Backstory

Through the far reaches of time a single name echod the shadows of every corner of the world. Long before the sage of the six paths came to be there was another legend that roamed the lands. The legend spoke of a man that pioneered the medical arts, develloping many of the methods used before the shinobi came to be. He would never stay in one place for too long but would always be rememberd for years to come. It was only when those that he had met had long passed that new tales would once more be told as this memory of a man would pay another visit. His name, was Vincent Moriachi.

Once the sage of the six paths arose, a large shadow was cast upon Vincent. His tale was no longer told for there was a new name that echod the halls of time. There where small storys told here and there about a man who had develloped new techniques within the sage's teachings that healed the sick and mended the wounded, but with the world rappidly exploding into a mass of pain and suffering there was little time to tell tales anymore. He passed his knowledge on to anyone that was willing to learn in a hope that his techniques could help the world to find peace again, or for the very least ease the suffering of the people within it. But not even Vincent himself was good enough to counteract the pain that was brought to the world during the first and second great ninja wars, and with a third constantly on the horizen it seemed that there was little hope.

From the shadows Vincent watched and waited, developing his techniques and peforming his experiments in a hope that he could cure the world of the sickness the sage of the six paths had created. Vincent was a man who loved to make the world a better place, and he longed to see the day that the suffering would end. He had lived for thousands of years and never once asked for anything in return for his aid, but times had changed and he wasn't alone in the shadows any longer. When you have been alive for so long you soon notice when other people arn't growing old either and the fated meeting of Vincent and Manjin Uchiha soon came to pass. Vincent was no fool, he knew that while not being able to die he would have no chance against such a man. To apose him and his ideals would only result in Vincents body being sealed away within some sort of technique. But what Vincent lacked in power, he made up for in experience. Vincent had been alive and kicking long before Manjin Uchiha had even become a fertilized egg. This meant that if anyone was going to be used in this arrangement that would come to pass, it would be Manjin. Vincent had grown cold during his many years of solitude, the whole world had crashed and burned from what it once was and he longed to return it to it's former glory. He saw Manjin's plan as a way to achieve this.

Vincent spent the next thousand years along side Manjin and Haga manipulating their plans in his favour when he could and aiding them in their tasks. He was very much at the forefront of Akatsuki even before it was known as such but never opted to be of any rank within the organisation. Instead Vincent would be more like an advisor from the shadows, in a way he was Manjin and Haga's elder and thus they respected him for his knowledge, even if they didn't fear him. Underestimating him of course would be their downfall in the end. As the years rolled past and the tasks grew grimmer, Vincent's heart would grow darker and darker untill he became obsessed with his cure of the Shinobi Sickness. He would always do it in his mind for the greater good of the world however, and despite his darkness he still believes to this day that his actions are to save the world and not destroy it.

It wasn't untill a certain person found the Akatsuki that Vincent truely perfected his plan. Michi Minoru was his name, and Vincent would quickly make sure that he was there for Michi in his time of darkness. He was a boy that understood the pain of this world by himself and shared in Vincents ideals, all Vincent had to do was make sure Michi didn't lose sight of his own goals while getting sucked into Manjin's master plan. It didn't take long for Michi to be molded into exactly what Vincent wanted, he was strong enough to lead the Akatsuki but had his own idea of what the master plan should be, and that plan was exactly what Vincent had manipulated him into thinking. The next step was to deal with the two leaders of Akatsuki so that Vincent's plan could come to pass. Haga soon found his end at Michi's hand, only leaving Manjin who was still unaware of Vincent's influence.

Happy that Michi would continue along the path laid out for him. Vincent used his ultimate technique that reverts all his cells back to a younger state so he could infiltrate Kirigakure with ease as a child and keep an eye on Manjin and his Jinchuriki Mizukage puppet. It will take several years for him to regain his full strength due to his cells needing to re-devellop but when the time is right Vincent will give word to Michi and Akatsuki and another Jinchuriki will be theirs.

Cover Story

The rain was falling hard upon the land of water, vision was at an all time low even for the misty shores. A lone jounin patrolled the borders using what little vision he had to seek out intrudors during the neverending war between Kirigakure and Konoha. Suddenly his sences perk as he hears a feint but definate noise from within the treeline, he draws his blade and edges fowards slowly. Visability is still at an all time low, all he can see ahead of him is a slight clearing between the trees and all he can hear apart from the thundering rain storm is the feint wailing of a small child. Realising the child may be in danger he charges fowards without a moments more hesitation, however, he soon comes to a stop as he is met with the sight of a butcherd man and woman next to a broken caravan. These were no normal murders, their bodys had been ripped to bits in what can only be described as an act of the devil. Not even the battle hardend Kirigakure shinobi could look upon that scene without feeling pitty for them. But he was quickly forced to put his feelings to the side when once again he heard the feint wailing sound of a child crying, this time from above. He leapt into the trees above the grim scene to find a small boy hugging his knees as tightly as he could, and crying so much that you could almost blaim him for the weather that day. The shinobi aproached the boy causiously just incase it was a trap but was soon at ease when the boy looked up and simply passed out from exaustion. He caught the boy before he fell from the tree and lit a flare to call ANBU to the area. They never did find the people who butcherd the boys parents. And he was so traumatised by the whole event he simply blanked it from his memory and was fine the next day when he awoke. Life was hard for young Vincent after that. No family to love him, No friends to care for him. He was forced to live on the streets of Kirigakure living off nothing but the waste that he found from time to time. It was many years later that he would finally be accepted into the academy, and after showing an almost unnatural talent for chakra controll was accepted to study at the Hospital to study medical Ninjutsu..... And that is where our story begins....

Becoming a medical-nin sacrifices the user's first element at genin rank. They can still obtain a second element at Jounin. To learn Medical jutsu the user requires a minimum of 1 Lvl in Cleric, and skill pts in "Heal". The following Medical Jutsu are available based on Heal Mod.

Dead Soul Technique

Description: User writes along a corpses forehead using their own blood similar to a summoning technique, then channels chakra into their brain to jump start the corpse as a zombie.
PvP Effect: : Use a nearby Corpse and raise it to fight for you, its turn is after the User's, its Mods equals User's Mods, It's Damage equals User's Damage, It has unlimited HP but NO CP and cannot perform Jutsu. Duration 1d4 Rounds .

PvP Effect: : Used before a Defense Roll, 4 DR to the next attack that hits. When they are hit they can offer additional chakra to increase DR by 2 per chakra pt. It is the DR subtracted from the attacks damage, and it remains until the DR reaches 0. Not Stackable.
(Ex: Chunin Using this Jutsu: 4 DR + (2 x 2) = 8 DR)
Genin: Cannot perform this Jutsu.

Description: User treats a target using items from their medical pouch, applying a large amount of chakra into their heart massaging it with their chakra to produce a vast amount of new bloodcells as it is pumping - but if done incorrectly it can damage their heart instead.
PvP Effect: Heal a target for 6d10 Damage, then roll 1d20. If the roll is 1 deal 1/2 damage to the target instead. If the target reaches - 20 HP perma death is encouraged.
S-Rank: 80 + Heal Mod


Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique
Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu (Dex / Str) (Forbidden)
Rank: S
Cp: 25
Description: User uses their mastery over the human body's anatomy and channels chakra into their fingers striking 4 artery points along the human body and the final one a thrust of the palm at the heart. Simple taps are enough to inject a strong amount of chakra into these arteries causing them to pump extra blood into the heart as it closes. Once the effect ends, the target suffers from a heart attack as the heart valves open with a rush of blood enough to seep from their pores.
PvP Effect: - 5 penalty to Hit. Target is affected for 1d4 Rounds. Once the effect ends deal 2d10 damage per round the Target was affected.
S-Rank: 80 + Heal Mod

Taijutsu like Kenjutsu is something evey ninja has their own unique way in. There is few international known basic taijutsu moves. Therefore each shinobi has a opportunity to create their own custom fighting style and moves, this costs tokens and varies from a basic 10 token to a advanced 50 token fighting style. You can also build on your fighting style starting out with simpel ones but making it grow and prosper through time. Custom fighting styles are submitted to one of the DM's and we will review it and add it to the server after DM approval/ token fee paid.

Taijutsu Rank damage:

Level 1-15: 1d4
Level 16-25: 1d6
Level 26-35: 1d8
Level 35-40: 1d10

Basic taijutsu moves:

Double strike:
Jutsu Type: Taijutsu

Description: Two strikes instead of one!

Description: The user makes a seal as they wing a kunai causing two kunai to hide in the first ones shadow.
PvP Effect: Uses up two kunai's and does normal kunai dmg. But the throw get no - penalty to it.

May create 1 clone at 15+, 2 clones at 25+, 3 clones at 35+
1 Clone : Opponent rolls 1d4 when attacking, 1-2 hits Clone, 3-4 hits Opponent
2 Clones:Opponent rolls 1d6 when attacking, 1-2 hits Clone 1, 3-4 hits Clone 2, 5-6 hits Opponent.
3 Clones-: Opponent rolls 1d4 when attacking, 1 hits Clone 1, 2 hits Clone 2, 3 hits Clone 3, 4 hits Opponent.

Note: Even if the Clone appears to wield a weapon it still does base Taijutsu damage. Clones may however use thrown weapons (kunai, senbon, shuriken).
Note: Clones may be used to improve a ninjutsu attack. Each clone aiding the attack gives up its attack and the user gains +1 to the roll per clone.

[Tombstone Pile-Driver]
Jutsu Type: Taijutsu (DEX /STR)

Description: User would catch a target mid-air by either hurling them or tripping them, then flips them in an upside down position before Pile-Driving them head first into the ground with a chance of temporary paralysis.
PvP: Unarmed Rank DMG + 2d6 DMG bypassing 5 DR. On 1d20 Roll of 15+, Stun target for 2 Rounds or until hit / resist (CON / WIS).

Healing Wound Destruction
Vincents body is a medical miricle, while most shinobi with 'gifts' would have them put down to a bloodline Vincents ability is more what you would call a Cell-line. Every cell in his body works to keep him alive and concious at all times, as soon as he takes a wound his cells focus his chakra into that area of his body and begin to heal it almost the instant that it hits. The same goes for if Vincent exerts himself too much and finds himself lack of chakra, his cells begin to work within his core to reproduce the chakra he has left and multiply untill he is ready for action once more.

Lvl 15+: + 2 HP / + 1 CP Regen
Lvl 25+: + 4 HP / + 2 CP Regen
Lvl 35+: + 6 HP / + 3 CP Regen

Self Replication
Due to his ability to regenerate his body Vincent is also able to regrow lost limbs or even his whole body should he loose his head in battle. However he can only do this once his body has fully grown and his ability is at it's peak. There is also another side to this technique, If a limb should be cut off the cells within that limb are also still working to regenerate the lost body, and eventually you end up with two very much alive and real Vincents. While this does have it's advantages in battle it also has it's draw backs. Vincents life force and chakra are then split between the two copys of himself. And should the same misfortune happen again... and again... His maximum health and maximum chakra are split equally amoung all of them. It's not all doom and gloom though for once battle is over Vincent can simply absorb his copys back into his body by simply merging their cells.

Lvl 15+: N/A
Lvl 25+: Can regrow limbs after 1 IRL day
Lvl 35+: Can regrow limbs almost instantly/any limbs grow into Replications of Vincent.

Replication Rules
Replications can do anything Vincent can do, they arn't clones... They are Vincent split in two. (Although if Vincent ever learns a summon they cannot all summon)
1 Replication - Max/Current hp/cp are halved and both Vincents then have those amounts.
2 Replications - Max/Current hp/cp are split in three (if it doesn't go exactly the original Vincent keeps the remainder) and all three Vincents then have those amounts.
ect.. ect..
There is no max to the amount of Replications Vincent can have... While each time he is more dangerous... He is also easier to defeat. (Eventually 1 C-Rank AoE could whipe them all out due to max HP being so low)


Self Experimentation
Due to his ability to replicate and regenerate he makes the perfect test subject for himself when performing medical experiments. He slices... Dices... And down right tourtures himself in the name of science and his medical knowledge.

15+: + 1 ATK / DEF, + 10 Skill Rolls
25+: + 2 ATK / DEF, + 15 Skill Rolls
35+: + 3 ATK / DEF, + 20 Skill Rolls

Weapon(Medical Injection Gloves)


PvP Stats:
+25 heal/+25 concentration

RP Fight Stats:
+1d10 Taijustu damage

- Injection device -
Description: Each finger of the glove is rigged with it's own syringe / trigger mechinism. If the vial within each syringe is full the device will inject on hit, if it's empty the mechanism will draw a blood sample. Due to the limited uses these abilitys cost no extra chakra and can be added onto any Taijutsu strike. The reason however that these gloves are so powerful is due to the fact if the strike doesn't hit the mechanism isn't activated thus, none of the five uses can ever be wasted.

Abstract) DEX / STR, If successful: Taijutsu DMG + Withdraw Blood Samples from a target. (Max. 5 per battle)

Inject) DEX / STR, If successful: Taijutsu DMG + Poison [OR] "Cure" on a target.

Note:
- Blood Samples, are required to create "Cures" that nullifies all Clan / Special / Bloodline bonuses & Jutsu accessed to Target for 5 Rounds [OR] Rply, 3 IRL Days. Counts as an S-Rank Poison (Requires: 80 Heal) Blood Samples are used up if used successfully.
Normal / Clan) 5 Tokens
Bloodline / Special) 10 Tokens

- Poisons, Vary on effect. Each different poison costs the following and can be added with replicas: (Ninja Tool Rools)
D-RANKS) 5 Tokens, x 1 (Max. x 3)
C-RANKS) 10 Tokens, x 1 (Max. x 3)
B-RANKS) 15 Tokens, x 1 (Max. x 3)
A-RANKS) 20 Tokens, x 1 (Max. x 2)
S-RANKS) 25 Tokens, x 1 (Max. x 1)

Having been a doctor for the long span of his life Vincent has created the ultimate collection of medical supplies that allow him to travel light but also have exactly what he needs to treat any wound at all times. Having all these ointments, bandages and medicines to hand means he can perform his jutsu more efficiently and at less strain to himself.

Upon joining Akatsuki each member is granted one of ten rings, these are not only proof of being part of the organisation but proof of the power each member posseses. Being one of the original creators of the organisation Vincent has such a ring, while his does not signify raw power it is proof of his vast wisdom and experience that secured him his place amoung the select few.
