The Hidden Rain Village, once an impoverished town of renegades and scum, has been my home for as long as I can remember. For over a century the village had been slowly building up from the slum it had started as into the village it is today. I wouldn’t have believed that my home had once been a horrible and dangerous place to live if it weren’t for my master being as old as the village itself. Inka Riku had performed a silent coup that allowed him to become the self-proclaimed Amekage and ever since has directed the village into an age of relative prosperity. Naturally, no one would understand why or how someone would manage to live for upwards of 130 years, so he would place puppet leaders on the throne in his place, manipulating them from the shadows to run his personal affairs. In order to last through the decades, he used a kinjutsu of his clan to create an artifact called the Stone of Gelel; a small gemstone that contained the power of life itself, becoming a grounding point to keep his soul and body intact as time passed on. To this day Riku-sama hardly looks older than myself.
I have been told that my life has two purposes. The first is to keep Riku-sama safe at the cost of my own life if necessary, and the second is to be his next puppet of office to run his regime in his stead. In order to complete these missives for my master, he has trained me from childhood to be deceptive, manipulative, and powerful. My name is Kibatatsu Chigetsu, and I don’t truly exist.

Spoiler:
[size=18].:.:Kisei Clan History:.:.
The Kisei Clan began some time ago when a young man of the Hateshinai clan stumbled upon a beautiful woman with forest green hair and mint colored eyes. Knowing if he didn’t speak at that moment, he would most likely never see her again. Gathering up his courage, spoke to the girl; introducing himself fully without knowing the gravity of his mistake. The woman he fell in love with at that first glance was Hana-oki Renrashi, a descendant of the Keikko bloodline. After he introduced himself, she decided that she would attempt to glean information from him by making him believe that she was interested in him. Michi Hateshinai, the foolish youth, answered any question she asked as love blinded him of her intentions like a moonless night.
Sometime during their false relationship, Hana-oki discovered that she was with child, and slew Michi while he slept in the bed beside her with her Toxin Release creation. Of course, she couldn’t allow her clansmen to know of her folly, so she fled from her homeland and gave birth to the child in secret nine months later. She named the child Reikuro, believing that he was a cursed child, brought from the union of two unmarried youths that shared a history of “bad blood”.
Hana-oki ended up longing to return home, but being unsure what to do with her child; she found him a home with an adoptive family that was incapable of having children of their own. Reikuro was the very first of the Kisei clan. When he was in his teens, he left his foster parents and joined the Shinobi village of Iwagakure no Sato. Various tales tell of how Reikuro found out about his gift, but the most common story was that he discovered his kekkei genkai while saving his future wife from a group of punks that were attempting to have their way with her. The tale says that he grabbed one of them by the throat, and unintentionally drained the man of all his chakra, and then manipulated that chakra to defeat the other ruffians. Regardless of how it happened, Reikuro realized his potential as a shinobi and took a wife and a new family name; founding the Kisei clan.
~Clan practices~
Nobody really knows the lore as to how the Kisei clan began their ritual proving through the Container Stones that they use, but it is well known in Rock Country that it –does- happen, and that the Kisei are the only ones capable of utilizing this particular stone. At the age of six, each child of the Kisei clan is exposed to special stones, each one smooth and oval in shape. During the ritual, the stone is placed to the child’s back, near the spine. At this moment, the child’s body either accepts the stone, or rejects it. If the child’s body accepts the stone, another is placed into the child’s body on the other side of the spine, parallel to the first. The child is from that moment considered an Elitist, and is trained specially in the arts of the Senshinken.
The Senshinte, meaning “Absorption hand” is the kekkei genkai by which the Kisei Elitist is able to siphon pure or elemental chakra from a target, and use it as if it was their own. The clan specializes in taijutsu, allowing them to get close enough to perform the Senshinte, but not all clan members study taijutsu as purists. Senshinte taijutsu typically involves wrestling type holds and grapples, as that gives them the best chance to siphon as much chakra from their opponent as possible. There are those, however, that specialize in ninjutsu. The ninjutsu type elitists are the ones that get the most use out of their Container Stones, as they are typically intelligent individuals that pursue knowledge over physical prowess. In the pursuit of knowledge, they tend to master ninjutsu of many different transformations, and it’s known that when a Kisei has a “multi-colored” back, that they are a dangerous individual that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
~House Relations and Family~
Elitists- Those that are among the Elite caste of the Kisei clan rarely associate on a social level with those of the Null caste. Within the clan the Elitists are the brunt of the military presence, and are expected to behave in a mature and proud manner. There are no distinguishing physical features between the Elite caste members and the Null caste members, save for the oval Container Stones that run parallel with their spines.
Nulls- Those that are among the Null caste of the Kisei clan are the individuals that are normally expected to have families, jobs, and fill the producer role within the clan. Being a Null means that you are simply a carrier of the Senshinte bloodline, but cannot utilize it in any way. They rarely have social interactions with members of the Elite caste, and comprise the majority of the clan’s population.
Nobility- The topic of nobility is an interesting one among the Kisei clan, as, unlike most clans that have a segregated population, Nobility is a voted pair, the most promising and talented male and female in either caste are chosen to lead the clan under the clan elders. The arranged marriage of an Elite and a Null occurs when the eldest of the previous pair reaches the age of 30. This new coupling becomes the prince and princess of the clan, and is destined to be the next figureheads of the clan when the elder pair passes away or is given a seat among the clan elders. A chosen pair cannot rule in the clan without the other, so if something happens to one, they’re both removed from their standing as nobles. If it is possible for the pair to be reunited, they will both regain their noble status.
Love and Marriage- As with the nobility, marriages are arranged within the clan, to ensure that blood is not tainted by pairings that are too closely related. Of course, it is entirely possible for someone who is not of the Kisei line to be brought into the family through an arranged marriage. The clan itself follows a more traditional system of family honor, which affects how the marriages are arranged as well. Each family has a maximum of three children. More than four is few and far apart.
~Appearance and Physical Characteristics~
Kisei Clansmen are generally fair skinned, and are born with black hair and light gray eyes. In more recent years, hair dying has become a popular practice, and youngsters are seen sporting a variety of hair colors.
~The Container Stones~
The stones that the Kisei clan uses in their Youkijutsu are a certain gem that is only found in the Rock country. Artisans in the clan are given uncut stones that they then spend days molding into the completely smooth oval shaped stone that is embedded in the backs of the Elitists during the clan’s rituals. The stone begins as a color as gray as the eyes the Kisei clan is known for. Once the Container Stone melds with the Kisei’s body, it takes on a milky-white color until it takes on an elemental chakra. A Container Stone that holds the fire element is red, one that holds water is blue, an earth container is brown, a lightning container is yellow, a wind container is violet; stones that hold the dark and light elements are black and pure white respectively. Very rarely, a stone with a spiral color pattern is mined, and made into a Container Stone. The spiral Container Stones are capable of storing creation elements such as Ice or Lava, and the stone takes on a swirl of the two root element colors.

Character starts with one element of the user’s choice, and gains no further element by normal means. (The character gains no next element at chuunin or jounin rank.)
[Elitist Training]
The elitists of the clan are trained intensely from the day they absorb their first pair of Container Stones; learning the in’s and out’s of the clan’s fighting style and the workings of their kekkei genkai.
15+: + 1 to STR/WIS -or- DEX/WIS ( STR/WIS Chosen on creation), + 5 CP Pool 25+: + 2 to STR/WIS -or- DEX/WIS (STR/WIS Chosen on creation), + 10 CP Pool 35+: + 3 to STR/WIS -or- DEX/WIS (STR/WIS Chosen on creation), + 15 CP Pool
[Combat Specialist]
The clan's innate warrior instincts drive them to excel in most forms of front-line combat. By tailoring that lust for battle into something more refined, the Elitist instruction given to clansmen makes them more potent as a Taijutsuist.
15+: +1 to Taijutsu rolls 25+: +1 to Taijutsu rolls 35+: +2 to Taijutsu rolls
[Elemental Senshinte] known on creation
Jutsu type: Kinjutsu
Rank: N/A
Cp cost: 5cp
Description: Those of the Kisei clan are able to absorb elemental chakra from a victim through the palms of their hands. When an element is absorbed, the Kisei ‘s eyes take on a hue that corresponds with the element that was absorbed. The more experienced the Kisei is, the longer the element stays with them.
PvP Effect: The attempt is made with a Dex/Str roll and effects are as follows: 15+: 1d4+1 rounds of “element stealing” 25+: 1d8+1 rounds of “element stealing” 35+: 2d6+1 rounds of “element stealing” During this duration, the Kisei is able to utilize any jutsu of the borrowed element that they have learned.
** Note: to learn elemental jutsu that you don’t have the element for, you have to borrow the element from the teacher and then have them teach you, starting your CP at -10 from your total for the lesson.**
[Youkijutsu- Container Technique]
Jutsu Type: Fuuinjutsu
Jutsu Rank: N/A
CP Cost: 5
While possessing the element of a target, the Kisei is able to store that element in one of the stones on their back. This is a permanent storing and cannot be replaced with any other element. Once the stone stores an element, the milky white hue of the stone takes on a more solid and dominant color depending on the element. Each Character starts with two Container Stones. Purchasing additional Container Stones, to a max of six Stones along the Kisei’s back is possible, for 25 tokens per stone. The rarer Spiral Container Stones are DM approval only. **Note: Spiral stones may come from a creation of two elements, but the Kisei does not need to have the two root elements to use the creation’s jutsu, as the creation’s chakra is stored in the stone.
[Clan Jutsu]
Senshinken (known on creation)
Jutsu Type: Taijutsu
Jutsu Rank: N/A
CP Cost: 3cp
Description: Senshinken is a taijutsu style focused on making physical contact with a target, and then "ripping" their chakra from their body. This jutsu is foundational to the clan's chakra absorbing abilities, however basic taijutsu combat is too fast pace to actually absorb the ripped chakra into their own circulatory system.
PvP Effect: deals damage to CP according to the chart below. STR bonus dmg does not apply.
Description: This form of Senshinken involves the user catching their opponent in a grapple maneuver, and holding them in a submission lock in which neither of them can move.
PvP Effect: Unarmed Rank DMG + Physical Stun 1d4 Rounds or until user or target is hit. User cannot ATK while in effect, drain 1d4 CP (Bypassing DR) per round. Half of the total end CP dmg is returned to the user.
Senshinken Sleeper Hold
Jutsu Type: Taijutsu
Jutsu Rank: B
CP Cost: 10 cp
Description: This form of Senshinken involves the user catching their opponent in a headlock, applying pressure to the arteries in their neck and causing them to pass out. The Kisei drains the opponent of chakra as they sleep.
PvP Effect: Unarmed Rank DMG + Stun for 1d4+1 Rounds or until target is hit. User cannot ATK while in effect, Drain 1d6 CP (Bypassing DR) per round. Half of the total end CP dmg is returned to the user. If user is hit, the hold is released but the stun remains in effect (target is unconscious for the remainder of the duration)
Senshinte: Chakra Vacuum (Lvl 25+ requirement to learn)
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Rank: B
CP cost: 8cp
Description: The user focuses chakra in their body, expanding their body’s ability to absorb chakra to their entire being, as they’d attempt to then “swallow” an incoming chakra based jutsu, rendering it harmless.
PvP Effect: Block + 2 (Can Block Unblockables), if successful user heals for 1/2 Jutsu CP Cost.
Senshinte: Chakra Wall (Lvl 35+ requirement to learn)
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Rank: S
CP cost: 20cp + 3 per round maintained
Description: The user focuses their chakra to their core, and projects it outward in an invisible bubble around itself in a dome small enough to contain 3 people. This bubble of chakra gets stronger as chakra based jutsu is cast against it. If the bubble is overpowered, it collapses on anyone inside of it, cushioning them from the attack that collapsed it.
PvP Effect: Duration 2d4+2 Rounds, User can end the effect as a free action on their turn. AoE Block + 2 to roll (Can block unblockables) as a free action per turn, if successful negate the attack but if it fails lower DMG by 2 + (1 x Jutsu Rank: Ex. D-Rank +1, C-Rank + 2, B-Rank + 3, etc etc.)
