| You start with E-ranks of all that you specialize in  May it be normal ninjutsu, clan techniques or what not. The rest must still be learned in a traditional way, and use the forums to track it. | |

| No, you choose total of 2 E ranks from any (not all) of your acessed groups. This can be standard jutsu or your custom. But grand total is 2. | |
