The Hattori clan is a very old clan from eastern Wind Country, once owning land of their own and commanding their own domain, they have since fallen a long way. The last of his family lives in Sunagakure, and with a sick father Kato is left to the dismal fate of his clan.
.:: PAST ::.
His family in shambles, and without the natural ability with swords his father possesses, Kato uses his interest in mechanics and puppetry to forge new puppets- out of his family's old weaponry and his own kunai. After a rough past few years, Kato has dedicated himself to becoming a Shinobi and restoring his clan's honour and power. [Indepth past to come... probably. yeah. totally]
