|  Red Dragon:A month after Mitsubasa Dragil tragic death in a training accident, or rather apparent death really he just became fodder for Arisia's experimentation, his body and soul would be reforged together in a new one in accordance to Arisia's body crafting, what better a servant for her then a true dragon. Renamed Kamikaji, the dragon slayers soul, and flesh, would be born anew into a true dragon, yet another step in one of a great many of the body forgers plans to bring back the powers of the ancients, especially the power of dragons. A side hobby perhaps, but still a path that lies in rare opportunities.
The new body would be inclined and bound to Arisia, following her will, unable to truly betray her, and inclined to love her as one would their family, his biology warped to serve her whims.
"The small scales of a wyrmling red dragon are a bright glossy scarlet, making the dragon easily spotted by predators and hunters, so it stays underground and does not venture outside until it is more able to take care of itself. Toward the end of young age, the scales turn a deeper red, and the glossy texture is replaced by a smooth, dull finish. As the dragon grows older, the scales become large, thick, and as strong as metal. The neck frill and wings are an ash blue or purple-gray toward the edges, becoming darker with age. The pupils of a red dragon fade as it ages; the oldest red dragons have eyes that resemble molten lava orbs."

At all times Kamikaji is a dragon, while he maintains the ability to transform himself into a human form as all dragons do, he always maintains his draconic abilities
PVP: Able to transform between a full sized dragon form and a human form at will, providing no special bonus. (This includes between/hybrid forms)
Innate: Dragon Scale
Kamikaji's flesh, is covered with draconic scales like armor, and the massive bulk of flesh that is a dragon is nothing to complain about this promotes powerful defenses

The red dragons core is the power of the fire dragon, as such he gains a further bonus to dragon powers~

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Cp: 15 + 3 Maintain
Description: This technique turns the user into a humanoid dragon. They would gain a huge amount of strength and speed. Scales will appear on the body and wings coloured according to their element will appear. This transformation would last a while before making the user pass out.
PvP Effect: + 3 ATK / DEF, + 6 DR, and can perform Tai / Ken Jutsu via WIS. Duration 1d6 Rounds.
Special: Free action to activate
[Dragonforce: Complete] (Requires Jounin Rank + 50 Tokens to Unlock)
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Cp: 25 + 4 Maintain
Description: This technique must have Dragonforce activated, and doing so the user would turn into a dragon. Doing so, they would have monstrous strength. However, it reduces their lifeforce by 25% after the effect wears off.
PvP Effect: + 5 ATK / DEF Rolls, + 10 DR, can perform Tai / Ken Jutsu via WIS (Add Ninjutsu Stat DMG Bonus to ATKs.). Duration 5 Rounds. After Use, User's Max CP Pool is lowered by 20 for 1 IRL Week.
Special: Free action to activate
Breathe Attack:
Kamikaji breathes fire, and can perform all fire jutsu through his fiery breathe
PVP: 5 cp: No handsigns needed for fire ninjutsu used this way, fire ninjutsu are transformed into a breathe attack that works as an AOE cone.

Description: The user must spend a round charging his chakra, and then another round to release a powerful flamed armour, flames which has a strong aura on the user.
Pvp: User must spend a turn charging, and then another turn executing. If user is hit with a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu, the attacker takes 2d4 Damage. The user also gains an additional 5 DR vs Fire Jutsu. This lasts 1d6-1 (Min 1) rounds and can be ended early.
Katon: Cage of Fire Jutsu

Description: The user traps anyone near him in a box, a Wall of flames which burn 30 feet high. The user and the opponents/or allies are trapped in the cage.
Pvp: AOE Trap Jutsu, around the user. Enemy or Ally are trapped for for 1d4 + 1 rounds. Everyone but the user will have a – 2 to Attack rolls due to intense heat. Those trapped can roll Wis vs Original Wis to overpower the Fire Cage, However, They may step through the flames for 3d8 + 2 Damage.
Flame Evaporation

Description: The user would focus chakra out and turn into flames, the user body would burn into flames before evaporating in thin air, substituting in a way but with there own chakra. If the user touches a person, and focus' his fire chakra into a person, the user can be substituted/escape as well with the user.
PvP: Substitution + 2, If it fails Vs Tai / Ken deal 3d6 Fire DMG [OR] Escape + 5 (Can be used with other allies, at + 5 CP per ally)

Description: The user can eat any fire jutsu thrown at him/her by sucking up and eating the flames.
Pvp: Wis VS Wis roll, The user can absorb fire jutsu up to A Rank. If the user beats the WIS Roll, they gain 1/2 the damage back as HP. If the damage is higher then 30, then the user can shoot it out at a single target, doing the remainder of damage to the target chosen.
