.: Tool Reflex :. Gen'yumaru has trained for hours with his tools, doing so he is able to use more tools then most people. PvP: Gets no Negatives when throwing multiple tools. When using tools, he gets 1 more Action. (Note: His Second Action with toolls may not be throwing multiple, if he threw multiple with his first action)

.: Mind's Eye of the Kagura :. This ability allows the user to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range that exceeds ten kilometres This is done by focusing and opening the mind's eye. The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including the user himself, is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra the user can perceive its location and movement with great detail.
Pvp: 4 CP Activation + 2 CP Maintenance, when active no spot roll is required (autospot) Lvl 15: Can track and sense chakra 4 areas from themselves, +3 vs Genjutsu(even dojutsu). Lvl 25: Can track and sense chakra 6 areas from themselves, +4 vs Genjutsu(even dojutsu). Lvl 35: Can track and sense chakra 10 areas from themselves, +5 vs Genjutsu(even dojutsu), can detect lies and emotions.
.: Radar :. The mind's eye of the kagura can sense chakra and emotions, not see them. making it impossible to hide from it. Pvp: For 5 CP, the user can Auto Spot any target around them, During their turn. However, doing this takes a little concentration so they take a -2 to their Attack Roll during the round the use the Radar Technique. (Can track anyone even if they are hidden by Jutsu / Special etc)

Description: A uniquely designed kunai made from a special metal that can be only be found in the Land of Earth. Due to the unique properties of the metal, the kunai can be infused with any elemental chakra including Yin and Yang. In addition the kunai can also absorb chakra from any source, including the user as well as the opponent and as a result, the more chakra it absorbs the tougher it becomes. There is a limit to how much chakra can be stored within the chakra kunai, although the exact limitations are unknown as of now. It can be used to produce a variety of effects, depending on the user and the elemental chakra nature absorbed.
It takes the form of a large kunai-style dagger that can be used as a long range projectile weapon or for close range combat purposes similar to a katana. Unlike traditional kunai, this chakra kunai is slightly longer with a silver edge, while the middle of the kunai is black and symbols are inscribed on it.
Gen'yumaru is a user of the chakra kunai and makes use of it by adding his wind elemental chakra to it, thus increasing its range and cutting power. When infused with wind-natured chakra through "Chakra Flow", it can easily pierce through stone.
Pvp: No weapon penalties, Counts as a medium weapon.
Special: Kunao base dmg (Only) Deals cp dmg in addition to hp. The cp dmg is then absorbed into the kunai, the more it devours the stronger it becomes. (Cap of 20, the kunai stops absorbing when full). Gen'yumaru can spend a round to feed the kunai chakra as well if he wishes at a ratio of 1.1. He may also drain the chakra from the blade for his use.

-Fuuton: Whirlwind Prison Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 + 2 for each round maintained Description: The ninjutsu forms their seals then holds out a hand close to their target. Wind bursts forth in a circular motion becoming a sphere of rapidly moving air. The air moves fast enough to repel any attacks from the inside and the downward flow of the air keeps the targets arms unable to move, usually dropping them to their knees. PvP Effect: The target is unable to move/attack for 1d4 rounds or until they succeed a STR check vs the WIS check they were trapped with. The user may not attack them directly, but using Solid clones is a way to attack the immobile target. Target is free when struck.
-Fuuton: Great Breakthrough Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: Blows a gust of wind at their opponents that sends them tumbling through the air. The idea is to disorientate their opponent. PvP Effect: The target may not attack for one round and takes -2 to taijutsu rolls for 1d4 turns. This jutsu may not be used again for 4 rounds.
[Gliding Step] Jutsu Type: Tai/Nin (DEX / STR) Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: (Handseals: None) User would use the water walking technique to not touch the surface of anything they traverse under - then use strong currents of wind to push them over a frictionless surface. For example, they can infuse a kunai to resemble a make-shift scimitar or infuse shuriken to increase their range and cutting power. Fuuton: Air Pressure Clone Technique Rank: A CP cost: 8+1 cp per clone maintained Description: This technique allows the user to create solid clones out of concentrated air that can perform tasks that the user is unwilling or unable to do. Unlike some clone techniques, air pressure clones are formed with a very specific amount of the user's chakra. The amount of chakra used for the creation of the clone is directly proportional with the air that is concentrated into the clones solid form. As an added benefit these clones explode with a powerful gust of wind when they are destroyed. The precise chakra regulation of the technique allows the user of technique to create a clone just strong enough for the task at hand and regulates the force that the clone releases when destroyed. Pvp: The clones attack after the user, on hit the clones poof and sends out a 2d6 feedback dmg to the opponent. May create 1 clone at 15+, 2 clones at 25+, 3 clones at 35+ 1 Clone : Opponent rolls 1d4 when attacking, 1-2 hits Clone, 3-4 hits Opponent 2 Clones:Opponent rolls 1d6 when attacking, 1-2 hits Clone 1, 3-4 hits Clone 2, 5-6 hits Opponent. 3 Clones-: Opponent rolls 1d4 when attacking, 1 hits Clone 1, 2 hits Clone 2, 3 hits Clone 3, 4 hits Opponent.
Fuuton: Hawk bullet Rank: C Cp cost: 7 Description: Takatama ( English "Hawk Bullet") is a relatively simple technique created by Gen'yumaru as a means of a simple long ranged attack that could be used quickly and accurately. With this idea in mind Gen'yumaru created a Wind based ninjutsu that launches a construction of wind shaped like a hawk in flight at an intended target. This technique was never created with the idea of requiring of hand seals being performed and thus is quite unique. The attack it self is only about the size of a real hawk, thus making it the perfect technique for quick speedy assaults. While the technique is primarily designed to impale a target dead with the beak of the hawk, the wings are able to deliver deep cuts if they are to graze obstacles. It should also be noted that while this technique can be controlled after it has be launched. Pvp: +2 Attack , does 2d8 DMG.
Fuuton: Wind palm Rank: C Cp cost: 6 Description: Gen'yumaru extends his palm in the desired direction and releases a concentrated bust of air. This technique has been shown to deflect projectile weapons, like kunai, with little effort. This technique seems to have the ability to add an explosive quality to fire due to it being composed of wind chakra. Pvp: DEX Roll. Offensive: Deals Rank DMG + 1d8. Defensive: +3 Block VS Ninja Tools / Long Rank Taijutsu/Kenjutsu. +2 Block VS Close Range Taijutsu/Kenjutsu - If successful block, Does Rank DMG in Recoil.
Fuuton: Air slash Rank: B Cp cost: 8 Description: Creates a wind blade out of nowhere to suddenly slice and cut deeply into the flesh of an enemy. Pvp: Deals 3d8, 5 Dr pierce. Can used while hidden without breaking the hide, with 1d4-1 (MIN 1) round cooldown
