[Catastrophic Failure] Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: This goes beyond simply making a dumb mistake, the attacker makes a flub so horrible most would think they would have to be physically trying to do so, their attack somehow rebounding upon themselves. PvP: AoE Defense at a +2 to the roll, the user takes the effects of their own attack. If the attack deals damage they only take half that damage (may defend against any attack even genjutsu or attacks that specify a specific defense) [cooldown of 1d4+1 rounds]
[Graze] Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 12 Description: Guessing, Hiro begins to move to defend himself before the enemy even attacks, and through seemingly blind luck manages to at the very least reduce dramatically the effect of the attack. PvP: Used before a roll against an attack, Graze only has an effect if the roll fails. if they are hit all negative effects from the attack are halved (rounded up) this includes damage, penalties and penalty durations [cooldown of 1d4+1 rounds]
[Deadly Luck] Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 25 Description: The enemy would suffer from a seemingly random but sudden and deadly condition such as a heart attack or stroke much to the good fortune of the Airisshu PvP: 5d6 +Cha bonus ninjutsu damage that bypasses all forms of DR, the enemy is stnned for 1d4-1 (min 1) rounds or until hit (con vs cha to break stun) and after the stun ends they take -1d4+1 to rolls for 1d6+1 Rounds rounds [this technique may only be used once per battle]

Item Name: | Heaven & Earth | Item Picture: | | Item History: | The pair of Gun-Blades Heaven and Earth were forged from the materials made via Mithrajin's double-sided katana sword and Kuromitsu's Tora Tekko-Kagi Claws. From Mithrajin's katanas the intricate craftsmanship of the puppet scroll located at the center hilt, was now engraved along the side of the blade - with one symbol for each Puppet that glows while the puppet is in use with various facets of color in accordance to the set that puppet belongs too. From Kuromitsu's Tora Tekko-Kagi Claws the refined and precious Steel mineral prized in Steel country for its chakra absorbing capabilities. Adapting to the chakra of it's wielder the blades change.
These swords are crafted by Kaira Shi'gawa who produced the chakra blades with great care to inlaying the puppet seals along the side (along with a message to Sedina, " Look Within ") and assembled into an intricate device by Akane Sozin-Kah Inka, who managed to fashion this weapon with new technology she witnessed in Steel Country interchanging between a Sword and a Projectile-Long Range dispensing device. (" A Gun"). These two modes are interchangeable with a flick of the wrist for use with relative ease while in the | Dice Effects: | No Medium Weapon Penalties. As a free action once per round, switch between Sword / Gun. Sword) Weapon DMG + 1d4 fire damage and -2 DR for 1d4 rounds this damage doesn't stack but for each hit it increases an existing duration by one round. The DR reduction stacks up to 2 times. Taijutsu (体術; Literally meaning "Body Techniques") is a basic form of jutsu that typically does not require chakra, but chakra may be used to enhance techniques. Taijutsu generally require no hand seals to perform and are much quicker to use than ninjutsu or genjutsu. Taijutsu is simply put, hand-to-hand combat, or weaponry.
Although it is used by nearly all ninja, some characters use taijutsu almost exclusively like Rock Lee and his teacher Might Guy, and are experts of many taijutsu techniques. Example of taijutsu techniques are Dynamic Entry and Leaf Whirlwind. The Hyūga clan's Gentle Fist, however, makes extensive use of chakra and demands great skill in its control. The taijutsu techniques are the right choices for those that want to save their time and chakra, or for those who rely on their physical attributes. It can also be used in collaboration with ninjutsu to create nintaijutsu techniques.

Phoenix's Descent: Type: Tai/Kenjutsu Rank: C CP Cost: 5 (7 if wielding a weapon) Description+: Darting high above the airborne enemy Hiro drills down into them forcing them down into the ground. PvP Effect: -Must have hit with Rising Strike the previous turn -Tai/Ken damage+1d6 the enemy takes -2 on attack/defense rolls for one round
Lashing Flames: Type: Tai/Kenjutsu Rank: B Cp Cost: 7 (9 if wielding a weapon) Description: Rotating in a whirl of Fire and fists or steel Hiro Would lash out at each enemy around him. flames extending to lengthen his reach. PvP Effect: Rank Tai/Ken damage+2d6 to up to 3 enemies (tag radius)
Reduce to Slag: Type: Tai/Kenjutsu Rank: B Cp Cost: 7 (9 if wielding a weapon) Description: Hiro would focus a super-hot katon energy around his next attack, focused not only on hurting the opponent, but reducing defenses to mere slag. PvP Effect: Tai/Ken damage+2d6 pierces 3 DR and reduces the enemies total DR by 1 for 1d4 rounds
Meteor Strike: Type: Tai/Kenjutsu Rank: A Cp Cost: 13 (15 if wielding a weapon) Description: After Sending his opponent crashing into the ground Hiro doesn't let up, coalescing a great Katon chakra over his entire body he darts down after them to deliver a mortal blow colliding with them like a comet in a great explosion of power. Eight Celestial GatesThe Eight Gates (八門 Hachimon) are eight specific points along the chakra circulatory system that limit the overall flow of chakra within a ninja's body. Although the gates make the ninja weaker in battle, they limit the body's functions to keep it from expiring too soon. Ninja that have learned to open these gates can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of various levels of damage to their own bodies. Each additional gate grants the user new levels of strength with additional injuries; by opening all eight gates the user will become invincible in battle, but their body will be so damaged in the process that they will die afterwards. HijutsuGates is a hijutsu that is an S-rank, however the extent one can open them are based on skill. Each cellular loss point results in -1 to all rolls, cellular points may be removed through special Rp and 5 tokens per point. Ninjutsu (忍術; Literally meaning "Ninja Techniques") refers to any technique that utilizes chakra and allows the user to perform actions that a normal person otherwise would be incapable of doing. Unlike genjutsu, which causes the opponent to experience illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are real. Ninjutsu relies on chakra and, most of the time, hand seals to be effective. The hands are put in sequential positions that molds and manipulates chakra in the necessary manner to perform a jutsu. This is not always needed, however, and some jutsu become second nature to experienced ninja, after which they can perform them at will. Additionally, many ninjutsu can be classified as an elemental jutsu, in those cases where a specific element (wind, water, fire, earth, lightning) is used. However, the primary difference between the two is that the effects of genjutsu are illusory; instead of attacking the victim's body, genjutsu techniques manipulate the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, thus causing a disruption in their senses.
Genjutsu is created when a ninja extends their chakra flow through the cerebral nervous system of their opponent to control their mind's chakra, thereby affecting their five senses. Those with special abilities like the Uchiha clan's Sharingan or with high intelligence have an easier time executing and countering genjutsu, as attention to detail is key. Those under the influence of genjutsu either freeze in place or lose consciousness, depending on how capable they are in recognizing and defending against it. |

.:: KENJUTSU ::. Kenjutsu (剣術; Literally meaning "Sword Technique") pertains to techniques that entail the use of swords, whether the users be shinobi or samurai. Kenjutsu can be used in combination with taijutsu, ninjutsu and/or chakra flow in order to achieve more devastating techniques.
The entire military might of the lone samurai nation of the Land of Iron, have so-far all been depicted as practitioners of kenjutsu. Among the shinobi nations, the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist are particularly well known as kenjutsu practitioners. Also, a majority of Kumogakure shinobi are swordsmen.
