Description:
The user pulls a mass of Lightning Chakra to their palm.
Using the Chakra to gather metallic particles to their hand.
Forming a small metal pearl out of the particles.
After building up a mass amount of an Electrical Charge behind the pearl, the user would send the pear off like a shot.
As fast as light the metal pearl would fly at the target, Aimed for maximum damage.
PvP Effect:

Description: The user reaches out with a Mass Electrical build up in the palm of their hand, calling forth Metallic particles from the air around their hand, and ground below their hand.
Using their control over electricity to cause the metallic particles to cling to one another, forming a blade made of Electricity and Metal. The metal particles do not join into one, but instead, are held together by and move about around the electrical energy, creating a chainsaw like effect.
PvP Effect: The blade deals 2d8 Lightning damage and damage from the metal particles equal to Ninjutsu Stat DMG Bonus.
( STR damage does NOT apply )
( WIS is rolled to attack with the blade )
( Creation of the blade + 1 attack with the blade, may be done on the same round )
( DEX bonus attacks may not be applied on the round the blade was created )

Description: A small static field covers the user as they stand ready to take in an on coming electrical attack. Like a sponge, the user soaks up the static discharge from a Lightning based jutsu, used against them.
PvP Effect: Only effective against Lightning / Electrical Jutsu
Level 15+ = May be used before a Defense roll as Ninjutsu, and as a Stance. May only use against Rank E/D/C Jutsu

Defensive = The user forms into pure Electricity to Jaunt them self to a spot a few feet away, avoiding an attack.
Offensive = The user forms into pure Electricity and Leaps like a bolt of lightning through the air, past a person, Zapping them along the way.
Travel = The user forms into pure Electricity and vanishes into the sky, like a bolt of lightning shooting up from the earth. A mighty thunder clap is heard as the User and their Companion(s) (( Max 2 )) travel to their destination.
PvP Effect:
Defensive = Lightning Jutsu Substitution or Dodge
Offensive = 2d4 Lightning Damage to any one in the path. ( 1d4 targets )
