While not strictly teleportation, the user can release sudden huge bursts of chakra from his body to propel himself at a rapid pace to any location he can see.
Though it is often mistaken for teleportation as the speed at which he is shunted to the new location is faster than human perception - however, it is also extremely dangerous as if Kennen flashes into another object when shunting he can impact with excessive force and kill himself, thus only activating this ability when capable of seeing his objective. This speed allows him to strike at vital points a lot more effectively then average.

His fighting style is unique. Not only does he use quick slashes of his blade he is able to mix in genjutsu into the slashes. Practicing this style over and over again, he has mastered a new form of jutsu. Sword Genjutsu. These techniques use the light reflected from a blade that's moving rapidly to trap there foes in illusions while they're distracted by the lights and/or slashes.

[Scorpion Blade]
Scorpion is as deadly as it's name implies. While seeming small at first it pacts a deadly sting, and it's strike range can be suprising to the unwary. While being beautiful in it's deadliness, it's design is completly meant for assassinations. One strike kills, or if that's not possible, weakening it's target with that first strike to the point where the rest of the fight is a forgone conclusion. An emerald in the hilt seem's to draw in the light, a black liquid swirling in it.
The emerald set in the hilt is actually a special gem, designed to absorb the latent chakra in the air. It then transmutes the chakra into a weak poison.
DF:
When struck by this weapon target is poisoned, and will take 1 dmg per round for the remainder of the battle.
This ability stacks with multiple hits to a max of 2 per round.
DF2: May pay 2 CP to as Free Action to transform weapon
While in Sword Form, Scorpion steals 2 CP from target on hit and stores in itself (Max 12), which may be used at any time to add +1d4 dmg per 3 CP stored.
While in Whip-blade Form,it deals an additional 1d6 damage and ignores 3 dr. The entirety of this weapon is considered 'medium' and holds no penalties to the wielder.
