Information is spread, mainly along the Twin Towers, that Anja Jinrai is looking for one Sera Nobara, needing to discuss some manner of flower with her. When inquired further, there is some off-handed remark about an interested merchant. It seems fairly vague (and maybe a bit foreboding!)
