''They travelled in disguise to other territories to judge the situation of the enemy, they would inveigle their way into the midst of the enemy to discover gaps, and enter enemy castles to set them on fire, and carried out assassinations, arriving in secret.



There are never lonely heroes, there are never singular leaders. Always, at any given time you should peek behind their backs. And you will see a person lurking in the shadows. As is the same with the Hokage. The shadow following him, striking down those who attempt to attack the Kage.

Now however he is stepping a bit out of the shadows, to train the new heroes and to aid the Jonin Council. Kumogakure has to prosper once again.

Power and Abilties

Niban's body does not wield lightning, it is lightning! Allowing him to forms weapons forged out of lightning. Blinking at the speed of light. He created this technique while ''examining'' the Yotsuki clan of Kumo and old document of the First Raikage. During an early morning an experiment went wrong though. He got electrocuted, however instead of facing he death he faced a new beginning.

The Rokushin where an Kumo expirement, trying to re-create the Father of Ninjutsu once again. Niban is one of the many, crazed by expirements. Expirements which made devastating amounts of lightning shoot through his body.

Steady Current: +3 to his Ability's powers and Jutsu. All his jutsu are rolled with Wis.
