The Dragil clan is a clan in Kumogakure which serves the Iwa-Kumo-Kiri alliance as their military strength, though their are special members within this clan. Originally, many years ago when the world existed, Dragons where thought to be the rulers of the clouds, the Guardians of the world. When the dragons decided to turn into a humanoid state, and make a relationship with Humans, they’re children over the long amount of years would have a small percent of Dragon Blood, less than a mere 0.1% . The Dragil, are a clan who served The Village of the Clouds, which they originally thought the Lightning Dragon God defended as his homeland. This clan is thought to be a bloodline during the years of the clans beginning when their more special members were above 60%, though over thousands of years where under 0.1% left of survivors of the dragon blood exisited, the other ‘normal’ members do not possess abilities of the Dragon. There is said to be under 0.001% chance in today’s time to see a Dragil member have the power of the dragon, and those who have the true Dragon Blood, will be different to other dragons with the Dragon Blood.
