Folks, Because There's Issues, I need to clarify something...

You need DMs to change factions. In order to transfer to factions. I am clarifying this, because this is the reason why you can't start elsewhere.

We have three factions! Konoha, Suna and Nukenin. This has always been clear on the forums.

Nukenin, stands for Missing Nin.

In order to swap factions:

You must be accepted to go by a Faction DM.
You must be accepted by the new Faction DM.
Such a thing must occur during an event, that is designed for you escaping. This can be as quiet or as loud as you want, but it will be designed in cooperation with the DMs.

Folks, this isn't a place where you can just walk out the front doors as a Genin. From now on, Chuunin or the combination of Level 20 and Three Weeks from Biography Creation is a requirement to go Missing, along with the acceptance of both faction heads.
