While this persists, any who come within her boundaries are in danger of being burned. PvP Effect: for 1d6 rounds, any attack against the user must contend against the heatwave before actually attacking the user (wis v attack roll). Shakuton: Imperial Scorching Devestation Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A CP Cost: 13cp Description: The user handseals before exhaling a sharp breath of hot air. This blast is so dense with scorch chakra that it instantaneously causes most fluids to evaporate. PvP Effect: Deals 6d6 damage, 3d6 damage, or 2d6 damage to 1, 2, or 3 targets respectively. Any targets hit by this jutsu must make a con check (DC = users WIS mod +5) or suffer -3 to all rolls for a round.
Shakuton: Blazing Comet Strike Jutsu Type: Taijutsu (stance type) Rank: A CP cost: 10cp+3 per round Description: Radiating scorch chakra, the user would appear to be set ablaze, glowing brightly in its manifestation before assaulting their target with a series of taijutsu attacks; each touch drying out their foe to an intense degree. PvP Effect: For 1d6+2 rounds the user gains an additional +2d6 damage to taijutsu and each successful hit gives CP bleed of 1d4-1(min 1) for 1d4 rounds (cannot stack, each hit renews the duration/dmg)
Shakuton: Extremely Steaming Murder Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S CP Cost: 25(+ sphere costs) Description: The user creates several flaming orbs that resemble small suns. These orbs rotate around the user and can be freely controlled to attack enemies. When an orb touches an opponent, it apparently evaporates all the water inside their body, leaving them in a mummified state. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the opponent's body. PvP Effect: For the next 1d6+1 rounds, The user can control any created Scorch spheres like a Puppet Nin would their puppets.
