Description The Hyoutan Creation is an Advanced bloodline derived from the Water Country that grants the user the ability to manifest and create ice with little to no water. Members of this clan were scattered after a Civil war in the Water Country led to both sides seeking those of this particular bloodline and the escalation led to major collateral damage. As a result, the remaining members of this bloodline fled or hid their true nature.
Haku, partner and surrogate son of Zabuza had this bloodline.
Inherent Bloodline Abilities:
[One Handed Handseals:] All Hyoutans have a unique, genetic ambidextrous attribute which allow them to perform hand seals with a single hand. This grants them a +1 to WIS rolls. Also due to this certain movement preventing jutsu do not have any effect on the Hyoutans ability to function and respond with jutsu. (See Special List in Jutsu thread.)
[Elemental Mastery:] Each Hyoutan starts with the Fuuton(Wind) and Suiton(Water) Elements which create Hyoutan(Ice). They cannot gain any additional Elements.
They are skilled in the use of their Ice Element and gain a bonus to rolls in those jutsu. Level 15+: +1 to Ice/Snow Jutsu rolls. Level 25+: +2 to Ice/Snow Jutsu rolls. Level 35+: +3 to Ice/Snow Jutsu rolls.

Demon of the Frozen Mist
The death of his sister by the #1 swordsman's hands has scarred Hirako for life.. He was a horrible swordsman.. he had focused so hard on his Hyoutan long ranged abilities that he was unable to keep up with Vultek and stop him. Due to the traumatic incident.. it seems that Hirako is now permanently unable to use his Hyoutan abilities, though maintains the innate ability of mixing water and wind to form ice. He now concentrates all of his abilities on his kenjutsu.. hoping to someday surpass the man who killed his sister. Fuelling his goals further to become head of the swordsman.. and change things forever. He now wants to be recognised by his self-given title "Demon of the Frozen Mist". He has become a ruthless, emotionless teenager who will stop at nothing and will do anything to reach his goal.
Innate:
CONS: May never use Hyoutan bloodline jutsu. However, has a custom style of kenjutsu to substitute it.
When battle has ensued that involves Hirako, his mind begins to switch to the Bloody Mist mindset, quickly dominating him and having him be unable to "hold back". When he's attacked, he views all involved as enemies that must be brought down.
Hirako has begun mastering the art of channeling his Ice chakra through his weapon, a single swipe of the blade can send an avalanche of pure jagged ice.
Dice: All Kenjutsu Attack/Defense rolls now benefit from the Hyoutan passive bonuses. Melee Attacks are still rolled with DEX/STR However. In addition, as Hirako grows older and stronger, naturally his Kenjutsu skills vastly improve.

Statis Blade Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: D Cp: 3 Description: Hirako releases a surge of ice from his blade whenever he is blocked that spreads out and stabs into the blocking enemy. PvP Effect: Upon being blocked in melee, Hirako may use this to deal 1d4+1 dmg to the opponent. Does not pierce DR.
Tundra Pulse [Replaced Reflective Chaos] Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: After stabbing his blade into the ground, Hirako releases a heavy ice chakra pulse into the area, creating a frozen wasteland for a short time. PvP Effect: -2 to Dodging and Taijutsu/Kenjutsu based attacks for 1d4 rounds. Opponents may spend a round to perform a C rank or higher Fire Jutsu to melt the ice.
Demon Sword Replica Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: Hirako stabs his blade into the ground once more but this time, molds the ice chakra to take the shape of his blade, the replica blade then shoots out of the ground underneathe the opponent to stab into them. PvP Effect: Normal Kenjutsu attack. Can be used as a Ranged attack. Deals Kenjutsu dmg + 1d6
Frozen Barrier Slash [Replaced Demonic Ice Shield] Jutsu type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: C CP: 5 Description: The user uses their ice element, and harness' it at the tip of the blade, slashing upward, creating a solid barrier of ice that defends the user from any attack (except genjutsu). If used to block taijutsu or other kenjutsu, the ice shatters, causing the shards to possibly cut the attacker. PvP Effect: Used to block an incoming attack, dealing 1d10+2 damage back to taijutsu or kenjutsu attacks made against the barrier.
Slash of Fallen Icicles Jutsu type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: C CP: 5 Description: The user jumps into the air, and swings their sword in a basic slash attack, the attack creates water over a given area, and the wind freezes it in place, creating many icicles that then fall with with chakra increased speed, shattering on an area, dealing damage. PvP Effect: AoE 2d8+1d4
Name: Glacier Thrust [Replaced Hofuku Koori] Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: Hirako gathers a large amount of pure ice chakra at the tip of his blade, thrusting it an inch away from the opponent and releasing the stored chakra at the target to freeze them. PvP Effect: Target is unable to move for 1d4 rounds or untill hit, If blocked or ended early the target takes -2 to all rolls for 1d4 round or untill hit while their blood thaws out.
Dance of the Frozen Demon Jutsu type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: B CP: 10 Description: The users body is coated in ice, arching from his whole body up through his arms, and into the blade, making the size of the blade almost double in size, but still able to be wielded at the same weight. He explodes his chakra outward from his feet and makes a series of slashes at the target. Once connected the target might become frozen by its slash, from the sheer amount of ice chakra used in this technique. PvP Effect: 2d10+2d4 (DC 18 Con vs. 1 round stun (frozen))
Demon Ice Encasement [Replaced Demonic Ice Pillars] Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: B CP: 8 + 3 per round maintained. Description: After stabbing his weapon into the ground, he sends another pulse of ice chakra that homes in on 3 targets, shooting up and completely encasing them in the ice. PvP Effect: Must maintain contact with the ice, can perform One Handed Handseals. The user may cancel out the Jutsu as a Free action. Holds/Stuns the up to three Targets for 1d4+1 rounds until hit, the target may attempt to break free by rolling Strength against the original Wisdom roll. The target may also break free by using a B-Rank or higher fire Jutsu.
Frozen Demon Stance [Replaced Demonic Ice Mirrors] Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 + 3 per round maintained Description: Entering the full power of his stance, his mind turns into the savage bloody mist mindset. The ice chakra turning uncontrollable as it spreads throughout the entire battlefield. Using the icy battlefield as a home advantage, he moves with incredible speed, striking at the poor enemies that dare stand against him. PvP Effect: -Kenjutsu basic attacks deal an additional 1d6 dmg. -The attacker gains + 2 to any attacks on the person while in the stance. -In addition, the targets take -2 to attack rolls -The duration of up to 1d8+2 rounds or until the user runs out of chakra. -To attempt to knock Hirako out of the stance momentarily, the opponent must roll a Strength Check versus his Wisdom roll. If they succeed, Hirako remains out of the stance for 1 round. Otherwise, Hirako remains invulnerable from the ice protecting him. (Just like normal mirrors) -May only attack with Kenjutsu basic attacks or specific techniques that are used in conjunction with the stance. -Enemies in the area cannot escape due to Hirako's ridiculous speed and the large amount of ice constantly building to halt their efforts -An A-rank fire or higher fire jutsu may be used to make the ice melt. Frozen Demon Assault [Replaced Demonic Needle Barrage] Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: B Cp: 6 Requirements: Must be using Frozen Demon Stance Description: While in his famous stance, he shows unbelievable speed, using this technique to jump from enemy to enemy, slashing with undetectable speed and accuracy. PvP Effect: Rank weapon Damage +1d4, May only be used in conjunction with Frozen Demon Stance. Can be considered an AoE attack.
Frozen Blade Unison [Replaced Surrogate Bonds] Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: Hirako unleashes a wall of ice from his blade at multiple targets within close proximity of each other. This wall of Ice expands outwards in a deadly rippling effect like that of a wave, during this process the opponents hearing is muffled by the deafening roar of thousands of Ice shards slamming against each other. As the wave expands outwards towards the targets, Hirako's sword wielding ally follows close behind, his presence masked by the wave of ice. Once the Wave crashes into the opponents, the sword wielder can select one or multiple opponents to strike with precision accuracy in this deadly combination of Cold and Steel. PvP Effect: Effects 1d4 targets, dealing 7d4+Ally weapon damage to -all- opponents, and 9d4+Ally weapon damage if only against a single target. (Requirements"Must have an Ally in close proximity that specializes in any weapon.) This takes up both players turns.
Frozen Demon Step [Replaced Demonic Ice Mirror] Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: Hirako taps into his Frozen Demon stance for a very brief second to gain enough speed to do one of two things. [Defensive:] Allows Hirako to appear in front of an ally, absorbing a single attack for them. Hirako takes full damage. No roll required. [Offensive:] Hirako appears behind the target, allowing them to make a basic Tai/Kenjutsu sneak attack against a single individual. MS vs Listen. If the Listen roll fails it gets a sneak attack bonus. If it wins then the attack is made with a wisdom roll instead of Dex/Str (Str damage does not apply)
Condensed Glacier Slash [Replaced Thin Ice Mirrors] Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: A Cp: 16 Description: Hirako prepares himself for the devastating attack he is about to unleash, clouding his conscious and turning on the bloody mist rage that has haunted him ever since his sister's death. A thick, powerful amount of ice chakra setting all around him. PvP Effect: This Jutsu takes two rounds: First round - Hirako sets into the stance, Hirako may be knocked out of the Stance by an opposed STR/WIS roll vs Hirako's WIS. Otherwise, The enemy cannot get past the heavy amounts of ice and thus, Hirako is impervious. Second round - Hirako then rolls wisdom again to perform a devistating attack, sending a gigantic avalanche of ice to slam into a single opponent. The attack deals weapon damage x2 (This cannot crit)
Shatter~ Crash of the Frozen Heavens Jutsu type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: A CP: 16 Description: The user explodes their chakra into the sky, making the weather start to snow. The ice chakra is so powerful, the clouds themselves freeze over and solidify, making the sky look like a shimmering frozen canvas. The user then says "Shatter" and explodes their chakra once more, jumping into the air and using their ice abilities to meld with the ice canvas, standing atop the frozen sky. They stab their blade into the frozen sky, and the entire ice field comes crashing down, falling on everyone in the area except the user. PvP Effect: 2d10 + 1d8 + 2d6 (Undodgeable), Mass AoE
Frozen Demon Requiem [Replaced Demon Region Ice Death] Jutsu Type: Ice Kenjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Requirements: Must be using Frozen Demon Stance Description: This jutsu requires the target to be trapped within Hirako's Frozen Demon Stance, once the requirement is met, Hirako leaps into the air and stabs his blade into the frozen wasteland, sending another pulse as the ice shatters. Thousands of ice shards stabbing into the trapped enemies. The intensity of this assault causes Hirako to exit his stance. PvP Effect: Undodgable, deals 4d8 to all trapped targets, and ends Frozen Demon Stance.

-Suiton:: Water Prison Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 4 + 2 per round maintained Description: utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. PvP Effect: No Damage, User can hold the target in the prison for 1d6 Rounds, and or they run out of chakra or until the opponent beats an opposed wisdom check made each round vs the Original wisdom roll they were trapped with. The prison breaks when the person holding the prison, or the person within the prison, get hit.

Ninpou: Hidden Mist Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 + 4 per round maintained. Description: Creates a thick fog concealing the user allowing for stealth attacks. PvP Effect: Lasts for 1d6+1 Rounds. The Following Effects then take place. 1. Before any attack is made you must first find your oponent. (Listen) 2. After you have found your oponent you roll MS to attack. 3. If the MS check fails you then roll your normal attack roll. (dex str wis) 4. Once a Genjutsu user passes their Listen roll they then roll INT. (No MS roll) 5. Doujutsu work at a -3 in the Mist. Special: Byukagun can see through the mist. Special: Inuzuka may roll a concentration in the stead of a listen check for there smell. Special: This jutsu has a cool down of one round after it has dissipated due to excess use of chakra to fill the area with mist. Description: User performs 1 Handseal and channels water to coat a weapon, they then take a portion of their blood and dabs into the water changing it into a crimson color thusly applying the poison. PvP Effect: For 1d6+2 Rounds, a target's weapon deals an additional + 2d4 Poison damage. Poison damage bypasses DR. Can be ended early.

Shatter-Soul
In the battle with Vultek, Hirako's family heirloom was destroyed. If Hirako was to become the #1 swordsman.. he needed a blade.. a better blade. He went to the Kirigakure smiths and told them what he wanted. He wanted a blade made entirely of ice like his old one, but he wanted this new one to be large, intimidating, and light as a feather. Sure enough, that's exactly what he got.
Dice: No wielding penalties. +1d6 dmg. After successfully hitting an enemy he deals additional dmg equal to the Wis ninjutsu dmg bonus chart (so max of +4 additional dmg). May use his blade to cast Ninjutsu.. The blade, despite it's size, is extremely light to those who can manipulate ice chakra. (Rp effect)
Frozen Palm Style

Hirako's abilities shine when he is up close to his enemy, extremely unique compared to his other bloodmates who like to attack from a distance. By utilizing his hyoutan chakra into his strikes, he is able to freeze and make a bigger impact on the areas he hits. Hirako constantly gives off a freezing aura, so cold that any mid to low rank Water jutsu sent at him has a chance of freezing instantaneously and falling to the ground, shattering.
Innate:
Freezing Palm
Each taijutsu strike Hirako land's on a target freezes the point of impact. Making it harder for them to move.
Dice: On succesful taijutsu strikes, the struck target has a -2 to their defensive rolls for 1 round. Does not stack. Benefits from Hyoutan passive bonuses except for "One-Handed Sealing".
Freezing fist taijutsu strikes deal an additional +2 dmg. STR dmg does not apply when using freezing fist style. Additionally, Hirakos taijutsu attacks while in this style grant him bonus dmg following his WIS bonus dmg chart.
Sub-Zero Temperature
The constant ice aura around Hirako looms over, waiting for any water source to come into its range so that it may freeze it, nulling it out.
Dice: Only works on Water Jutsu/Abilities that are B-rank and lower. Everytime a water ability is sent at hirako or the area around him, a Wis vs Wis roll is made, if Hirako succeeds, the water freezes and cancels out instantly. (Pretty much a free substitution vs water jutsu)

Dice: Works like normal substitution. If subbing away from a melee attack, on success, the attacker is dealt 2 dmg that pierces 1 dr.

Hirako hates Earth jutsu due to them having all sorts of techniques that can hide them. He has developed a technique that covers the entire battlefield with ice, making it impossible to sink into and hide.
Dice: Used as a counter to Underground Fish Projection and any other techniques that makes the user go into the earth. While this is up, Underground Fish Projection and any other techniques that make the user go into the earth cannot be used. Lasts for 1d6+2 rounds. This jutsu can be removed if the enemy spends 1 turn using a C rank fire jutsu or better to melt the ice.

Hirako wields his legendary weapon, aiming it at an opponent, pumping his ice chakra into it as the jagged frost blade shoots out and extends at blinding speeds to stab into a target.
Dice: Turns Hirako's attack into a ranged attack that has an additional +1 to hit and gives a bonus 1d4 dmg. Rolled with WIS.
Numb Body & Mind

Hirako focuses his icy aura and chakra to flow through his system and numb either his body, or go directly to his mind, assisting him in resisting Genjutsu or ignoring the pain of an attack.
Dice: Choose to numb body or mind. If body, grants +3 DR versus the next attack (This can be used on his defense roll). If mind, grants him +2 to breaking out of a Genjutsu.
Slick Step

Hirako freezes the ground below his feet to increase his speed and slide away from an enemy attack.
Dice: Grants +2 to DEX defensive checks when used.
Ice Hurricane

Hirako charges the opponent, slamming his palm into them with an icy shard, then propelling them forward using his wind chakra, he reappears infront of them once more and kicks them towards the sky with an ice embedded foot, flipping upside down with an ice-leg axekick to their spine.
Dice: 3 Attacks. Each succesful hit deals 2d4 dmg. If two hit total, the targets body has a slight amount of ice on their body, they are dealt +1d6 dmg on the next move that hits from the ice shattering. If all 3 hit, The target's body is enveloped in a thin coating of ice, still able to move and defend normally, however the next succesful strike on them deals an extra 1d10 dmg from the ice shattering. Requires Flicker.

Hirako forms an unbreakable wall of ice behind his opponent, leaping forward to corner them so they can't run, he then forms a dozen icy senbon needles that petrude off his hand, sending an onslaught of stabs at the cornered rat.
Dice: Unblockable. WIS roll. Deals 1d10+2d8+1d6 damage on hit.

Hirako unleashes a huge wave of his ice chakra in a 360 degree radius. Everyone who comes in contact with the chakra must use their own chakra to suppress it or be frozen in a block of ice.
Dice: WIS vs WIS. If those struck fail, they are held for 1d4+2 rounds or until hit. Each round held they are dealt 3 damage that ignores all DR. This may be ended early. Effects everyone except Hirako in the fight.
Ice Golem Form

Hirako makes a hand seal and releases his most powerful form, layers upon layers of ice latching to him, his entire persona now made of ice, he promises to crush the opponent who dare force him into this form.
Dice: For 1d6+1 rounds, Hirako has a natural 8 DR (Fire damage will automatically pierce half of it). His attacks deal Heavy weapon damage with no penalties. His attacks pierce 5 DR from the jagged icicles on his fists. His WIS mod follows the bonus STR dmg chart.

Hyoutan: Frost Snap Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The Hyoutan performs a single hand seal, and he manipulates the water molecules around the targets weapon and then freezes it, making it fall to the ground, unusable until the ice melts. PvP Effect: Disarms an opponent for 1d4+1 rounds, Can spend a turn to melt the ice with a C-rank fire jutsu, and cannot freeze other ice weapons. Teachable: Yes (To other Hyoutan) Created by Kazuya.
-Yukiton: Snow Leopard Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user makes a long list of hand seals, forming a medium sized leopard made of snow that launches itself at a chosen enemy. This jutsu seems to be based off of the Dragon jutsus, only in this case the leopard relies on speed rather than power. PvP Effect: 5d6, Undodgeable. Creator: Hirako

Pvp Effect: 2d10+1d6, roll a 1d8, on a 7-8 the enemy is frozen for 1 round or until hit. Creator: Hirako
-Yukiton: Snow Fortress Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: After performing various hand seals, the user slams their palm on the ground infront of them as a wall erects itself infront of the user. The wall is made up of incredibly dense ice and reinforced by large amounts of snow. Pvp Effect: Block AoE, +2 to roll. If blocking a fire jutsu, you do not benefit from the +2. If blocking a water jutsu, you gain an additional +1 to block. -Yukiton: Frigid Storm Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 15 Description: After performing various hand seals, a harsh freezing blizzard circles the user, making it much more diffiult for enemies to get closer and perform attacks effectively. Each passing minute, the storm becomes harsher and harsher. Pvp Effect: Lasts for 4 rounds. -1 to Melee attack rolls. Each round, the - increases by 1. (so at round 2 it becomes -2, at 3 its -3, at 4 its -4, then the jutsu ends) Also, Everytime an enemy tries to attack at close range, they are dealt 1d8 dmg that does not bypass DR. Creator: Hirako

"It's so dark... Am I dead..? No. I can hear my breath.. Why is it so dark.. Where am I..?" Hirako had millions of questions buzzing through his head, trying to comprehend what was going on. "The last thing I remember, is facing that Hyuuga Leader... He kept attacking the network near my eyes.. but wh-.." The realization finally hit him.. Jiashi had blinded him.. It was his goal all along.. Without his eyes, his skills as a swordsman would greatly diminish, he would be severely crippled.. The Hyuuga had succeeded. "No.. This can't be happening.. This can't be happening!!!!!!"
Ability: Hirako is now permanently blind. Due to the successful 'prodding' of Hirako's eyes from Jiashi Hyuuga during the invasion. In time, he will learn to develop a way to see however.. By 'feeling' the enemies body temperature around him and by hearing the different foot shifts when fighting enemies on ice.. painting a silhouette of hot and cold, giving him just enough to see.
Dice: Has a permanent -2 to attack/defense rolls. He also auto fails spot rolls relating to Ninja tools and such. However anything relating to effecting eyes, vision or requiring eye contact have no effect on him whatsoever. This includes doujutsu junk.
