[After being raised by the Arashi-ou Mercenary group, she was trained extensively in standard combat, however never taught their unique/specific style so she could not be traced back to them when used as a spy/forward operative - recently after the completion of her last spying task, has been finally taught the secrets of the Tempest Style]

[Originally born in Kumogakure, her parents both ninja of the village; though neither were anyone of particular note or skill, just generic and basic chuunin. On one particular family outing when Tiaan was 2 years of age, they stumbled across a scene, of the Arashi-ou completing a abduction mission - however, with the Arashi-ou always having kept far away from the Major Villages territory they were kieen to kieep this mission a secret and immediately attacked and killed the surprised family - or atleast, almost - Tiaan was found, alive after the battle and taken with them - almost immediately back at the Arashi-ou camp the clan leader ordered Tiaans throat slashed and her body disgarded - perhaps, lucky for her, she somehow survived this, the wound was too shallow perhaps? After crawling from the hole she was dumped in - the trauma of it all set in and she had no memories of anything. Eventually she was found by one of the females of the clan who recently lost her own child... and was secretly adopted and raised.]

[Never Attended - Raised in and amongst the traveling mercenary clan, she was never given a proper academy life, however - her adoptive mother taught her vigorously and sometimes violently, so that she could grow up fast and prove herself to be worthy of the clan to prevent the elder from having her cast out again or even killed. The basics were taught by her mother however she was actively encouraged to learn anything and everything she could get anyone to teach her - particularly to learn things from outside the clan, so that she would be able to share it when she returned.]

[:::Information:::] The Arashi-ou fighting style is learned both through skills with jutsu as well as a fundamental understanding of weather – as many of the jutsu are an attempt to mimic that natural forces of the world, using them as a guideline for their actions. Users of this particular style create storms, weather patterns or other forms of enhanced jutsu's by combining the elements of Wind, Water and Lightning. The combination of 3 separate elements into a single form is highly volatile and requires those who use such complicated actions to spend extensive periods of time each day meditating and keeping their chakra and “souls” calmed. Very similar in concept to sage meditation, though nowhere near the same power or effect. Due to this frequent and extensive amount of meditating, Arashi-ou trained individuals are often mistaken for being lazy or narcoleptic – although such is only really carried out during “down time”. With this specialised chakra and jutsu skill comes an inreased affinity for the use of a more basic jutsu, the singular elements that comprise the Tempest style of the Arashi-ou are like childs play to them, far less taxing to use and much more easily controlled. As the Tempest style is not actually a birth right, bloodline or clan style it can technically be taught to anyone, however – as much as these techniques can be taught, it is the constant meditation that truly makes it possible, such that it has become an “uncopyable” style, as those who attempt to do so are unaware of the meditation required, and often end up harming themselves. Predominantly, a small group of mercenary ninja's have taken up mastery of this style as opposed to a centralised base in a hidden village. Though few in number, the groups shared affinity in style makes for a unique unified group.

Multi-Spectrum Chakra Reactive Digital Optical Lenses (or Chakra Lense for short) Description: An extremely thin contact style optical lense placed over the eyes of the bearer (or in rare cases used as glasses/scopes), in theory they are a very simple device - filtering light spectrums, making chakra partially visible once its released (unable to see through objects like byakugan or other doujutsus) While this makes things interesting it bears little to no combative benefits, its primary use is in spotting or tracking concealed enemies, both with chakra views or with variant settings of spectrum, including heat sensors, light filters and other forms of 'scanning' modes. As a final added customization, the device is able to react to the users chakra with minute pulses to alter its visual appearance. Normally having a digitized appearance overlayed on the eyes, it is capable of altering to match the pattern of any eye the user knows, remembers or can imagine - while this gives no immediate benefit, it is usefull partially for disguises as it cannot be seen through as a "illusion" like a henge.
Advanced Analysis Scanning Mode: Description: By activating a variety of scanning modes simultaneously along with an advanced structural analysis link - the lense is capable of identifiying key structural weaknesses or points of least resistance in physical and chakra based objects alike; making the bearer able to inflict damage with maximum efficiency by targeting these weaker areas. PVP: +1d8 Damage Chakra Flow Sensor/Motion Predictor: Description: By carefully observing the flow of chakra or movements of objects, the lenses are able to predict and show a path of direction to the wearer, making them able to more accurately direct their actions and jutsu to land a clear strike, or to defend against enemy attacks. PvP: +2 to Wisdom rolls
Midnight Blade:
Midnight Blade - Medium Weapon RP: Hidden in the vaults of Steel Country's palace are numerous relic weapons - many since long forgotten or only taken out for ceremonies, the 'Midnight Blade' is one such weapon who has seen little use and its abilities passed into obscurity over the centuries. During her long tenure acting as Daimyo of Steel, Tiaan/Arashi spent time exploring and visiting the vaults - although unsure why she was drawn to this particular weapon and upon fleeing from Steel managed to smuggle it away with her. Due to it being an important relic of Steel, she was forced to have alterations to the sheath and hilt so that it wouldn't be recognized. A pitch black weapon which seems to absorb the light rather than reflect it, although when reacting to chakra fed through the blade it radiates a 'dark' light, dimming the area. With this odd refraction and its perfect balance as a masterfull weapon it becomes harder to see and defend from. PvP: May pay 3 CP before rolling an attack to gain +2 to the roll. +1d8 CP Damage. No Dual Wield Penalties.
Arashiton: Soutu-mu Ha (Edge of the Storm) Rank: D (Must know a weapon form jutsu of each element) CP 3 +1 if creating dual wield Description: Momentarily forming another multi-layered chakra creation.... a body of water for physical contact, a spiral of wind for a cutting edge, and a burst of lighting to shatter and destroy. Creating a weapon of any shape or form that fits the users needs; though only lasting momentarily. PvP: Create any sized weapons causing usual damage and following all normal weapon rules. Attack roll may be performed with Wisdom. Lasts only for the 1 round. Wis damage bonus does not apply.
Arashiton: Futsushi (God of Storms) Rank: C (Must know a defensive/blocking jutsu of each element) CP: 5 Description: The user creates a series of layers of chakra, focused with each of the 3 elements, cycling through eachother and empowering eachother, making a nearly impenetrable shield against the elements of weather. PvP: User gains +1d4 to defending against Wind, Water, and Lightning based jutsu of B rank or less for 1d4 rounds.
Arashiton: Osamaru no Koutetsu-soroi (Armor Set of the Storm) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B (Must know Aero Shield, Acid Armor and Lightning Aura) CP: 8 + 3 per Round Maintaned Description: Upon completion of a extensive series of handseals, chakra rushes out of the user to create multiple facets and layers of elemental wards and defenses - taking the form of a set of armor; releasing buffeting winds, shocking lashes, and acidic/toxic waters - making them a walking storm, deadly to approach. PvP: For 1d4+1 rounds, user gains 5 DR per attack, and 2d4 damage return vs Anyone who comes near with a melee attack (IE: Tai, ken, elemental seal, important body parts disturbance) hit or miss
Arashiton: Arashi Haka (Tempest Tomb) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B (Must know Whirlwind Prison and Water Prison) CP: 8+2 each round maintained Description: Forming a typhoon like spiral of wind and water around the target, and then generating electric chakra to strike at the imprisoned target, shocking them painfully while they drown and suffocate! PvP: Target is unable to move or attack for 1d4 rounds or until they pass a successful STR/WIS check vs. The Original WIS Roll. Additionally, for each round they fail to escape, they will take 1d4+2 damage to HP and CP due to suffocation and shocking.
Arashiton: Ittounejikaze (Blade Wind Spiral) - Custom Invented Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A CP: 13 Description: After flowing through a extensive series of hand seals - the wind picks up in multiple small tornadoes surrounding the user, dozens or more depending on their skill or control, before each twister compresses into a narrow wind blade, like a wind buzz-saw - the numerous spirals lashing out in all directions or at the whims of the jutsu's user. PvP: AoE (except user) +3 vs. Dodge, 4d8 Damage. If only one enemy is present, cut through 4 dr.
Arashiton: Rakurainiau (Striking Lightning) - Custom Invented Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A CP: 15 Description: In a flash of light, the ninja disappears into the sky, forming a roiling storm cloud overhead - and is able to strike down whenever and where ever they wish beneath the clouds. Making them almost impossible to catch, track or evade with the full speed and force of a bolt of lightning. PvP: Remove user from battle - after 1 round (or more) of waiting. WIS + 2, If Jutsu Hit's - Rank Taijutsu Damage Or Rank Kenjutsu Damage depending on weapons (Weapon Negatives apply) +3d6 and DC:15 CON or 1 Round Stun (Or until hit). -Alternatively may be used to "jump" and strike down anywhere when outdoors (like Chikuuden to fly away)-
Arashiton: Maryuukaze (Tempest Dragons / Storm Hydra) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A (Must know Wind, Water and Lightning Dragon) CP: 15 Description: Three dragon heads rise and twist around the user, their chakra flowing seemlessly and meshing together to either lash out seperately, or combine into a single devestating beast. Typically only known by the utmost masters of the style, or clan leader. PvP: 3 Dragon Heads, causing 2d8 damage Per head, each head can target a different or the same target. If all 3 heads strike at 1 target, target becomes stunned for 1 round or until hit. (Note: Even if targeted by all 3 heads, need only to defend once)

-Raiton: Lightning Aura Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A CP: 13 Description: The user channels chakra into his own aura, making it engulfed by electricty. Creeating a defending, and lethal shield. PvP Effect: Lasts for 1d6+1 rounds, all taijutsu attacks, successful or not, against the user deal 3d4 damage to the user of the taijutsu move, the user of this jutsu is immune to B rank and lower electric attacks and damge for the duration of the jutsu.

This technique cannot be ended early.
-Raiton: Chain Lightning Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The User goes through 6 Handseals and thrusts both hands out at a target shooting a bolt of electricity at them that can leap between targets building up power. PvP Effect: AoE up to 3 targets, 2d6 Lightning damage + 2 Lightning damage for every person hit after the first.
-Raiton: Thunder Call Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The user would gather up an amount of chakra needed to form a small ball of concentrated thunder, in an attempt to damage and stun the opponent. -Raiton: Electroconvulsive Therapy Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank C Cp: 5 + 2 Cp to Maintain Description: The User channels an electric current to their brain and begins to harm themselves with electrical impulses, inevitably breaking free from Genjutsu like abilities. PvP Effect: For 1d4 Rounds user takes 1d4+2 damage per round (bypasses DR), but this damage breaks Genjutsu Stuns.

Enemies that try to target these individuals would have to figure out which one holds the real target. -Fuuton: Penetrating Arrow Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The user mimes drawing back a bow after sealing, as they draw back the arrow they form one out of air, invisible to the eye though the sound it makes when fired can easily be heard, before releasing it at an opponent with enough power to punch through wood or flesh. PvP Effect: Deals 2d8-1, unblockable
-Fuuton: Whirlwind Prison Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 + 2 for each round maintained Description: The ninjutsu forms their seals then holds out a hand close to their target. Wind bursts forth in a circular motion becoming a sphere of rapidly moving air. The air moves fast enough to repel any attacks from the inside and the downward flow of the air keeps the targets arms unable to move, usually dropping them to their knees. PvP Effect: The target is unable to move/attack for 1d4 rounds or until they succeed a STR check vs the WIS check they were trapped with. The user may not attack them directly, but using Solid clones is a way to attack the immobile target. Target is free when struck.

-Suiton: Whirlpool of Mayhem Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 (Requires User and targets to be on a water source) Description: User performs 25 Handseals and begins to churn their chakra into the waters below them until they begin to twist and take form of a whirlpool that sucks in the User and any targets. The User is in control of the whirlpool and can use its swirling motion to their advantage, but the targets will get lost in the chaotic torrent. PvP Effect: AoE, Requires User and targets to be in a large body of water (Lake, Rivers, or Jutsu like Suiton: Pond Basin) for 1d6 rounds User gains + 2 to rolls and target's lose - 2 to rolls.

-Suiton: Water Dragon Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user makes a long list of hand seals, forming a dragon projectile made of water to crash down and strike the target. PvP Effect: 3d8+1d10, Unblockable
-Suiton: Acid Armor Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: User coats themselves in a thin veil of acid that can dull an impact of an attack and burn those trying to touch the target. PvP Effect: For 1d6 rounds, user gains 3 DR. If they are hit close ranged by a Taijutsu attack the attack takes 3 Damage bypassing DR.
-Suiton: Pond Basin Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: User performs 7 Handseals and pours water from their mouth with an amount enough to perform Basic Water Jutsus. PvP Effect: For 1d4 Rounds, C-Rank and D-Rank Water Jutsus are given a water source to perform Water Jutsus.
-Suiton: Water Whip Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: With 1 Handseal, the User creates an orb of water around their palm that can be formed and molded into a malleable whip. PvP Effect: Stun a target for 1d4 Rounds or until hit.
-Suiton:: Water Prison Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 4 + 2 per round maintained Description: utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. PvP Effect: No Damage, User can hold the target in the prison for 1d6 Rounds, and or they run out of chakra or until the opponent beats an opposed wisdom check made each round vs the Original wisdom roll they were trapped with. The prison breaks when the person holding the prison, or the person within the prison, get hit.
-Suiton: Poisonous Water Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The user creates a poisoned amount of water, which is send towards the target PvP Effect: 2d4 damage for 1d4+1 rounds
-Suiton: Aqua Veil Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Cp: 3 Description: The User performs 3 Handseals as they channel water from a source to rise swiftly to block an attack or at the very least hinder it. PvP Effect: Block, pass or fail - 2 Damage from the attack.
-Suiton: Water Spear Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Cp: 3 Description: The User performs 4 Handseals and then fires a pressurized stream of poisoned water with enough force to pierce a tree. PvP Effect: 1d8 Water damage + 2 CP damage.
-Suiton: Spiral Water Defense Jutsu Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: D Cp: 4 Description: Pulling water from a source the user is able to place a thin membrane of liquid around their hands, moving with speed or strength they can strike against the opponent in a brilliant riposte the liquid travels slowly through the air and often leaves a thin wall like membrane in place PvP: Rank damage + 1d4 Can be used to block, when used to block the technique does 1 damage

-Suiton: Balancing Exercise Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E Cp: 2 Description: The User performs a basic training exercise in maintaining their balance either physically or spiritually to keep their chakra in a constant and subtle flow with the water jutsu yet to be performed. PvP Effect: - 2 Cp to the next Lightning Jutsu the User performs, + 1 Vs. DC roll when learning Lightning Release lasts for 1 attempt.
-Suiton: Soaking Spray Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E Cp: 2 Description: With a few basic handsigns the user is able to fire a small jet of water from their mouth. PvP Effect: 1d4 damage. (This jutsu requires no source of water.)

Disarming Strike(taught by Miyamoto Saketa~) Justsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank C Cp: 5 Description: The user would make attack using the side of their weapon to force their target to drop any weapon they may be holding. PvP Effect: No weapon damage, The target makes a STR/DEX roll against the attack or is disarmed for 1d4 rounds, then they may reclaim their weapon as a free action.
Flickering Defence(taught by Samurai Swordmaster -DM Choji~) Justsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank C Cp: 5 Description: A blazingly quick defence that relies on speed to prevent an incoming physical attack. PvP Effect: +2 to block Kenjutsu or Taijutsu.
Arch-Parry (taught by Samurai Swordmaster -DM Choji~) Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: User surges chakra along their weapon and would either fan it in a circular motion against an attack, leaving the target of a close ranged attack wide open. PvP: Block + 2, If successful Vs Tai / Ken ATKs, - 2 DEF Roll for 1 Round.
Severe Laceration / Forceful Blow (taught by Samurai Swordmaster -DM Chiyo~) Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: B CP: 8 Description: Depending on the weapon in hand, the user would slash an artery on the opponent or fracture their bone due to blunt force trauma. PvP Effect: Weapon DMG + Special - Slashing based weapon: 1d4 HP DMG bypassing DR for 1d4+1 Rounds or until healed. - Bludgeoning based weapon: - 2 to targets rolls for 1d4+1 Rounds or until healed.
Diamond Cutter (taught by Samurai Swordmaster -DM Chiyo~) Justsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank B Cp: 8 + 3 (If Dual-Wielding) Description: A powerful Kenjutsu attack created to cause a deep wound which would become a persistent source of pain for the target, unfortunatly due to the spercific targeting of this attack, it can be difficult to perform. PvP Effect: -2 to Attack Roll, Weapon Damage + 1d4 damage for 1d6 rounds due to bleeding.
Riposte (taught by Samurai Swordmaster -DM Chiyo~) Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: User sends a swift strike at an enemy target sometime during a block, that isnt noticeable until they realized they been hit - normally it is the gliding of a blade, or dislocation from a blunt counter-assault. PvP: Used as a free action after a successful Block via weapon Vs Tai / Ken ATKs, deal 2d6 DMG. (DMG Bonus not applied)
