| Jutsu System – Basics and Tools Jutsu (術, Literally meaning: skills/techniques) are the mystical arts a ninja will utilise in battle. To use a technique, the ninja will need to use their chakra. To perform a technique, the ninja will bring out and release the two energies of chakra. By forming hand seals, the ninja is able to manifest the desired technique. Because of the extensive number of hand seals and different combinations, there are thousands of potential techniques to be discovered. -Naruto Wikia Standard Jutsu Here on Narutoverse: Great Shinobi Wars, we have a variety of Jutsu. At this time Kenjutsu, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and the subtype Kinjutsu. For more information on what these are, and how they work please visit the page for further details. While we deviate from Canon on certain aspects, reading the article is helpful for new players who are unfamiliar with the setting. Ninjutsu, when utilizing Elements or Other Effects, carries with it at an additional property called Specialties. Specialties are defined individually by Element. This means that techniques in those elements focus on a particular type of effect when used and recieve an increased bonus when created in comparison to other elements trying to perform a non-specialty task. This can vary from Katon’s AOE Damage, to Medical’s Healing. The table below lists all Standard available Elements, and their specialties. Some of these tools are disposable, others persistant. Basic Tools are listed in the chart below; their techniques can be found with all other types. Tools are purchased with Ryo, and have various prices as are listed in game. | ACN Kekkei Genkai, Kekkei Tota, Custom Jutsu and KinjutsuACN Kekkei Genkai and Kekkei Tota Advance Chakra Natures are Nature Transformations, generally genetic through Kekkei Genkai. They are comprised of two elements that form a new elemental sub-type unique to the user or user’s bloodline. Whereas the Kekkei Tota combines three elements. When creating a custom version, you must chose first your elements it is comprised of, and the specialties.Kekkei Genkai ACN cost 1 PP, and chose one Regular Specialty, and one Rare Specialty.
Kekkei Tota cost 2 PP, and chose one Regular Specialty, and two Rare Specialties.

Custom Jutsu Whether it is for your custom Elemental Nature, or other disciplines of the Shinobi, Custom Jutsu are easy and affordable. They work in a similar fashion to the slot system, utilizing a Jutsu Point System. With these techniques after selecting the rank, and if it is a Kinjutsu or not use these points gained from the rank to purchase various effects, from damage to stuns that are located in the charts at the bottom of this thread. You can combine certain tools with these Custom Jutsu, that will consume them but add additional effects. All Custom Jutsu, are purchased with RP Tokens, after you submit them and they are approved. Include your Elements Specialties when submitting. You cannot learn them until they have been approved, and all Custom Jutsu must be approved unless they are your two free E-Ranks upon creation (They must be Standard, Clan Standard or Free with Ability). - ”Custom Jutsu Form” wrote:

Kinjutsu come in two forms, both of which have considerable negative effects depending on the scale or type of Kinjutsu. Kinjutsu can be either Slot Form, or Jutsu Form using their respective point buy system. Please note, Permanent Kinjutsu Negative Bonuses can never be reversed once the technique is used. Kinjutsu can either be normal, active or permanent effect. Kinjutsu, in turn offer greater power, and additional JP.
