Ice Release (氷遁, Hyōton)
Hyōton, or Ice Release, is the creation of ice from nearby water or even from the atmosphere. When the user releases their chakra, the air becomes cold enough to even cause snow to fall, and the ice is enhanced, making it resistant to heat such as fire. Extreme amounts of heat can still melt the ice, but it would require a large amount of chakra to do so.
Base I: Gain "Hyōton Release" and "Suiton". Create 1 E Rank, and 2 D Ranks.
Upgrade I: Create 2 C Rank jutsu.
Upgrade II: Create 1 B Rank and 1 A rank jutsu.
Note: Hyōton is Water/Wind. Specialties are HP Damage and Critical.
Note: Water specialties are Negative Removal and HP Damage.
Frostbite Release (凍遁, Tōshōton)
A more advanced form of Hyōton, Tōshōton is a violent mixture of water and wind, focusing on the wind aspect rather than the water. This carries the frigid air towards a mass of opponents, and can freeze them either entirely, or shut down nerves through frostbite, thus earning its name. Tōshōton can also be used in a beneficial way, by sealing wounds with ice, or using the soothing chakra to remove pain and mend wounds. Greater effects can even completely heal wounds and stop bleeding.
Base I: Gain "Tōshōton"
Upgrade I: Create 1 E Rank, 1 D Rank, and 1 C Rank jutsu.
Upgrade II: Create 1 D Rank and 1 B Rank jutsu.
Note: Tōshōton is Water/Wind. Specialties are Negatives, Duration, and Healing.
Arctic Winds
Lucretia can snap her wrists to create massive gusts of freezing wind, increasing the potential of each of her cold jutsu. This also allows her to cast jutsu without handsealing, although it isn't perfect, and if her arms are bound she still cannot cast the technique.
Base I: +1 extra targets with ninjutsu.
Upgrade I: +2 extra targets with ninjutsu.
Upgrade II: +3 extra targets with ninjutsu.
Note: RPly does not require handsealing.
Sheer Cold
Lucretia can create an aura about herself in combat, reducing the effectiveness of incoming melee attacks by numbing the nerves of nearby opponents and decreasing their speed or power. The aura is powerful enough to stop them while they attack, but the effects don't linger. Although, someone attacking her that's wreathed in flame would avoid this downside.
Base I: -1 to incoming Tai/Ken attacks.
Upgrade I: -2 to incoming Tai/Ken attacks.
Upgrade II: -3 to incoming Tai/Ken attacks.
Note: This also effects ninjutsu that are considered "melee range". (I.E. Chidori, Rasengan)
Note: This effect doesn't activate if the opponent uses a Katon technique in melee range.
Cold Blooded
A term Lucretia uses to describe herself, jokingly. It is in fact to be taken literally, as her blood is cold as ice, as is her chakra. This increases her effectiveness with her cold jutsu, as her body is more adapted to using it than others would be, causing her jutsu to increase in power. When she is cut, her blood is a cold violet, and it moves slower than others. Sadly, this trait negatively effects her ability to withstand heat, and even the slightest amount of heat can hurt her violently.
Base I: Ninjutsu gain +1. Takes +D2 damage from Katon.
Upgrade I: Ninjutsu gain +2. Takes +D2+1 damage from Katon.
Upgrade II: Ninjutsu gain +3. Takes +D2++2 damage from Katon.
Note: Katon bonus damage ignores natural DR, but not DR granted by jutsu.
Biting Cold
Her ice techniques bite deep into her opponents, damaging nerves and causing intense pain. Her attacks effect the nerves of her victims, freezing and slowing them. As the techniques land, they would move slower, as their bodies become frostbitten. When a blizzard comes, you stay indoors, or else you freeze to death. Lucretia happens to be that blizzard's incarnation.
Base: Frostbite: If hit by a Tōshōton Jutsu, -1 to Rolls for 1 Round.
Frostbite: If hit by a Tōshōton Jutsu, -2 to Rolls for D2 Rounds.
Frostbite: If hit by a Tōshōton Jutsu, -2 to Rolls for D2+1 Rounds.
