earth around the target, trying to capture him/her in a prison of earth.
PvP Effect: Held for 1d6 Rounds, and or they run out of chakra or until the opponent beats an opposed wisdom check made each round vs the Original wisdom roll they were trapped with. If the target gets hit, it breaks the technique.


Doton: Boulders Falling Jutsu

Description: The user handsigns then stomps as 3 boulders form in the ground and raise into the air, at the user’s command he sends the boulders at the enemy.
PvP Effect: 3d6.


Doton: Underground Projection Fish Technique
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent. By utilizing earth-chakra, the person can stealthily emerge from the ground without disrupting the ground around him.
PvP Effect: The user hides automatically and is undetectable by normal means(Regular spots and listens). Things that see chakra (Byakugan, Sharingan) and other work arounds (such as Inuzuka scent) can still find the target using a successful check v.s hide. The user can stay hidden this way for 1d6 rounds. When the user emerges and wishes to make a sneak attack, it's a move silently+10 v.s listen.


Doton: Roots Revenge Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The user makes four handsigns (Boar, Dog, Dragon, Snake) and slams the ground causing roots and rock shards to fly up and rip at the target's shins and legs.
PvP Effect: 1d10 damage from the cuts and slashing.


Doton: Mud Strike Jutsu

Description: The user does three handsigns (Boar, Dog, Snake) and stomps their foot, sending a weak wave of debris at the target.
