Spark
Creating a small static charge the user makes a single hand seal and points, sending out a small static jolt of lightning forth

Spasm
By injecting the body with electricity, one does not damage the outer body but causes painful muscle contractions and involuntary spasms.

Jolt
Creating a small lightning bolt it travels from the finger to the target channeling the lightning from the belly, and scorching the skin.

Taser
By creating a small jolt of lightning to disrupt the body, it temporarily shocks down the targets chakra network making their next ninjutsu technique less powerful.

Effect: Single Target Attack. Target suffers -1 to their next Ninjutsu roll
Bolt
Creating a bolt of lightning in the users palms after multiple hand seals they direct the attack to their opponent to cause moderate damage.

Effect: Single Target Attack. Deals Base Rank Damage + 1D4
Latent Charge
By sending lightning into the body similar to spasm, but on a much larger scale, one damages the internal body and bypasses some of the bodies better defenses.

Effect: Single Target Attack. Deals Base Rank Damage + 1 piercing 1 HP DR (Universal)
Overload
Sending lightning through the air and ground to meet up in the middle at the target, this jutsu causes serious paralysis and issues with the bodies functions after the fact, stunning and hampering body movement and action.
Type/Rank: B Rank Raiton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 6 CP
Effect: Single Target Attack. Base Duration 1 round. Target is stunned (Physical)
Lightning Stab
Creating a large amount of lightning chakra in ones hand, they launch it forth with great speed and force, the lighting striking in a very confined, small area to maximize damage.

Effect: Single Target Attack. Deals Base Rank Damage + 1D6
