Kekkei Tota – Ryouton (Quantum Release)

Elemental Basics
The creation of Ryouton has its roots in three elements, but requires access to Light as well as Lightning on top of the wielders native Fire release.
Base: Gain Light and Lightning elements
1xE Rank Light, 1xE Rank Lightning
Light has Healing and HP DR as its specializations
Lightning has Vampiric CP Regen and HP Damage reduction Ignore


Ryouton Release
By combining three elements of pure energy; Fire, Lightning, and Light, one gains access to the fundamental forces of energy and matter, the control and access of matter and energy on a quantum level. To some, this merely is called ‘Energy’ release, but its roots are deeper than that, being the influence of quantum particles and energy
Basic: Gain Ryouton release
Ryouton has: HP Damage, Duration, and Bonus to Rolls as specialties

Rapid Reflexes
This allows the user to move and act at immense speeds allowing for multiple techniques and jutsu to be performed in the time most can only perform one.
Basic: May cast an additional E rank Jutsu
Upgrade I: May cast an additional D rank Jutsu
Upgrade II: May cast an additional C rank jutsu


Kinjutsu ++ – Light Speed
While the creation of antimatter is the perfect expression of control of energy and matter, Light Speed is the ultimate expression of control over one’s body. It uses the energy of the body and of Ryouton to move the body at the speed of light. This causes absolutely insane speeds, as well as power one can barely comprehend, but it has its price.
The body, like when one uses the gates, is not meant to withstand the strain of moving at light speed. To do so, the mass of one’s own body becomes nearly infinity, giving momentum behind each action and strike, but causing horrifying damage to one’s own body which is not capable of withstanding this force either.

Basic: 8 JP
Useable 2 Times, 4 CP
If hit on defence, or if successful on offence, take D6 Damage
Offensive: +D2 ATK rolls, +D3 HP Damage
Defensive: +D3 DEF
Duration: D3 Rounds Offensive, D4+1 Rounds Defensive.

Upgrade I: 11 JP
Useable 2 Times, 6 CP
If hit on defence, or if successful on offence, take D8 Damage
Offensive: +D2 ATK Rolls, + D4 HP Damage
Defensive: +D4+1 Defence
Duration: D4+1 Rounds.

Upgrade II: 24 JP
Useable D4+1 Times, 13 CP
If hit on defence, or if successful on offence, take 2D6 Damage
Offensive: D4 ATK rolls, D10+2 Damage
Defensive: D10+2 Defence
Duration: D3 Rounds Offensive, D6+1 Rounds Defensive

Upgrade III: 37 JP
Useable D4+1 Times, 20 CP
If hit on defence, or successful on offence, take 2d10 Damage
Offensive: D4+1 ATK rolls, +D10+D6+2 damage
Defence: D10+D6+2 Defence or Escape rolls
Duration: D6+1 Rounds Offensive, D8+1 rounds defensive

Energy Reserves
Ryouton, being the study and use of energy, allows ones body to store more chakra into it than one might otherwise be able to correctly use. This added chakra reserve is a representation of the extra latent energies that exists within Taisuke's body, but can only be used for Ryouton Ninjutsu
Basic: +4 CP Only Useable for Ryouton
Upgrade I: +6 CP Only Useable for Ryouton
Upgrade II: +9 CP Only Useable for Ryouton

Note: This bonus CP is used first, when using Ryouton

Binding Light
Making a hand seal the user creates a bright, intense healing light in their hands, and holds it to a wound. This helps seal over the wound, but the focus makes it such that it cannot be used in a fight.
Type/Rank: E Rank Yoton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 3 CP
Effect: Single Target. (Rank Damage/2) + D2 Healing, Cannot be used in battle.

Soft Aurora
Making two hand seals, the user creates a barrier around themselves made of light energy. This is used to defend themselves and if they are hit, it helps lessen the damage.
Type/Rank: D Rank Yoton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 2 CP
Effect: Defensive Action. D5 HP DR (Universal) if Hit.


Bright Regrowth
Making a series of four hand seals and then some more intense work, the user covers the target in a bright white light which seeps into the skin and begins to close some of their wounds. Due to the intense nature of the focus in the jutsu it cannot be used in battle.
Type/Rank: C Rank Yoton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 6 CP
Effect: Only Useable Outside Battle. Single Target. (Base Damage/2) + D3 Healing



Ryouton

Quanta
Creating a very small amount of high energy particles, the user makes two hand seals then fires them outwards, the shimmering energy moving fast enough to hit with force.
Type/Rank: E Rank Ryouton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 1 CP
Effect: Single Target Rank + D3 Damage, Ignore 1 Ninjutsu HP DR.


High Energy Stream
Making a few hand seals the user puts their hands together and releases a bright, rapid stream of pure energy almost like a small laser of sorts, causing damage on impact.
Type/Rank: D Rank Ryouton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 2 CP
Effect: Single Target Rank + D6 Damage


Excitation
After four hand seals the user creates a flow of internal energy causing them to move faster on the attack, and making their reflexes quicker and allowing them to be more efficient.
Type/Rank: C Rank Ryouton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 4 CP
Effect: D3 Attack Rolls (Universal), Duration D4+1 Rounds.
