Iryoton – Paternity Test
Unlike typical medical ninjutsu, this one is performed by forming several hand seals first. Then the user obtains chakra samples from their intended targets. Obtaining the necessary chakra is easily done, even on the battlefield if they have used a jutsu. This is done by using the user’s own chakra to draw in the target’s chakra and trapping it within their own chakra. Once they have obtained samples from both they can quickly analyze the samples to see how closely the signatures resemble each other, easily determining if the targets are related. If the user possesses a Doujutsu, they do not need to collect chakra samples beforehand, needing only to see the chakra patterns in front of them and using this jutsu to compare the patterns and make up of each targets chakra.

Katon – Thermo Therapy
This jutsu is first performed by forming two hand seals unlike typical Iryo jutsu. The user then releases chakra into their target with a minor amount of Katon chakra included. This chakra helps by stimulating the blood capillaries and encouraging them to expand to reduce pain, stiffness, and relieving muscle spasms.

Effect: Single Target, heals the target for (Base Damage + 1) / 2 per round for 1d2+1 rounds

Katon has HP Damage, DoT, and Duration. As specialties, Iryo is medical; thus has none.

The healing one is fine waiting for word back on something with the detection one ~

Each person's chakra is different and as such gives off a unique chakra signature, which sensor type ninja are able to detect. Chakra signatures are passed genetically, allowing a person's clan to be identified by their chakra;[4] over time, entire populations can have perceptibly different chakra.[5] One's chakra signature can be altered by absorbing DNA from multiple people, mixing various chakra signatures together to become a whole new one.[6] Each person's chakra also has a unique "color" that can be seen by those with dōjutsu (the anime tends to colour all normal chakra light blue).

The above has been taken from the Naruto Wiki, and is a core/universal aspect of Naruto, so I can only assume we're still using such base lore. As such, the medical jutsu should be fine from an RP stand point.

Please be advised that Isobu (and other people put on to make the RP side of things -work-) is responsible for the RP aspects of this ability. Which I also second, because of the aforementioned nature of chakra being passed down genetically (which of course includes a parents not reading that is to miss the fundamental nature being described) and the one who is running the plotline which involves Kazumi making this particular Jutsu to fulfill - which this is directly in line with.
