Rikitazu "Rikitiki" Yubisho started his life as an ordinary villager. His father was a puppet-maker who owned a small shop in the hidden village of the sand, where Rikitazu served as an apprentice craftsman. His nickname comes from the signature sound of his puppets in action, a chattering sound that resembles "Rikki Tikki". In a sudden effort to help his village and to bring his craftsmanship to a new level, he enlisted to the ninja academy at a late age. Now graduated, he is fresh on his path as a recognized shinobi of the village. Rikitazu is eager to put his puppets to the test in the real world, while simultaneously defending his village. A light-hearded person by nature, he tends to joke around and typically fits in well with those who can appreciate his humor. His peaceful upbringing makes him skittish in combat and he has much to learn in the ways of bravery, often relying too much on his puppets and allies to guard him from danger.

to see, the puppet master makes good use of its effect. A basic warm-up technique for most beginning puppet masters.
PvP Effect: The target makes a STR/DEX/WIS roll against your WIS to stay standing up or they fall prone taking -2 to defense and cannot attack for 1 round.

Description: Using this quite handy trick, the user is able to move around objects as he would puppets with his Chakra strings. To be properly effective, the technique can only affect inanimate objects.
