Chigetsu now has Tattoos upon his body, each in the same likeness. One upon outside of each of his shoulders, one on each of his forearms, one in the center of his back, one upon the center of his chest, and one on either hip. He's taken to wearing more civilian style clothing; a simple black t-shirt, baggy black jeans, and gray sneakers. Chi also has a set of piercings set into his lower lip; snakebites in the form of simple black rings.

[Hito Ningyougeki no Jutsu (Living Human Puppetry Technique)] Jutsu Type: Kugutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 + 5 CP Maintenance Description: Using this technique, the puppeteer is able to attach his chakra strings from Kugutsu no Jutsu onto a willing creature of the same type as the user. This allows the puppeteer to use the "puppets" strengths with some of their own to attack with greater effect. PvP Effect: The user controls the target as long as they are willing as a puppet. Noting this technique requires a lot of concentration disallowing the use of any other puppets by the user. All taijutsu/kenjutsu attack and defense rolls are now made with the User's WIS mod + the Targets DEX/STR mod. Neither the target or the user can use ANY jutsu while this is happening. If the puppet or the puppet master is "KO" then the jutsu ends. The puppet loses his/her turn in favor of the puppet masters. It takes Puppet-Nin's turn to end this effect. Appearance:
Kajiri is a rather sizable bat, though obviously age has not treated his body as well as it has his sharp mind. He stands at about five feet due to his slouch--seven if he could stand straight. His fur has shifted to a light gray color, as opposed to the rich black of the bats in their prime. He walks with a cane grasped in his left wing-paw, and is only truly mobile while in the air. As his name would imply, his jaws were once a force to be reckoned with, and though age has weakened them--they remain a powerful weapon.
Description:
A rather ancient bat that acts as an envoy to the reclusive Bat Tribe. He has a rather cautious and cunning personality--quick to double deal and slow to trust.

Description: The Bat clan are capable of inducing a form of Genjutsu through sound waves they emit from their vocal cords--causing severe damage to the target's ears, as well as stunning them.

Description: Chigetsu quickly positions himself in a crouch behind a target in question, forming the tiger hand seal he attempts to blast a chakra string from each finger up into the victim's anus. He can expend an explosive tag, having it be at the center of the chakra strings when they invade the poor unaware bum. After the unwelcome excursion into the target's nethers--they are obviously forced to take time to recover from the sudden penetration.
PvP: Deals 3d10 Damage, and causes 1d6 round (or until hit) stun. An explosive tag'd kunai can be combo'd with the attack, adding [(ranked kunai damage) +1d8] damage which ignores Dr because it occurs INSIDE the person.
Description: Chigetsu’s unique style of Gihen Kugutsu lends its’ self well to keeping the user both safe and a danger to the user’s enemies.

Futago is an exact duplicate of Chigetsu, absolutely everything about this double is flawless, Chi even used clippings of his own hair for the Puppet’s. This device carries a set of, what can only be described as Quills, inside of its’ forearms. The Quills, when extended the long cone-like quills come from Futago’s palms—reaching outwards to deadly points. These hidden weapons are hollow—allowing them to be filled with different poisons or other liquids. The tips of the quills may be fired off at a high velocity towards targets, carrying said poison. A fair amount of a specialized razor-wire is stored in the puppet’s abdomen and can be dispensed through its’ palms while the Quills are retracted. There is a special seal that Chigetsu developed to actually invest a large part of himself into the puppet—giving it a simulated pulse, body head, and other nuances that would otherwise be impossible to mimic. This puppet may be used in conjuncture with the Gihen no Mozou [Deception of the Mimic] technique that Chigetsu developed.

Description: Chigetsu’s puppet crosses its’ quills before it’s chest, entering a strangely upright and neutral stance. In a heartbeat the puppet launches its’ self along the ground towards its’ target, in a most beautiful display Chigetsu directs his tool into a very fluid flourish of twelve strikes, targeting the opponent’s joints(both ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, and wrists). After this flourish of strikes the puppet jumps upwards, planting both feet into the target and pushing off—getting some much needed space, as well as forcing the target to the ground.
PvP: Deals Chigetsu’s Rank Damage +2d6, May be combo’d with any Injection techniques. CP Cost: 5cp

~Active~ Rage Inducing Injection

Description: Futago's quills will with a sweet smelling jelly, one that Chi made from a combo of scorpion eggs and snake venom.
PvP: For the next 1d4 times that the Puppet successfully strikes a target, that target must make a Discipline/Concentration check against Chigetsu’s Lore(Discerning the potency of this injection). If the Opponent fails they are sent off into a made rage, in which they must roll a 1d4 when they want to take an action. The effects of the 1d4 are as follows.
1: The afflicted individual does their rank minus one’s damage to him/herself. IE: Gennin does Academy Rank Damage, Jounin does Chuunin Rank Damage, Ect.
2: The afflicted individual attacks one of their allies—if no allies are present, they attack on-lookers—if no on-lookers of the fight, see the result for a 3.
3: The afflicted rages around doing collateral damage, but is otherwise harmless and wastes his/her turn.
4: The Afflicted Target manages to launch an attack against the target they intended.
The afflicted will remain so for 1d4 turns. Uses: 2/Battle.
~Active~ Razor-Wire Defensive Grid

Description: The puppet spends a turn launching out a line of nearly invisible Razor-Wire around a target from its’ palms, this takes on the appearance of getting ready to launch into some kind of Taijutsu technique. Enemies who attempt to attack the target in melee must suffer damage to pass through the Razor-Wire, in order to attack the target. The Wire may sustain an entity entering it 3 times—however the wire may also be targeted for attack—subtracting one use from its’ remaining durability. Unless the enemy combatants beat Chigetsu’s Craft Trap check with their Spot, they are unaware that the Razor-Wire is there until its’ first activation when they attack the protected target.
PvP: Protects a single target until the wire has either been breached or attacked--dealing 1d6 damage to anyone who breaches it. If enemy combatants cannot beat Chi's Craft Trap check with their Spot--they are unaware of the wire until it is triggered at least once. The wire hones in on the protected individual's Chakra, keeping them at the epicenter--allowing them to maintain mobility while remaining protected.

Description: Chigetsu’s puppet places one palm to the ground and extends one of its’ palm quills—the quill then snakes through the earth, extended by a tendril. Once under an opponent the quill shoots upwards, attempting to strike the target unaware. This technique has the appearance of a summoning jutsu to further throw off their opponent.
Pvp: Gains a +2 to the attack roll due to the enemy's in ability to discern from which angle the attack will come from. Deals Rank damage + 1d4, Injection Techniques are applied to this attack. Uses: 2/Fight.
IC Description: Mittsuko, like Futago, is an exact duplicate of Chigetsu. Description: Mittsuko strikes out with an eager fist towards his target’s sternum, as the punch connects he pulses chakra stored within the seals upon his body down into the strike, channeling that energy down through his fist into the target’s flesh, shattering their defenses and striking into the chakra network.

Description: Having been heavily designed from the ground up to operate in a melee capacity Mittsuko sports an enhanced skeletal system that allows his punches taijutsu to strike harder than the average human could tolerate without shattering bones. Moreover being a puppet he’s able to launch attacks at a quicker rate than humans can, not being limited by muscular tissue.
PvP: Mittsuko’s attacks are treated as medium weapons, suffering no penalties. Subsequently he also ‘dual wields’ his fists—again suffering no penalties.
~Active~ Kiri De Oowa Reta Kencho Na Hasu {Fog Covered Striking Lotus}

Description: Mittsuko releases a dense fog from his shoulders which fills and hangs over the battlefield, granting him and Chi’s allies the advantage as they attack and defend due to being partially obscured. While under the cover of his mist Mittsuko launches into a harsh combo of strikes into a given target’s vital soft-tissue points(Abs, kidneys, shoulders, and sides of the neck).
PvP: Fog is generated for 1d6+1 turns, granting Chi’s allies +1 to attack and defense for its’ duration. The combo deals Mittsuko’s damage +1d8 and lowers its’ crit range to 19-20 for only this combo. The extra 1d8 of damage is –not- citable. Uses: 1/battle.
~Active~ Nijuu no Kumo Kiba {Dual Spider Fang}

The puppet then launches into a super-human series of handseals and unleashes the ninjutsu in question. His fingers are moving at such a speed that only Uchiha with at least three tomoe activated(Or any bloodline's equivalent level of ability when attempting to learn/steal ninjutsu from Yottsuko via their dojutsu) will be able to track his fingers, even if the ninjutsu in question is of a low rank. Due to this blinding speed the ninjutsu is remarkably hard to predict.

~Chigetsu's Custom Manufactured Youkai Puppets~
Name: Hasukadan no Oni {Ogre of the Lotus Field}

IC Description::
Hasukadan stands at roughly fourteen feet, the puppet sports reverse-jointed legs in order to maximize speed and balance. The Ogre's torso is angular and lithe looking--sharply contrasted by its' massive left arm, which more resembles a huge club that ends with three large bladed fingers. The right arm of the beast is much more in-scale with its' body and human, a buckler adorning its' forearm. The buckler is made in the image of a traditional Oni mask--its' mouth agape, its' face full of rage. Hasukadan lacks a defined head, however when its' chest, shoulders, and thighs open up an individual may climb inside and be protected by the device--once his happens a triangular mask piece is extended fom the puppet's shoulders--the triangle covers the wearer's face--leaving only their eyes exposed. A long bullwhip like tail can be extended from the Ogre's back--at the end of this tail is a rather wicked serrated blade.

Description: With a burst of smoke out the back of the Silo on Oni’s left thigh the front end explodes outwards, launching a tight cluster of several javelins. As the javelins impact the ground/desired targets the gunpowder stored within explodes, creating a sizeable blast radius.

~Active~ Youkai no Nigiri {Apparition’s Grip} (Unlimited Use)
Description: With a blast of smoke out of the back of the silo on Oni’s right thigh, the front end explodes outwards, launching a loose cluster of javelins. As the javelins impact the ground—wires explode out of the hilts of the weapons—lashing out and connecting with other javelins/wires. Those within the blast zone of this attack are bound and unable to attack, defend, or move until they break free, or are struck in melee.

Seal Appearance:
~Innate Bonus to Housing the Seal:: +10 to Chi’s total CP—The boost in Chi’s capacities is caused by the augmentation to his Chakra Network caused by the seal. Thus the bonus is added regardless of if the seal is currently activated.
Description: Chigetsu is able to attack at ranged with offensive Chakra strings--Wire-Blades--operating akin to a kind of Chakra-based Kenjutsu. With greater concentration Chigetsu can generate blades that are little more than condensed black chakra formed around his index and middle fingers--extending out to the length of a katana, allowing him to fight in closer ranges and make use of kenjutsu. He is also able to block by generating small grids made from his chakra wires(Wire-Shields). All of these specific uses of his chakra are very much visible, manifesting a black smoldering lines of energy.
Stage 1 Wire-Blade ::
Effect: -Chi is able to attack/block with Wis, Deal Rank DMG + Small Weapon DMG + WIS Stat Ninjutsu DMG--Can be Dual Wielded while using close range Wire-Blades, does not incur penalties.
Physical Changes: The raindrop shaped cursed seal has expanded from its’ origin point outwards—covering his body in what would appear to be a scale like pattern. The iris of both eyes also shift to a deep crimson.

Stage 2 Wire-Blade:
Effect: Chi is now able to intensify his Wire-Shields at will, making them full fledged Chakra Shields, as though he were manipulating a puppet. (Block unblockables, costs 8cp)
Physical Changes: Physical Change: The scale pattern of the seal submerges into Chigetsu’s flesh—shifting his tanned skin to a hazy blue hue. His hair extends long down to mid-back, a wild amethyst tangle. Chi’s fingernails and ears extend slightly, both ending in sharpened points. Horns emerge from Chigetsu’s head extending up and sweeping backwards, in a subtle wave, behind him in a rather elegant manner. A thin tail extends from him, usually in constant motion, flicking and twitching—its’ form is rather reptilian, but a plume of amethyst fur is affixed at its’ tip. Bat-like wings extend from Chigetsu’s back, keeping with the hazed blue of his new skin tone. His hands and feet smolder with black flames generated by his now twisted chakra network. The overall transition of his body leaves him with a kind a hauntingly inhuman beauty.

Appearance:
Kirikabu stands at a little over three-feet tall, being an adolescent in his tribe he's still very young and thus underdeveloped--thus earning him the nickname Kirikabu. Upon reaching adulthood he'll get to earn a true name. He wields a kusarigama with notable skill, something he prides himself on. He's a light brown color, yet to receive his adult coat of dark black.
Description:
Kirikabu is short on stature--but not on attitude. He's quick to anger and insult, but not prone to completely losing his head. He's often good at finding a balance between rash behavior and keeping to the strict teachings of his people.

Name: Hidomi {Rot Ear}
Appearance:
A rather imposing figure, caring a set of ninja-to strapped to his back, Hidomi stands at a good six feet tall, his body well developed and lithe--his left ear is completely gone from his body, lost in battle to some nameless foe. The loss of his ear does not seem to hinder him in the least if anything his ability to detect trouble is increased due to his perpetual vigilance.
Description:
Hidomi acts as a mid-level assassin for the Bat Tribe, striking down their enemies down in silence with cold efficiency. He speaks little, and his words are often enigmatic--yet full of meaning.

Name: Hounou {Dedication}
Appearance: Hounou stands at about six-feet-tall, wearing samurai style armor and bearing a Masamune blade at his left hip. His coat of fur is a deep ebony, his eyes glint a cruel yellow. He has a long scar running over his face--from the upper left hand corner near his ear, down to his right lower jaw.
Description: Hounou's skill stands in the defense of others--he is one of the elite bodyguard of the Bat-Tribe's Shogun. He enjoys a challenge in battle, but maintains a rather serious demeanor.
