Rapid Reflexes This allows the user to move and act at immense speeds allowing for multiple techniques and jutsu to be performed in the time most can only perform one. Basic: May cast an additional E rank Jutsu

Kinjutsu ++ – Light Speed While the creation of antimatter is the perfect expression of control of energy and matter, Light Speed is the ultimate expression of control over one’s body. It uses the energy of the body and of Ryouton to move the body at the speed of light. This causes absolutely insane speeds, as well as power one can barely comprehend, but it has its price. The body, like when one uses the gates, is not meant to withstand the strain of moving at light speed. To do so, the mass of one’s own body becomes nearly infinity, giving momentum behind each action and strike, but causing horrifying damage to one’s own body which is not capable of withstanding this force either. Basic: 8 JP Useable 2 Times, 4 CP If hit on defence, or if successful on offence, take D6 Damage Offensive: +D2 ATK rolls, +D3 HP Damage Defensive: +D3 DEF Duration: D3 Rounds Offensive, D4+1 Rounds Defensive.

Kinjutsu++ – Antimatter CreationThe manipulation of energy has a side to it few really delve into. It is the most destructive forms of Ryouton, and would be strictly forbidden due to the sheer dangerous nature and pure destructive force of the technique. This Kinjutsu has no peaceful or safe application. Its entire purpose is pure, destructive damage, creating pure, and perfect mass to energy conversion upon impact. Basic: True AoE, Base Damage+D4. 4CP. Upgrade I: True AoE, Base Damage+D8+2. 6CP. Upgrade II: True AoE, Base Damage+2D10+8. 13CP.
(Level 40 Only) Upgrade III: True AoE, Base Damage+5D10+5 Damage. 20CP. Note: If Speed of Light Jutsu is not Active, this also hits the User.Summoning Jutsu: UsagiThis rabbit, known as Usagi, is a warrior of the rabbit spirit peoples. Fast, energetic, and excitable, they can often be found with those who have high bounds of energy. While they can come across as silly, and few take them very seriously, their skill in battle of speed and power shock and surprise many an opponent. Usagi is happy, and polite rabbit, standing about twenty feet tall, and carrying a blade about the length of his body. Often times, he combats much larger opponents than himself either with his blade or with his taijutsu, dancing around them with their slowness as he uses his speed to his greatest advantage.

4 CP Activation, 2 CP/Round MaintainUchugan (++ Kinjutsu) The Cosmic Eye The Uchugan belonged once to a bloodline of individuals known as the Star Gazers, to those who spoke of them from the outside. A mysterious clan which was often shrouded heavily in their own mysticism, and their own isolation from the world around them. Often thinking themselves above others, they had a serious dislike for outsiders of all sorts, and were secluded in a mountain village, where at night, they would look to the stars to determine meaning. They were astronomers, and soon their mysticism turned from a sense of the metaphysical, to a study of the nature of the very large and the very small. This study lead their eyes to mirror the skies which they gazed upon so often, at least the legend goes. And their study of the way the world interacted and was composed, lead to their techniques and skills, Kekkei Tota, which revolved around the subtle manipulations of matter. Some were good at condensing matter, and reversing entropy. Others were skilled at the diffusion, and in creating entropy. Others still combined matter and split it to make brand new things, and others sat with the world as it was, and studied and focused powers on how the world interacted in the large and small scales. Their powers were distinctly separated, and nobody could learn more than one manipulation. The power of such excluded all other forms with how focused one needed to be. The bloodline prophesied the creation of a God. A being which could use all of the matter manipulations. The clan began to selectively breed their members in order to create this being. Many who had seen their powers, or had faced them in the warring states period hated these Shinobi. Their arrogance was great, and it lead to their downfall. Multiple groups, upon hearing of their purpose, put them to the sword. Butchering, and scattering all survivors, chasing them to the ends of the earth. At the founding of Sunagakure, a small cult of these survivors sought refuge in secret and continued their attempts, but to no avail. The Sunagakure authorities found out who these people were, and killed them. They had continued their breeding process, but the children, newborns and none older than a year old, were spared. They were given to couples in Sunagakure to raise, to try and remove this dangerous heritage from them, but to keep their power. The Uchugans actual abilities were not known outside the clan. It gives immense control over energy, allowing the wielder to steal energies in mass quantities from all around them to fuel their Ninjutsu, but at the cost of damaging their internal body. This chakra was not natural chakra, nor was it normal for their bodies to use it, and so they paid heavily for their prices of power. Excitation After four hand seals the user creates a flow of internal energy causing them to move faster on the attack, and making their reflexes quicker and allowing them to be more efficient. Type/Rank: C Rank Ryouton Ninjutsu (WIS) Cost: 4 CP Effect: D3 Attack Rolls (Universal), Duration D4+1 Rounds. Notes: 4 JP + 2 Due to Slots, + 2 Due to Non-Damaging Jutsu C Rank = 8 JP. Quantum State Teleportation Reaching across distances, the user binds their bodies quantum state to a series of other atoms in another area. They then swap places. This requires so much focus that the user can only take themselves, and cannot do this in battle. Type/Rank: B Rank Ryouton Ninjutsu (WIS) Cost: 6 CP Effect: IC Teleportation up to 5 areas away. Note: 6 JP Base +2 JP Slots, +4 JP Not Useable in Combat, +3 JP No Base Damage B Rank Jutsu. Total JP = 15 To be purchased with RP tokens, Cost 8 RP tokens.

Binding Light Making a hand seal the user creates a bright, intense healing light in their hands, and holds it to a wound. Type/Rank: D Rank Yoton Ninjutsu (WIS) Cost: 2 CP Effect: Defensive Action. D5 HP DR (Universal) if Hit. Notes: 2 JP + 2 JP Slot Bonus + 1 JP No Base Damage D Jutsu. Bright Regrowth Making a series of four hand seals and then some more intense work, the user covers the target in a bright white light which seeps into the skin and begins to close some of their wounds. Due to the intense nature of the focus in the jutsu it cannot be used in battle. Type/Rank: C Rank Yoton Ninjutsu (WIS) Cost: 6 CP Effect: Only Useable Outside Battle. Single Target.
