Below is a picture of Miyanta's eyes during her genjutsu techniques. She uses her chakra to change the colour of her Pupil so that she can focues her Genjutsu into her target.
Below is the tattoo design on Miyantas right bicep. It is usually hidden by her headband, and she shows it to few.

Due to the spark of a possible upcoming war the Meiko Clan has finally allowed one of its members to proceed into the Academy, a prodigy of sorts named Miyanta Meiko. This Clan was once known to be able to compete tactically and mentally against the Nara Clan of Konohagakure. Their known throughout Kirigakure for there illusionary field technique that they mix with their taijutsu. Along with their quick thinking, and their ability to change the perception that their target See's the world, they are able to control fire and manipulate it within their Genjutsu.

:: Chakra Control Specialist :: RP : The Meiko Clan being a clan known for their illusionary taijutsu/genjutsu mixture are quite skilled with their chakra network as only focused shinobis are capable of developing genjutsu, but that's not what truly helps this clan with their strength. Its their vast chakra network that they've received through rigorous training in which any Meiko Clan Member that was to be sent to the Academy would have to wait to go through this training to help develop the members chakra network.

All of the Meiko clons then swarm at the target, confusing them, before finally, The Real Meiko jumsp forward and sends a few punches to the Targets body. -Meiko: Orphan Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: C rank Cp: 5 Description: Using their ability, The Meiko is able to lock eyes with the target. After the eye contact is made, they are able to change the perception of the targets world and how they see others. They change all the People the target can see, Into small orphans. This stuns the target, and makes them unable to attack, due to the fact that all they would see is sick and dieing children. PVP Effect: 1d4 Round Stun or until hit. -Meiko: Running with the wolves Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: C Rank Cp: 5 Description: The Meiko Member is able to tap in the Targets minds, and force images of the users fellow ninja as wolves. The Targets see the users fellow ninja with Claws and Twice the size they usual are, Distorting their actions and giving them a slight fear to attack. -Meiko: Coffin Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: C Rank Cp: 5 Description: As the Meiko member locks eye contact with their target, they are able to push an image of chains coming up and wrapping around their target. The then push the image of a coffin rising from the ground, and shutting their target inside. The target is still able to see what is going on within the battle, due to the hole that is cut in the coffin surface. PVP Effect: 1d4+1 Round Stun, Or until hit twice. Resilience is fixed at 5 for this Jutsu. Special: The target must get hit twice. The first one breaks the coffin, the second one breaks the Chains. The Meiko member may use this once per fight. -Meiko: Eye of The Beholder Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: B Rank Cp: 8 Description: A Meiko Clan member is able to trap the target with their eyes. No need for hand signs, they just lock eyes with the target. Once their eyes are locked, they tap into the targets mind and being to play. They force images of them drowning in a sea of blood, and then begin to make it painful. They then portray themselves, hundreds of times, stabbing the target with weapons. They never physically cause damage to them, but mentally the target believes they are getting stabbed. This goes on for Twenty-Four hours in their mind, but in the real world only lasts a few seconds. PvP Effect: 2d6 Chakra and Hitpoint damage. Taught By DM Asuma

-Meiko: Burning Mirrage Kick Jutsu Type: Genjutsu/Taijutsu(INT) Rank: A Rank Cp: 13 Description: Meiko Member that possess the affinity of fire focuses that chakra into their feet bursting forward as their chakra moves to the enemy to give the enemy an overconfidence that the can dodge the strike as the Meiko member increases their speed. As they move sending ten quick kicks to the targets body the fire igniting into small explosions the enemy thinking their limbs have been blown off and fall to the ground limp unable to move anything but their head. PvP Effect: Deals Rank dmg + 2d10 + 1d8 Physical dmg and 2 Round Stun or until hit
-Meiko: Webs Of Strain Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Rank Cp: 13 Description: After forming a few signs, The Meiko member locks eyes with their target. Afther the eye contact is Made, The Meiko opens there mouth as a spider begins to crawl out. Once the spider is out, it begins to grow larger and larger, before it reaches Fifteen foot Tall. Once it hits fifteen foot, it begins to spin a web around the Meiko's Target to encase the target within the web. When the target is encased, they can't get out by normal means. PVP Effect: 1d6+1 round stun or until hit, 2d4 CP drain per round

-Meiko: Barrier of the Mind - Quantum Pause Jutsu Type: Genjutsu/Taijutsu(INT) Rank: S Rank Cp: 25 Description: The Meiko member sits back focusing their chakra for a moment before spreading their arms wind sending out a large amount of chakra into the area effecting those targeted before launching forward sending a strike to each effected opponent of the time slowing opponent before resting back and holding the a seal allowing her forces to proceed to attempt to strike the enemies keeping them in the quantum pause illusion. PvP Effect: Rank dmg + 2d10 + 1d8 to a possible of 5 Targets. 2 rounds to use the jutsu Round 1 is focus chakra, Round 2 is execution of jutsu. On execution all targeted players roll INT/WIS vs the Meiko's INT Roll. If they fail to resist they take the Dmg and get a -3 To attack/defense rolls for 1d4+1 rounds(To a max of 4 Rounds)

The moon was shining over the village, as Miya had finally finished packing all her stuff into several boxes. Her room was so empty, as she pushes the last box into storage. Looking over her room one more time, she folds the letter she has written in half and places it onto her bed. Sighing contently, she turns and exits her room. Running her fingers along the wall as she leaves. Stepping each step with care, her hand trails down the hand rail as she reaches the bottom. Looking up the stairs once more, she pushes through the front door and into the street. Her pace quickens as she leaves the village, and waits on the outskirts for Nova like she had planned early. Standing on the cliff, the only noises that filled the area was the light winds, the water crashing against the sand and the odd leaf rustle. Footsteps in the distance is what Made Miya turn, as a small smile slid over her face spotting Nova in the distance. As he walked towards to her clamly, his arms extending outwards as he welcomes Miya into a hug. Leaning against him, she leans backwards as she looks into her eyes.
"Nova, I wanted to tell you something and the only way for me to tell you was out here. Alone, where noone can see me cry. The day I met you, my heart fell apart when I knew I couldn't be with you. The day I found out you would wait for me, was the day that I knew I wanted you. I just wanted to let you know, I love you. I always have, and Always will."
Her eyes lock onto Nova's as a smile spreads on her face, tears begin to drip from her eyes. Her right hand reaches behind her, and slips into her Ninja pack. Pulling out a Kunai. Taking in the moment, she is able to move this calmly, and place the tip to just poke the back of Nova's neck. Not snapping him from the feelings that are covering them both. She lets out a sigh, as she leans in and places a single kiss to his lips.
"This is why, I am going to end mine and your life. We will live together, where noone else can have you or me."
She then leans forward again in a quick motion and places her lips to his once more. As their lips touch, her other hand slams forward and pushes the kunai quickly through Nova's throat. Going straigh through his throat and into her own. As the Kunai pierces her throat. Gasping slightly, she wraps both hands tightly around Nova, as she holds the kiss. Her eyes staying closed, as her body soon falls lifeless from the blood loss. Nova and her both fall off the cliff, and land on the sand below.
