Does secondary CP pool stack with CP Maintenance or CP Regen ? If not then why ?

Does seconary HP pool stack with Regen or DR ? If not then why ?

What other combinations are illegal ?

I know nothing like Jon Snow but i'm thinking if anything it'd be the 50% stacking rule that would govern secondary pool regen and ordinary regen being taken together.

If you went all the way to Grade 4 with both you'd get 3 CP not 4 CP

I'd also like to ask how this is balanced exactly. Can a secondary CP pool only be used for specific elements/disciplines? Is a secondary HP pool bound to certain restrictions?

As it stands it seems to be an easy way to gain bonus HP/CP with corresponding regen on a single slot, with values equal to or higher than either option by itself. The fact that it's capped seems to hardly balance the sheer numbers you get from it.

@Xena ... You lose your 1/2 bonus . So you -have- to take full points if you want to actually benefit directly from it if not then you not only start with less you also will have less .

Where did you get that idea? Xena is right.

Also Hyper, since they lose 1/2 HP/CP Level it balances out quite well. Some ask for special rules for special bonuses (like CP damage immunity for secondary pool).

He means if you have 1 Regen and 1 DR the DR reduces damage by 1 and the Regen heals 1 damage

Not stacking per se but more that someone with both is reducing incoming damage by the same amount twice through different but complementary mechanics.

Which is perfectly fine as the values aren't obscene and this is counterable with DR Pierce/DR Ignore and HP Degen.

Some of us actually were wondering if secondary HP pool is immune to Degen since secondary CP pool is immune to Cp damage. ?

Only if it has some special requirement like Secondary Chakra Pools that can only be used for a particular Type (Example Aburame Bug Jutsu). If you see someone with Immune to CP Damage without a prerequisite please bring it to a Mechanics attention.
