Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E rank Cp: 4 + 2 per round maintained Description: This is a basic technique known to all Genin. Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can used to create a diversion or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones aren't real, and thus cannot do any damage. PvP Effect: As long as the bunshin is maintained when being attacked the attacker must roll 1d6. On a 1-3 the bunshin is attacked, on a 4-6 the real target is attacked.

-Joukiton:Steam Ball Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E Cp: 1 Description: The User focuses the cloud of steam into a ball which they would then toss out towards a target, On contact the ball would burst at wherever thrown causing the steam to be released and thus burning the target. PvP Effect: 1d4 damage
-Joukiton:Blinding Steam Just Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E Cp: 2 Description: User creates a small cloud of steam that goes towards the enemys eyes which would in turn sting their eyes making them unable to see clearly for some time. PvP Effect: -1 to rolls for 1d4 rounds
-Joukiton:Steam Vanishing Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D CP: 3 Description: User vanishes in an explosion of steam sending the steam towards the enemy which would be rather hot and as such would burn them if they got close enough. PvP Effect: Substitution. if successfully used against melee attacks, attacker recieves 1d4 damage
-Joukiton:Steam Cloud Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Cp: 3 Description: User performs a series of handseals placing both hands on their core area and then blows out a large cloud of steam which would fly towards the enemy causing dangerous burns over any exposed skin. PvP Effect: 1d10 damage
-Joukiton:Steam Geyser Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Cp: 3 Description: The user creates a geyser of steam below their enemy, sending them high into the air before the steam vanishes and the enemy falls to the ground. PvP Effect: Deals 1d8 damage and -2 enemy defensive rolls for 1d4-1 rounds (Min 1).
Rank C -Joukiton:Steam Senbon Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5CP +1 CP for each senbon after 3 summoned. Description: The steam surrounding the user would be focused into several senbon which would then fly towards whatever target the user wishes. PvP Effect: Summons 1d6+2 senbon, each deals 2 steam damage per hit pierces 3 DR. Multitool use rule for throwing multiple senbon. Used with WIS. Observed By DM Ino
-Joukiton:Steam Clone Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 + 2 Description: The User creates a single clone out of steam, much like the basic clone jutsu academy students are taught however this version differs on one single aspect, when the clone is destroyed it explodes in a cloud of steam which means trouble for the person who destroyed it. PvP Effect: Normal Clone If destroyed by Tai/Kenjutsu the enemy who destroyed it deals 2d4 damage to the enemy piercing 3 DR.
-Joukiton:Steam Prison Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank C CP: 5cp + 2 per round held Description: The user manipulates his steam to wrap around a target and prevent them from moving for some time while the steam constantly burns them. PvP Effect: 1d4+1 round stun dealing 1d4+1 damage per round

-Joukiton:Relentless Assault Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B cp 8(6 strikes) + 1 per strike up to a maximum of 8 strikes total Description: The Joukiton user performs several handseals before he would create four seperate steam clouds which would surround his target and begin to move in on said target burning them from all sides at once.
PvP Effect: If successful, deal 6d4 + 1d4 for each additional strike up to 6.
-Joukiton:Steam Dragon Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B CP: 8 Description: The user creates a dragon out of the steam cloud which charges towards the enemy to smash into them causing severe internal burns. PvP Effect: 4d6 damage Pierces 5 Dr
-Joukiton:Multiple Steam Clone Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Per clone created 2 per maintained. Description: The user shapes his steam into clones which work very similar to the Kage Bunshin jutsu allowing these steam clones the ability to move and attack instead of simply standing. Being that these steam clones are basically an upgraded version of the other steam clone jutsu they would also explode when destroyed, dealing damage to the person who destroyed them if they are close enough. PvP Effect: Same rules as Kage Bunshin If destroyed by Tai/Kenjutsu the enemy who destroyed it gets dealt 2d6 damage

(DM Approval Required) Elements Chosen: Water+Fire=Jokuton Steamy Rejuvination: The Joukiton user would constantly create a flow of steam from their bodys which in turn would make them become surrounded by it, This steam however would be infused with the users chakra which would add to steams natural ability to heal wounds by circulating blood flow and enlarging blood vessels making his wounds heal at twice the normal rate.

Explosive Tags:[x1] An Explosive Tag can explode if activated by chakra. You can use the explosive tag with DEX (Sticking it to the Oppnent) or WIS / INT (Drop it as a Trap, use with Jutsu) Every tag does 2d10 damage, (Blockable, however if uses wins, he takes half dmg)
Throwing Kunai:[x3] Kunai knives take a DEX / STR roll to connect, and do Damage depending on your characters experienec with them. You may throw multiple kunai to a maximum of 5. each giving -1 to the roll. (Dex Bonus Reduced -1's) Throwing with STR adds STR bonus, but you may not throw multiple Kunai. 1 - 15 = 1 16 - 25 = 1d4 26 - 35 = 1d6 36 - 40 = 1d8
Shuriken:[x3] Same rules that apply to Kunai apply to Shuriken.
SmokeBomb:[x3] Smoke bombs can be used for two things. It can let your shinobi hide, or it can cover the enemy so they cant see. Smoke bombs used to hide a shinobis presence gives the shinobi a +5 to hide and enables him to Hide. (Even if he already has hidden himself once before) Smoke bombs thrown at opponents uses DEX to hit and if connected gives the opponent -1 to rolls for 1d4 rounds.
Ninja Wire: [x1] Ninja wire are used by using DEX / WIS / INT roll vs opponents roll. More about this in the next chapter. If hit the target is stunned for one turn.
Military Ration Pills: [x1] Military Ration pills restore chakra. Eating a pill takes 1 round. Afterward, each round you recover recover 1d6 + 1 CP for 1d6 rounds. Note: Miltary ration pills are capped at two.
