}{ Background of the Omoigeki }{Originating from the Land of Ogres, the Omoigeki clan is a small and loosely knit group of people that practice very bizarre and cultist habits. Stemming from their enigmatic practices, the clan specializes in a type of genjutsu that forces their opponents to fight purely with their mind. If a target is caught in a genjutsu spun by the Omoigeki, they better have the mental fortitude to break free, or succumb to their adversary holistically. Of course, existing solely in the mind hinders the body, and the Omoigeki tend to be in poor physical state, be it gaunt and lean or obese and out of shape. Typically, clan members bear largely androgenous features, and wear shrouding clothes that further add to the anatomical mystery that is their gender. As of late, the clan has spread out, family units ending up in various countries throughout the shinobi world. It's not uncommon to find members of the clan in any of the four remaining great nations.

After a genjutsu has taken effect, a second one may be cast (target rolls int/wis as normal) if they succeed, the second genjutsu fails and the duration of te first is lowered by 1. If the target fails to resist the second genjutsu, the new genjutsu is applied and the stun is broken. Stunning genjutsu cannot be used on a target that's already stunned via genjutsu
::Phantasm Arts::Lvl 15+: Ninjutsu can be cast as Genjutsu, halving the dmg and applying it to CP instead of dealing HP dmg, any additional effects act as normal
Lvl 25+: All genjutsu become Phantasm genjutsu, gaining +1 duration and +2 to break DC
Lvl 35+: Taijutsu techniques can be cast as Genjutsu, halving the dmg and applying it to CP instead of dealing HP dmg, any additional effects act as normal
Lvl 40: Bonuses vs Genjutsu can be nullified by rolling Int/Wis vs Int/Wis before casting the genjutsu

Description: By unfurling the scroll, the user activates a seal on the fabric that fires off a set of tools designed to ensnare a highly mobile target.
PvP effect: This tool gains +10 to set trap vs a dodging target. Used via int/wis/dex, the trap of kunai and wire would both stun a target for 1 round as well as deal 2d6 dmg. (this doesn’t use tools from the toolbag)

Description: The user makes eye contact with a target after they’re attacked, attempting to create a quick genjutsu in which the target envisions the Jutsu or attack they recently used behind a closing gate. As the gate seals shut, the target temporarily forgets how to perform the technique.
PvP effect: Disables the use of up to 3 jutsu the target previously used for 1d4 rounds, (Int/wis to break)

Description: The user creates the illusion of a thick haze in the area, as the target’s limbs begin to dissipate into a similar black smog, poisoning their bodies and making it hard to breathe in the imaginary world.
PvP Effect: Stuns for 1d4 rounds, dealing 2 CP dmg that cumulates every round (int/wis to break)

Description: Without the use of handseals, the user simply widens their eyes as they focus on a target, ensnaring the mind and causing full body paralysis as they see a twisted image of the caster, eyes wide and wearing a goulish grin as the world begins to go dark and demented around them, til it leaves nothing but the eyes and mouth of the caster, haunting the target.
PvP Effect: Stuns the target for 1d4+1 rounds. The target rolls 1d10 each round they’re captured, on an odd number they would take CP dmg equal to the amount of CP the jutsu has cost the user. (Int/Wis-2 to break)

Cp cost: 8cp + Senbon, requires a target already trapped in a genjutsu
Description: After trapping their target in a genjutsu, the user would then unleash a barrage of Senbon needles, altering the genjutsu to make the target believe that feral images of themselves are appearing before them and transforming into giant nails before embedding themselves into the original target.
PvP Effect: User flings out as many senbon as the Dex chart would allow (the user would substitute their Mental stat in place of dex for calclulation) dealing half the total dmg to both HP and CP. The target would be released from the genjutsu after dmg.
{Devastating Utterance}Rank: A
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu
Cp cost: 13cp
Description: The user handseals, beginning to mouth words that crescendo into a cacophony of accusations within the target’s mind. The voices they hear belong to those they love, all yelling furiously at the target over one another.
PvP Effect: Target is unable to focus for 1d4+1 rounds or until resist (INT/WIS), Seal Chakra.

Jutsu Type: Genjutsu (FORBIDDEN)

Description: Perhaps one of the Omoigeki’s most malicious jutsu, they create a fabricated world for two or more targets, forcing them to fight with their minds instead of their bodies as they’re all trapped within this realm. In this false reality, anyone that is targeted by a technique is able to designate an ally to take the hit instead of them, but the attack is then amplified and dealt in double to the ally; effectively straining bonds and shattering souls.
PvP Effect: AoE (allies included). Once trapped the genjutsu lasts a full 1d6+1 rounds, all CP costs are taken from HP, and all damages become CP dmg. In order to fight within this genjutsu, highest stat is used to attack and defend. Anyone that is chosen to take a hit for someone else may roll against the incoming attack, but the attack is counted as critical regardless of the dice result. If an original target is hit by a technique (without designating a new target) their next action costs an additional 1d6hp. The genjutsu cannot be resisted, but can be broken from the outside by striking the user. User takes 1d10hp dmg after use and cannot use genjutsu for 1d4 rounds.
