.:: INTRODUCTION ::.The Ryuutei Clan are a group of proud and valliant warriors that value the passage of battle with sword in hand. They can be viewed by many as barbaric due to their fierce temper that is capable of sundering their enemies should they fall witness of such a spectacle. It is unknown why but only the males of this clan are capable of manifesting the chakra of the Ryuutei, and its daunting power along with it that feeding off one's rage. Despite their love for battle, the Ryuutei are a very close knit and organized clan which is now currently led by Tetsuo Ryuutei.

Very similar to Two Slashes One Strike move, but more direct and powerful, since it's other effect is to confuse the target.

Description: The user concentrates all of his Ryuutei chakra into this one blow. As he strikes, all of the chakra takes an huge blue dragon form as he thrusts at the target together with him. This jutsu has an enormous destructive power, but it was forbidden due to the effects on the user. Besides harming his body as well, it unbalances the flow of the chakra, having the chance of the user enter in a uncontrollable frenzy as the chakra flames surrounding his body turn red.
PvP: Weapon DMG + 5d6 DMG + Special: (Roll 1d20)
20 = Blood frenzy, you get another turn.
16-19 = Nothing happends.
10-15 = This jutsu removes the target from his rage leaving him in a normal state you cannot re-enter rage for 1d4 rounds.
2-9 = 1d20 internal damage to yourself

Description: In extremely emergencies cases, this jutsu is used to support the user on very dangerous situations. It consists on drawing his life energy to support his chakra, and vice-versa. This is the most basic Ryuutei Jutsu, that all members used to learn once they chakra was awakened.
PvP: User can transfer 2d6 of their HP to CP and vice-versa. Cooldown 3 Rounds.
.:: HISTORY ::.[Spoiler]:
The Ryuutei Clan was secretly created during the Great Ninja wars, serving the Mist village in surprise and sneak attacks. Their methods and special powers were so unique and unorthodox, specially when they became into wild raging killing machines, that no shinobi from that time could actually tell that it was an attack from Mist village. Most of it members were never identified by other villages, having quite some trouble putting them into their Bingo Book. As the war run off, the clan remained intact, maintining it's offensive position.
Once the wars were over, the Mizukage couldn't find that much of a use to the clan anymore, while in the other hand, the clan members began more and more uncontrollable. Their loyalty was only to their clan, not especifically to the Mist village nor their ninjas. They started acting on their own, as a way to show to the Mizukage that they were not under his control at all. This has been the last drop to the Mist village.
It has been declared that all members of the Ryuutei should be killed in sight unless they joined forces with the shinobi squads and accepting the constant surveillance of their actions. All their privilleges and goods given by the Mizukage during the wars were taken away, and 4 members of the clan were hanged in a public square to make an example. Thus, the has clan split in two. Those who accepted the Mizukage condition, by order of the clan founder, Teuchi Ryuutei, and those who denied it and turned their backs against the clan, fleeing from the Mist Village to live in the wildd. Those have gathered under the name of Brother of Fury, who raised countless attacks against Kirigakure in order to take their revenge from the Mizukage.
The clan has been controlled with moderate efficience ever since, keeping the existence of the clan a top secret. The Ryuutei who joined the Kirigakure shinobi were forbidden to use their unique chakra, who ended up turning them into the wildest of fighters, with the risk of facing the death penalty in case they disobeyed. The Kirigakure kept the clan under control until the attacks of the Brothers of Fury begin to take effect, attacking and killing important members of the Council and the community. After several years of investigation, the Mist ANBU found out that Shinji Ryuutei, the new head of the clan after the founder's death, was aiding the rebels from the inside, disrespecting Teuchi Ryuutei's decision of a harmonious coexistence, with the help of their elder children, Kyo and Kitsune Ryuutei.
Finally, the Mizukage decided to wipe out the entire clan once and for all. Sending their most skilled ANBU, the Kirigakure organized a mission to kill every clan member inside the village, leaving only their youngest alive for the study of the Ryuutei chakra, Tetsuo Ryuutei. But, in the night of the attack, the ANBU sneaked into the Clan estate and surprised themselves to see each and every member slain by their our leader, who seemed to have lost the control over his Ryuutei powers and went on a rampage against his own blood. Luckily, the ANBU managed to rescue the young Tetsuo in time, who was nearly dead. His memory was molded thru a lasting and complex genjutsu treatment to wipe out the existance of the clan and his childhood memories, keeping the Ryuutei's real history a complete secret. The only flaw in the mission was the escape of Kyo And Kitsune Ryuutei.
The Brothers of Fury are trying to regain their forces, having both Kitsune and Kyo as their official leaders. The limited number of Ryuutei's inside the rebel actions against Kirigakure and the loss of the inside help given by the Ryuutei Clan made they retreat to the Rice Country, where they wait for the right time to strike while they gather forces, disguised as mere bandits gangs.
.:: CLAN STRUCTURE ::.The special chakra of the Ryuutei is only passed on to the male clan members, for some unkown reason. So, all the female members were trained in diplomatic and medical skills, while the men trained controlling their chakra and their bodies. The training was harsh and cruel, being carried on secretly during the peace times with the Kirigakure without the Mizukage's knowing, but all the clans techniques have been lost the day the Clan's estate was burned down.
The head of the clan was decided by simple and direct battle. The one who survived had the right to command the others, proving himself to be the rightful heir of Teuchi. The next challange can only be called out 15 years after the fighting decision.
.:: AWAKENING RYUUTEI CHAKRA ::.The student of the Ryuutei chakra must, of course, be a memeber of the clan. It is a very individual art, since once this chakra arise, (which occours in any given moment of his life, but eventually will occour, there was never born a amle Ryuutei without this chakra, only those who choose to keep it always restrained and shut inside them), the user must learn to control it by himself. This tests the Ryuutei student capacity to control it and it's development, the youngest ones to do so are often seen as possible candidates to the leadership of the clan.
The chakra often awakens when a serious trauma is placed on the student, which were often "encouraged" by his family, but not always, killing the student's friends or sibilings being the most common way to do so. Once this given moment rises, the stage corresponding to his barbarian ability (barbaran rage, improved barbarian rage or mighty rage), but falling to exhaustion right after doing so.
.:: RYUUTEI SCROLLS ::."The one who follows the dragon's path shall never put someone else's orders before his own beliefs.
Being althruistic is just one step away from being someone's leach. The loyalty of one holding the dragon brand is very valuable, and shall not be given away recklessly.
Discern stupidity from bravery, never let yourself be humilliated and never count for anyone to stand up for you.
The dragon brand must be seen as the ultimate reward of those who follows the dragon path, all must be proud of receiveing it.
Die before bowing to anyone, and if the enemy delivers death to your doorstep, take as many as you can with you.
To die touching the sky is the greatest blessing the Dragon God can give a mortal.
Present no mercy to the merciless, and recognize when is the time for war and peace.
To use your inheritance gained form the Blind Dragon God is what discerns the worthy and the worthless.
Grudge is the most dangerous poison there is to run the dragon's veins. If there is a score to settle, do it before it's too late, or give up if the Clan suffers from it.
Those who choose the dragon path must never expect that others help them in selfish and greedy purposes. If one desire's to do so, let him do it by himself. If succeeds, he will prove he's worthy of what he gained.

8. Gate of Death (Shimon) opens the final gate located at the heart and uses up all of the body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the power of every other gate. All the energy in every individual cell is used up, giving the user power well above that of any Kage. This "big bang" effect is only temporary, and destroys every muscle in the user's body, including the heart. Death is assured when opening this gate. This gate is opened freely.
