The Jintoki are known as the elemental swords. They are able to harness their elements into devistating weapons. The clan is most famous for being the decendants of the first Mizukage, He was a master of all five elements and could weild two different elemental swords at once. Every member of the clan takes on the apearence of their primary element to some extent. Those with Fire have Red hair, Those with water have a blue tint to their skin it has never been known why this happends but it makes them even more fearsome in battle when they lead the charge.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E rank Cp: 4 + 2 per round maintained Description: This is a basic technique known to all Genin. Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can used to create a diversion or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones aren't real, and thus cannot do any damage. PvP Effect: As long as the bunshin is maintained when being attacked the attacker must roll 1d6. On a 1-3 the bunshin is attacked, on a 4-6 the real target is attacked. (Dm Asuma)

Fuuton: Needles of the Wind Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The user creates small needles of wind and launches them at their opponent aiming for vital areas in an attempt to paralyze their opponent. PvP Effect: deals 2d6 pts of damage (Unblockable), and the target makes a con save DC 12 or they are stunned for 1 round(or until hit). (Stun doesn't stack) (Copyed from NPC of Dm Asumas Event)
Fuuton: Whirlwind Prison Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 + 2 for each round maintained Description: The ninjutsu forms their seals then holds out a hand close to their target. Wind bursts forth in a circular motion becoming a sphere of rapidly moving air. The air moves fast enough to repel any attacks from the inside and the downward flow of the air keeps the targets arms unable to move, usually dropping them to their knees. PvP Effect: The target is unable to move/attack for 1d4 rounds or until they succeed a STR check vs the WIS check they were trapped with. The user may not attack them directly, but using Solid clones is a way to attack the immobile target. Target is free when struck. (Copyed from Dm Asuma event)
(B-Rank) Raiton: Lightning Current Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The User attracts a lightning based attack and guides it along their body from one arm to the other, shooting it out from their finger tips to another target. PvP Effect: Block, Redirect a Lightning Based Jutsu at another target. (Daisuke Fujiwara)
Fuuton: Aero Shield Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The User performs 12 handseals as they begin to channel the wind to encircle them in a protective shell. PvP Effect: Used before a defense roll, User gains 10 DR for 1d4 Rounds (DR is not constant, it lowers with damage taken (Copyed from NPC of Dm Asumas Event)
Raiton: Lightning Dragon Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user goes through a long amount of handseal, after which a lightning dragon emerges. The dragon attempts to destroy the target. PvP Effect: Deals 5d6, Unblockable (Copyed from Missing ninja, Dm Asuma event)
(A-Rank) Fuuton: Wind Eagle Missile Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The user creates a larger bird of wind that rockets at one or two targets depending on how close the targets are together and slices them with its wings. PvP Effect: Deals 1d20 to 1d4/2 targets. (rounded up) (Copyed from Missing ninja, Dm Asuma Event)
Suiton: Grand Water Fall Technique Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The user makes a large amount of water drag the target with it, damaging him in the process. PvP Effect: 2d10 + 3d6 (Copyed from NPC, Dm Asuma)
Chakra Release Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 8 Description: You release a shock wave of chakra knocking and sending everyone flying with a chakra infused shock wave that surrounds the user. PvP Effect: Everyone makes an Opposed STR/DEX/WIS check vs your WIS Roll failure makes them fall to the ground stunned for 1 round(or until hit) and they also take 3d10+ WIS chart bonus damage. (Dm Asuma)
(S-Rank) Typhoon Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: The user of this jutsu uses their wind chakra to call forth a storm and gale force winds that lash through the area ripping trees from the ground and blowing down houses. Some shinobi are even able to call down lightning from the storm or slashing rain. PvP Effect: 4d10 damage to everyone in the area except the user. If the user has natural affinity for Lightning, they can spend 3 chakra for an extra 1d8. If the user has a natural affinity for Water, they can spend 3 chakra for an extra 1d8. (So Absolute max damage with a Wind, Water and Lightning -NATURAL- affinity user is 4d10+2d8)(Dm Asuma)

(B-Rank) Konsosei Summoning Seal/Jutsu Jutsu: Fuuinjutsu (learnable with WIS or INT) Rank: B Cp: 10cp for the summoner, 5cp for anyone who answer the summons Description: The Konsosei member is given a seal somewhere on their body. This seal allows them to summon or be summoned by other members of Konsosei who bear the seal. PvP Effect : Konsosei Member creates a summoning circle. All members of Konsosei would feel their seals activate, if they put chakra into their seal they are summoned to the summoning circle location. This seal is removable. (Kenji Ukida, Taught to Summon and Removal of Seal, but cannot place Seal.)

(S-Rank) Judgement Day (Elements needed Fire, Lightning, Wind, Water) Rank: S+ Type: Ninjutsu Cp:25 +5cp per element The user flashes though a long set of handseals as they use there Wind, Water, Lightning, Fire chakra. All at once the ground would rip open and magma would shoot all around the area. As a storm woukld start to kick in with gale force wins that lash though the area ripping trees from the ground and blowing houses down. The rain would kick in it would pour down mix with the wind the rain would be able to cut into your skin as it touches the magma it causes alot of steam to be mad which clouds up the battle feild. Lightning would strike with the storm practly turning the battle feild into a waste land.
Pvp: 4d10 dmage to everyone in the area except the user. If the user has natural affinity for Lightning, they can spend 5 chakra for an extra 1d6. If the use has a natural affinity for water, They can spend 5 chakra for an extra 1d6. If the user also has affinity to fire, they can spend 5 chakra for an extra 1d6. With the cloud of steam covering the battle field the user rolls 1d4 and the targets get 1d4 negitive rolls for 1d4-1 rounds. The user uses a massive amount of chakra that effects ther body, and chakra system that shocks there body and paralizes him for 1 round after the jutsu *Max Dmg with Wind, Water, Fire, Lightning is 4d10+4d6*

Doukagan
The Doukagan in its passive state is pure silver pupiless and smooth , when active it glows with a faint inner light. (Note: Implanted Dojutsu are always active.)
Doukagan Dojutsu:
Passive: In its passive state the Doukugan has the ability to recognize patterns in the opponents chakra and predict likely paths the jutsu will take.
Cp: 5 cp to activate 3 to maintain Bonuses - Level 15+: 1 Offensive Rolls +1 Defensive Rolls Level 25+: +2 Offensive Rolls, +2 Defensive Rolls (These bonuses do not apply to using puppets.)
Osmosis: This ability allows the user to rapidly define the patterns of a genjutsu or ninjutsu and use that jutsu against the opponent in defense at a set cp cost, when using Osmosis the user's ability to define patterns within chakra doubles in intensity, If the user is in a battle Osmosis grants a +2 bonus to the defensive roll with the genjutsu or ninjutsu. (This stacks with regular bonuses).
Cp Chart D: 1 C: 3 B: 5 A: 6
Ranks of jutsu allowed to copy at your ninja rank. 15+: D and C. 25+: D, C, and B. 35+: D, C, B and A.
The Doukugan may also simply choose to copy jutsus of the users Elements.
Level 15+: Rank D +3, C Rank +4 Level 25+: Rank D +2, C Rank +3, B Rank + 4 Level 35+: Rank D +1, C Rank +2, B Rank + 3 A Rank +4 (Note the + is added onto the jutsus regular cp cost so an average Rank D at Genin would cost 6cp to copy).
Note: The Dokugan may only copy jutsu of the users element and non-elemental jutsu/genjutsu, they may copy stance based taijutsu techniques as they use chakra and S ranks are so complex they can not be copied at all.

| Ring Of The Body A speical ring made for Itsuma by the Sage of Sins as he requested it. This ring Itsuma wears on his right ring finer, With the kanji "Fear". This ring is enhanced with cahkra to help the wearer to last longer in battle. +10hp
Ring Of The Mind A second speical ring made for Itsuma by the Sage of Sins as he requested it. This ring Itsuma wears on his left ring finger, With the Kanji "Power". This ring is also encahned with extra chakra to help the wearer to have move chakra to also help him in battle. +10cp
Mind Over Matter When both rings are worn the wearer has a mixcure of Stregth and Power. Both rings work together to help the wearer use less chakra with his attacks. -3cp to jutsu(Min 1cp) | |
