.: The Creation :.

As we all know, Life, while complicated, is ran by a few key things. To Most, if not All Shinobi, the two "main" components are common knowledge. Each body runs off complex networks. Aside from the electrical networks within the brain, the body holds the Circulatory System of Blood and Chakra.

Chakra, in the Shinobi world, is essential to even the most basic jutsu, it is a mixture of the physical energy present in every cell of the body, and the spiritual energy gained from exercise and experience. Chakra is accessed from the Chakra Circulatory System through any one of three hundred and sixty one ( 361 ) chakra points across the body. Chakra is a form of energy all living individuals naturally produce to some degree. Many people use chakra for many different reasons. Some use it to calm their minds through meditation, Shinobi generally use Chakra for their Jutsu.

Blood delivers necessary substances to the body's cells, such as nutrients and oxygen, and it transports waste products away from those same cells. Blood, as you may have guessed, or already known, is composed of blood cells suspended in a liquid called blood plasma. Blood is circulated around the body through blood vessels, by the pumping action of the heart. Blood will move through the lungs to gather oxygen, and other organs to pick up other nutrients, and deliver the healthy cells to your organs, brain, mussels, etc. After blood cells drop off their packages, they take it upon themselves to pick up the old dead or dying cells that have been used to their fullest, and pull them along for a ride back to the heart, where they are then taken away and disposed of, or "nursed" back to health to be used again.

These two Circulatory Systems are natural, healthy, and a part of every day life.

Like blood and chakra, Many in the Shinobi world are well aware of the natural elements of the world. The most obvious being Wind, Water, Earth, Fire, and Lightning. The more secretive ones, such as Light, Shadow, and the really rare Wood Elements, are rarely spoken about. The Elements are Natural. They keep each other in balance, being strong and or weak against others. For example, Water is strong against Fire, and Lightning is strong to Water. The Elements are sort of like the Blood and Chakra of the world. They help things go round.

For some in the Shinobi world, Their chakra can pick up on these elements, causing the Shinobi to be Naturally Gifted with the Element. This natural gift, allows the Shinobi to perform Jutsu that is related to the Element. With elements, Jutsu become more powerful and some jutsu are considered Deadly. Known by most if not all Shinobi, and gets many thinking, trying to create unique jutsu, and to understand their elements.

Few think as far as what's about to be uncovered.

Mutation, the alteration, change, or damage delt to DNA that results in the gene of a species to be altered, or changed from the average, or norm. Mutations can involve large sections of DNA becoming duplicated, usually through genetic recombination. These duplications are a major source of raw material for evolving new genes, with tens to hundreds of genes duplicated in animal genomes every million years. Most genes belong to larger families of genes of shared ancestry. This is how and why traits from a mother and father can be and are passed down to their children. Example, a butterfly may produce offspring with new mutations. The majority of these mutations will have no effect; but one might change the color of one of the butterfly's offspring, making it harder (or easier) for predators to see. If this color change is advantageous, the chance of this butterfly surviving and producing its own offspring are a little better, and over time the number of butterflies with this mutation may form a larger percentage of the population. Mutation is generally accepted by biologists as the mechanism by which natural selection acts, generating advantageous new traits that survive and multiply in offspring as well as disadvantageous traits, in less fit offspring, that tend to die out.

Mutations, among other things, are next to invisible to the naked eye. Some other things include but are not limited to; Bacteria, A Virus, Germs, Skin Cells, Blood Cells, Chakra Cells, and more. A good number of things in the world are well known, such as Bacteria and Germs. There are things that are rare, and almost no one knows about, in the size category of germs and cell. One such living, invisible to the naked eye, thing, is known as, Living Elements.

Living Elements have existed since the dawn of time. They are cells that link together and live within the Elements, keeping them pure. After each cell is born, created, or formed, and attracted to an Element, the cells take on the aspects of the Element, becoming one with it. Once this occurs, the chance of the Cell and Element being separated from one another, is slim to none. However, When the Living Element is separated from the Element itself, The Living Element may find other living cells and mix with them, being the cause of a Mutation.

The Rarest of all combinations with a Living Element, is that between a Living Creature and the Living Element. This results in the creation of an Elemental Avatar.

User can spend 5 CP, to offer total DR Vs Lightning Jutsu to an ally target. (May only be used once per round)
Lvl 15+ = Immune to E/D Rank Lightning Jutsu, + 4 DR Vs Higher Rank Lightning Jutsu
Lvl 25+ = Immune to E/D/C Rank Lightning Jutsu, + 6 DR Vs Higher Rank Lightning Jutsu
Lvl 35+ = Immune to E/D/C/B Rank Lightning Jutsu, + 8 DR Vs Higher Rank Lightning Jutsu

The Lightning within the Character is so strong, their chakra can not produce another element.
Their Lightning may progress in strength as Pure Lightning, capping in power at Jounin.

Lvl 25+ = Lightning Jutsu bypass 6 DR
Lvl 35+ = Lightning Jutsu bypass 8 DR

Any one within Melee range of the character can smell Lightning with a static tingle in their nose.

= Non RP Effect =
The Static Field aids the Character with their Jutsu.

-2 CP for Lightning Based Jutsu
-2 DC when learning Lightning Based Jutsu
The Static Field affects metal giving the Character;
3 CP per use as a free action before a DEF Roll +2 against Kenjutsu / Weapons / Puppets and Tools.

If struck with Kenjutsu or Taijutsu, the Attacker takes 1d6 lightning damage. (Bonus Not applied)

Due to their natural control with Lightning, and the Static Field that surrounds their body, If any water that touches them causes them harm, their own natural static field will backfire, reacting to the excess water and shock them, dealing extra damage to them.

:: Heightened Brain Wave ::
The natural Electricity of the Character, effects the electrical pulses within their brain, adding an extra shock to their senses, enhancing them.

Lvl 15+ = +10 Spot and Listen
Lvl 25+ = +15 Spot and Listen
Lvl 35+ = +20 Spot and Listen

:: Electric Overload ::
If an Allie goes down or if the characters HP goes to 1/4th or less, They roll 1d20 each round.
On a roll of 20, the character regains control and no longer has to roll.
On a roll of 1, the character looses control and goes into a minor rage.

In the rage, the character is focused on taking out the last opponent they attacked, however, once that opponent is gone, they must roll a 1d4 for their next target, a roll of 2 or 4 and they can choose a foe, however, with a roll of 1 or 3, they must attack the closest Allie.
When in the rage, + 1d6 Lightning DMG.
