Suiton Ninjutsu

Bubble
A single hand seal and the user uses their saliva as a water source to spit out a single bubble at high velocities that snaps violently on impact. Popular with younger brothers on older sisters.
Type/Rank: E Rank Suiton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 1 CP
Effect: Single Target Attack. Deals Base Rank Damage +1

Counterspray
With three hand seals the user spits out a greater deal of water in a mist, used to even more effectively stop fire jutsu in their tracks.
Type/Rank: D Rank Suiton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 2 CP
Effect: Defensive Action, user gains +1d6 DR vs Fire Jutsu

Wave
The user of this jutsu makes four hand seals, and then makes a pushing motion, as their source of water gathers and rockets outwards like a wave to slam into their opponent head on!
Type/Rank: C Rank Suiton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 4 CP
Effect: Single Target Attack. Deals Base Rank Damage + 1D6

Water style: Pond
Going into the Suiton style stance user would form five different seals before extending hand outwards, causing it to secrete water in gentle flow user over slow course of time.
Type/Rank: C rank Water Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 4 CP
Effect: Out of Combat, Creates 10 x 10 ft areas worth of water.
Note: Takes 5 and a half Minutes - CL/10 minute to make

Storm Release Jutsu

Gale
Creating a small whirling hurricane of energy, the user makes three hand seals and fires the Jutsu off towards their target. Upon impact, the storm energy enters the body at the point of impact and lingers causing more severe damage.
Type: Storm Ninjutsu (WIS)
Rank: E
Cost: 1 CP
Effect: (Rank + 1d3)/2 Damage a Round for D2+1 Rounds
Notes: +1 JP from Slot. HP DMG, DoT, Duration are Specializations



Rend
Creating a shorter lived and more violent technique, after a series of five hand seals, the user creates a micro-storm at the targets location, the high pressured waters, wind, and lightning tearing at them in a flash.
Type: Storm Ninjutsu (WIS)
Rank: D
Cost: 2 CP
Effect: Rank + D3 Damage Ignoring 1 HP DR
Notes: +1 JP from Slot. HP DMG, DoT, Duration are Specializations

Storm Bolt
Creating a lance of storm chakra in the users hand, they throw it at their opponent. The water is hyper pressurized, the hurricane around it causes a twist of immense speed, and with a core of lightning, this thin storm ninjutsu is more like a drill than anything else.

Cost: 4 CP
Effect: Rank + 1d6 Damage Ignoring 1 HP DR

Sunder
A more refined and dangerous version of the Gale technique. This larger ball of storm energy after six hand seals is released and upon impact, burrows into the opponents body before erupting with it's full force, ripping and tearing at the insides.

Effect: (Rank + 1d3 Damage)/2 Damage a round for d4+2 Rounds

Storm Stance
The wielder takes some time, and creates an immense amount of chakra and destructive force around them, using this to fuel their Storm Ninjutsu to cause increased damage for a time.

Effect: +1d10+2 Storm Ninjutsu Damage for 1d8+1 Rounds

Storm Lance
Creating a 6 foot pike of storm chakra, the user compounds it into a more dangerous, and damaging jutsu which tears and rips through anything in it's path causing extreme damage.

Effect: (Rank+2d10+D2+2)/2 Damage for D3+1 Rounds

Twilight of the Thunder Gods
This jutsu is immensely inaccurate. The skies darken above, thunder begins to roar above, lightning begins to fall, as the wind picks up and it begins to rain. So much chakra is put into the skies above that it creates a thunder storm. The user of this jutsu then goes through a series of thirty six hand seals in rapid succession, and begins to draw the power of an entire massive storm, into a single war hammer. The hyper condensed power of the storm is enough to almost tear the user apart if they don't handle it right. The sheer concentrated power making this jutsu one of the most inaccurate to ever exist. But upon connecting, the impact is unlike anything else, creating pandemonium and destructive force potent enough to shatter a person to pieces.

Rank: S
Cost: 20 CP
Effect: Rank + 5d10+5 Damage, -30 To hit for 1 round after use
Notes:+1 Slot JP, +10 JP Due to Inverse Bonus (-30 to hit rolls)

Arashiton (Storm Release)


The Wrath of Storms


Storm release manifests itself not by birth or genetics, but by a more seemingly random method, popping up in farmers and fishermen, to more established Ninja and Noble clans. Whatever the reason, it happens to come with various levels of control. Sometimes it's a more marginal skill, other times a more central focus of those who wield it. The storms themselves are quite dangerous, as the raging tempests that brew within those that wield it stem primarily from emotion, rage, and wrath. That is not to say those that control the storms or Arashiton lack control. Quite the opposite, they must become masters at channeling their wrath, violent thoughts, feelings, and emotions, to create the tempestuous and destructive forces involved.

Kinnojo was born in Fire Country, in the Hidden Village of the Leaves to two parents who were both average, and loyal Shinobi to the village. Not blessed with a Kekkei Genkai, or any special clan techniques or abilities, they raised a child which attended the academy at a very young age. While his skill at Taijutsu wasn't terribly high, his skill came with his Ninjutsu. He was often at the top of his classes, while he suffered elsewhere. He grew into mastery of multiple elements, and was shown then to have quite the temper. It wasn't until his instructors disciplined him in proper control of his temper, that the Arashiton had manifested. The storms at first were exceptionally destructive and hard to control. But with close and careful work along side his instructors and fellow classmates, he learned to hone his emotions, and therefore, the Storm release. He has dedicated himself to the total mastery and perfection of this singular element.


Storm Mastery
To master the storm release, requires an immense level of technical skill with ninjutsu both in it's application and design that other ninjutsu specialists might not find elsewhere. This allows each technique that is created by Kinnojo to be far more concise, and powerful, being as efficient in chakra to effect ratios as he can.
Basic III:+1 JP To all Custom Jutsu


The Wind and the Lightning
Storm Release combines Kinnojo's native Suiton release, with Raiton, and Fuuton, two other elements he was born with to create the destructive storms. Doing so, has unlocked his knowledge of these elements as well.
Basic: Gain Wind and Lightning Elements, Create 1 E Rank Wind, 1 E rank Lightning Jutsu. Wind Specialization: Negatives, Duration. Lightning Specialization: Detection, HP DR Pierce


Storm Release
Storm Release is a destructive and violent form of energy which results from a mixture of Raiton, Fuuton, and Suiton, creating storms with wind which tears flesh and tissue, lightning that scorches, stuns and shocks, and water at such pressure that it can peel skin and muscle away from bone.
Basic: Gain Storm Release. Create 1 E, D, C Rank Jutsu. Specializations: HP Damage, DoT, Duration


Violent Storms
The very nature of Storm Release is to create vicious and destructive chakra and ninjutsu which tears it's enemies apart. The sheer power and force that goes into these Jutsu, for this reason, is immense, and even at the lowest level can create horrible damage.
Basic: D2+1 HP Damage/Round for Storm Release
Upgrade I: D4+1 HP Damage/Round for Storm Release
Upgrade II: D4+2 HP Damage/Round for Storm Release


Longevity of the Storms
By making their jutsu far more efficient and powerful, the Storm Release jutsu can last significantly longer than most others might. This seems contradictory, as often the more violent and energetic a storm is the quicker it dies out. The master of Storm Release however has worked their way past this.
Basic: +1 Round Duration for Storm Ninjutsu
Upgrade I: +D2 Round Duration for Storm Ninjutsu
Upgrade II: +D3 Round Duration for Storm Ninjutsu


I, Of the Storm
The control over such violent jutsu can be extended, as the emotions are more refined and controlled, to target multiple individuals. The storm is often indiscriminate and does not care who stands in it's way.
Basic: +1 Target for Storm Ninjutsu
Upgrade I: +2 Targets for Storm Ninjutsu
Upgrade II:3 Targets for Storm Ninjutsu


Calm Within the Gale
To use it at it's most effective, one must channel all their emotions into the jutsu itself. Master of this allows for far greater control and precision over even the most destructive, and dangerous of Storm releases techniques.
Basic: +1 to Storm Release Rolls
Upgrade I: +2 to Storm Release Rolls
Upgrade II: +3 to Storm Release Rolls


Savagery
By creating even more chaotic maelstroms with the Storm Ninjutsu, it heavily increases the chances of inflicting more serious and heavy wounds within it's targets.
Basic: +8 Storm Release Critical Threat Range/Round
Upgrade I: +10 Storm Release Critical Threat Range/Round
Upgrade II: +12 Storm Release Critical Threat Range/Round
