While Minori recovered from the physical injuries he gained in the cannonball blast, he has sustained a more mental problem due to the explosion. Now whenever he exerts himself to fast or a concussive blast happens near him he gets nausues and has a hard time staying upright.
-D4 to Rolls for 2 rounds if targeted by an AoE. If you have questions as to how this mechanic works, please refer them to Zetsu or another member of the mechanics team.

Roleplay: This technique fools the target into thinking they are being smothered by leaves, the more they struggle the more leaves appear.
DF Effects: Single Target. Deals Base Rank Damage + 1

The user makes a hand seal and spits water out in the way of an incoming fire jutsu to try and lessen the damage.
Type/Rank: E Rank Suiton Ninjutsu (WIS)
Cost: 1 CP
Effect: 4 DR against a fire Jutsu as a defensive action
Water blade
With one handed seal, user forces water chakra into the blade itself, wrapping it in low friction layer, to make a deeper and more sinister cut.
Type/Rank: Water Taijutsu (STR/DEX)

Effect: Base Damage+d6 bonus damage

- White Lightning:
Shiver Strike
Upon preparing their weapon, the user begins charging a core of white-lightning throughout the main portions of combat for the weapon; by doing so not only helps ensure a clear strike by sending an arc of electricity once it gets close, but allows the user to strike significantly harder by channeling the electricity into the target once full contact has been made.
Type/Rank: D-Rank Kenjutsu
Costs: 2CP
Effects: Base Kenjutsu+1 White Lightning Damage; Pierces 1 HP DR (Universal).
Note:
Mind Shock
A Basic genjutsu that utilizes the link created with the target to cause damage to the chakra flow of the victim with small shocks, leaving them with less chakra at there disposal than before. The target would see a bolt of white lightning striking them, making them feel weaker.
Type/Rank: E-rank White Lightning Genjutsu(Int)
Cost: 1
Effect: Deals Base Rank Damage/2 to cp.
Notes: 1 jp for e, 1 cost to turn to CP dmg
Lightning Strike
The user strikes the target with a small spark while simultaneously invading there mind. The target would see the small spark as actually a giant bolt of white lightning, feeling as if they were just struck by it.
Type/Rank: C-Rank White Lightning Genjutsu
Cost: 4
Effect: Deals Base Rank Damage/2 + 1 to CP. Critical Range extended by 1
Notes: 4 jp. 1 for cp dmg. 2 for bonus cp dmg. 1 for increased crit range
Double Shock
Creates an illusion of the person being struck multiple times with lightning.
Type: White LIghtning Genjutsu
Rank: C
Cost: 4
Effect: deals rank hp damage + d2 cp dmg
Note: 4 jp from C-rank, +cp dmg = 2 jp each, 4 jp spent on cp dmg
Lightning Hive Mind
Creating a small spark of white lightning, the user mezmerizes the people around who can see it to cause them to more easily succum to the illusion. The targets would see the spark grow until there in a maelstrom of white lightning.
Type/Rank: D-Rank White Lightning Genjutsu
Cost: 2
Effect: Up to Three targets. Deals Base Rank Damage/2 to CP.
Notes: 2 jp for being a D rank. 1 cost to turn to cp dmg. .5jp for each additional target
Twin Spark Strike
Charging there weapons with white lightning, the user would either strike a target with two metalic weapons, or twice with a singular one, sending a large electric current through there body that can easily cause large damage.
Type/Rank: D-Rank White lightning Kenjutsu
Cost: 2
Effect: Single Target. Deals Base Rank Damage, Critical Range extended by 6.
Notes: 2 jp for being a d rank. .5 cost for 1.5 crit range. 2 jp worth = 6 increased crit.
