All members of the Yotsuki clan start with Lightning element affinity as their starting element. They can all use Raiton no Yoroi and Lightning Step. The Yotsuki is often trained since a very young age in how to use Lightning to fight, thus they start with 2 D and 1 C rank Lightning technique of their choice.
Lightning step is a process where the Yotsuki pumps a large amount of Lightning chakra into their legs then tries to dodge an attack; because of the tremendous speed gained by this some people has likened it to the substitution technique.
Lightning step allows the Yostuki to do a substitution technique with DEX for 3 cp. When used the Yostuki gets +1 to the defense roll and if successful they also get +1 to the next attack roll since they seemingly just appeared behind their enemy.
The Lightning Release Armor boosts the speed and physical power of the Shinobi by infusing his whole being with Lightning chakra. Thus chakra also makes it a danger for anyone to come into contact with the Yotsuki during the use of Lightning Release Armor.
Cost 5 cp to activate and 3 to maintain, this cost never changes.
As an Initiate (Level 15+) the Shinobi gains +1 to DEX rolls and they also do +1d4 more damage when using Taijutsu or Lightning techniques, this damage does not stack if they use a Lightning based Taijutsu. The Yotsuki also gains a shield of chakra that does 1d4 damage to whoever hits them; this damage also comes into effect if the Yotsuki blocks a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu attack.

Description: The User plants their feet firmly on the ground before channeling chakra throughout their body causing it to shiver. Once completed Static Discharge would be seen crackling around them.
PvP Effect: User takes 1 round to "Charge", then the next round deals + 1d10 Lightning Damage to a Lightning Jutsu attack.

PvP: Rank damage + 1d6.
Can be used to block, when used to block the technique does 1 dmg.

Description: The user channels a smalla mount of chakra towards his fists or the weapon he is wielding. Giving it some more power.
PvP Effect: Adds 1d6 electrical damage to a weapon or fist for 1d4 rounds. The jutsu deals 1 pt of damage per round to the user as the charge leeches into them on occasion. This technique cannot be ended early.
