Viewed as Philosophers and regarded as artists, the Clan of the Takara is not very large nor very well-known outside the Rock-village where they origin. For years, their loyality towards Rock was unquestioned and unbroken: They prided themselves to take care of traitors amongst themselves, being ruthlessly effective. This loyality came, however, with the price that the Takara, due to their skill and their devotion, were used more and more frequently on the frontlines of the upcoming wars where they were used as shocktroopers, never wavering or breaking but fighting to the death, often fulfilling their missions against all odds.
When the last war against Konoha went on, losses on both sides went higher and higher. The Takara were right in the middle. Their devotion was a signature and sign to everyone on both sides as they drew a line and fought even harder for their Village.
Then peace was finally issued and something happened no one had expected: A small splinter-branch of the Takara, so far never broken, asked for refugee in Konoha. Questions were asked, but back home in Rock the only answer was " they are not traitors to the clan. Their choice are their own for peace sake. The Takara take care of their own". Both sides were confused at this and suspected treachery, but found no way to attack the clan without sparking tensions and new bloodshed.
Several years later, the Takara-clan is still marked traitors by everyone but their own clan with whom they stay in friendly, although spare and secret, contact across borders.

Kiyomi is one of these Traitor-Takara, barely having been born when her parents went over the border to the Land of Fire. She grew up in the care of her clan and Konoha, leaving alive the unique teachings of her clan to embody them and become a master-artist in her own way.

Special abilities:

Suicide-Tatoo
This is a Clan-thing. She might be given a choice as a shinobi and chose to let one of her family to tatoo and infuse the tatoo with a hidden chakra-seal. On her death or by her own choice, she can let the seal break and dissolve her body in nothingness by pure chakra-flames, not quite unlike an ANBU. This is activated on her death in order to see that her body and secrets do not get into the hands of enemies.



Tool-ability (self-taught):

The Fly cant escape
PvP: Someone who is caught by wires handled by Kiyomi can be used to "block" a physical attack. She uses her dexterity against the attackroll in order to let the attack hit her captured foe instead of herself. This attempt, successful or not, counts as her block/dodge attempt and will break the wires, successful or not.

Net of the Widow
Kiyomi shoots out a complete net of wires everywhere, every few inches hanging an explosive tag. She then calmly waits for the opponent to react to the threat as she knows there is only one single explosive tag real which she controls in the net. By controlling the battlefield, she will control the battle.
PvP: Uses up one use of Wires (Or Kiyomis wires) as well as 1 explosive tag.
At any later point, she can use the highest of either wisdom/dexterity with a bonus of +4 (as if she had managed her set trap roll) in order to react to a threat and attack with her wires. If she is succesful, her enemy takes damage accoring to the explosive tag and the attack is nullified, although no chakra must be paid for for any attempte jutsu/techniques.

Blade-Whip-Spear
The weapon is interchangable in size: Kiyomi can draw a small bladed sword from the length of the weapon, open the interconnecting chains to a Kusari-Gama or even push it together and push out an enourmous blade to create a Naginata. This is free for her to change. None of those weapons is able to be dual-wielded, but she can freely change to make a weapon with the reach or speed necessary as she sees fit. She got the idea from the stories of ancient gods and sages and came up with the concept to create her needs


The Foundation of hell

The Foundation of Hell is the sister weapon of the Pillar of Heavens. A late wedding gift forged by Akykyo for the personal use of his beloved. Like the pillar of Heaven The Foundation of Hell has multiple forms. It can shift between multiple length blades, several forms of whip and a variety of spear and Naginata. The unique weapon is tailored specifically to Kiyomis combat style. The Foundation of Hell is held in a seal on Kiyomis person and will return to the seal every hour unless she actively restricts the process.

Additional Gear: 1 Chakra Pill (Bought by Akykyo Al'akir)
2 Kiyomis Wires: Strapped onto her back, she carries several fozen feet of Shinobi wires and trained vigioursly and with one of her family in order to make them flexible and enduring, enabling her to use them with greater precision. Her preferred technique is to spread a net of wires in the near vacinity, enabling her to trap an enemy even as it would move to dodge, several hooks latching into the ground and other immovable objects everywhere.
PvP: Kiyomis wires work as normal wires, but she can stun people for up to 2 rounds or until hit

Akykyos Specialised Headset (Bought by Akykyo Al'akir): Special headsets designed by Akykyo and the Brigade. They rely on minute amounts of chakra to transmits messages over long distances.
PvP: 3x a fight, can send and receive messages. The headsets are linked to each other naturally and can be linked to other systems (2 countries range)

Lesser Digitalis (Witches Glove)
A strain of fox glove that causes a mild dose of chemical disruption and induced paranoia
PvP: 1x a battle. On hit, target suffers -1 to rolls for 1d6 rounds. Each consecutive hit extends the duration of the poison by one round.

Ammi Majus (Lady’s Lace)
An elegant white flower with petals and form reminiscent of Lace. The flower is most commonly used for epidermal treatment, but properly prepared can be a dangerous status inducing venom.
PvP: 1x a battle, on hit weaken target. For 1d6 rounds the victim suffers +2 poison dmg from all sources. Each consecutive hit by the poison increases the duration by one round.

Sanguinaria Canadensis (Bloodroot)
Bloodroot is a fairly dangerous toxin that kills of cells by barest contact. Normally only effective against animals this treated toxin will tear apart organic matter as easily as acid.
PvP: 1x a battle, for 1d6 rounds, on hit deals 3 poison dmg a round. Each consecutive hit increases the duration by 1 round.

Opium Razor Wire (Poppy Tears)
A strong dose of treated Opium delivered by a special razor sharp ninja wire. The toxin is immediate and potent, overloading chemical balances and rendering a target immobile.
PvP: 1x a battle, deals rank dmg+stun for 1d4 rounds or until hit. STR / WIS Vs ATK DC: Resist Stun



Taijutsu-Stance: Divination of the Mind - the thousand stances

Rank 1: The shinobi has intimate knowledge with known, lost and hidden fighting stances and techniques. She is able to shift between those stances fluently in order to get a minor advantage in combat and under all circumstances.
CP Cost: 5 to activate, 1 to maintain.
Rank1: + 1 ATK / DEF, + 1d4 DMG

Rank 2: Adept of a 1000 stances
By now, the knowledge and training has become so intimate, it is a part of the shinobis being. She enters a state of mind, emptying herself of all outside effects and goes into a battlemind, highly tactical, making use of the different styles she has learnt to make a difference in combat: She can change fluently, although is unable to combine them completly as all stances have different requirements.

Seal: Seal of Motion: Principle of motion:
"If you know where your enemy will be and how he will move, you simply have to realise where you need to be in order to not be hit."
Years of analysing have given the Shinobi the ability to focus so intensly that the battlefield becomes, to her, a board. She sees the figures, she sees the opportunities and she thinks ahead. Like a chessgame or a game of warfare, she knows what the enemies moves are going to be to be most efficient and how to counter them in her own way.
She opens the flow of Chakra towards her most important asset, her brain.
Generally, this gives her precognition to an absurd level, allowing her to not directly see into the future, but to realise the possibilities of every single step which -could- happen.
Break seal: 5 cp (Free action)
Takes 1 full rl-day to restore seal.
PvP: x 1 per Battle. 20 pt Pool, Duration until pool reaches 0 pts. When performing Dodge, add pts from Pool to Roll until it exceeds by 1. (Can Dodge Undodgeables this way)


Master and Commander: Puppet:
Twin-linked technique between Akykyo Al'akir (Puppetmaster) and Takara Kiyomi (Puppet).
Activated when Puppetmaster uses Human Puppet Technique onto puppet.
Uses: Length of jutsu is heigtened +2. When using the Technique, Puppetmaster can opt to pay 5 less CP as casting cost. The puppet automatically pays 5 CP to make up for it.
PvP: "Human Puppet" Technique rules, + 2 to Kiyomi's rolls. Lower Cost of Jutsu by 5 to Aky'kyo, and heal + 5 CP to Kiyomi.

Unfettered mind:
"You can not stop what is moving. You could as well stop a tide with your bare hands. Before you stands a tamed mind. A mind of greatness. A mind which includes more knowledge than you could ever imagine. Now, you must realise that you will fail."
Whenever getting chakra damage (by an outside source) Kiyomi reduces the Chakra damage depending on her wisdom:
30-35: 1 less chakra-damage
36-45: 2 less chakra-damage
46-55: 3 less chakra-damage
56+: 4 less chakra damage.

The change is purely RP and cosmetic. There is no change in the actual jutsu or Dice-rolling. However, she can give it some different shapes in case, not only a staff or hammer.

Description: A forbidden technique that equally divides the users chakra into as many multiples as they can manage.
PvP: User can create up to 5 Solid-Clones this way, each possessing 10 hp an portion of User's CP to perform jutsu (And Stat Bonuses), + 1d4 to Rank DMG, and Access to User's Ninja Tools. (The clones all appear to have the same hp and CP)
1 Clone: (50 % of User's Current Cp)
2 Clone: (40 % of User's Current Cp)
3 Clone: (30 % of User's Current Cp)
4 Clone: (20 % of User's Current Cp)
5 Clone: (10 % of User's Current Cp)
(Note: Overrides Kage-Bunshin, Does not Stack)
Example: If Kiyomi has 5 clones present the attacker rolls a 1d6 when attacking. On a 1 he attacks Kiyomi, on 2-6 he attacks a clone.
At the end of the jutsu Kiyomi suffers -10 to cp pool for 1 week.






Personal techniques created by Kiyomi as member of the small but honorable Takara-Clan (List includes those which are learned up to now, not the complete list). Not all of these Techniques are Jutsus, but merely concentration-techniques which function the same was as Jutsus.


D-Ranked Clan Jutsu:
Recite the teachings
The Takara is caught in a Genjutsu and innitially resists by drawing back onto its clans teachings of the mind over matter in order to break out.
Cost: 3 cp
PvP: + 2 DEF Vs Genjutsu, can be used to resist Genjutsu as well.

D-Ranked Clan Jutsu:
Tactical Assertment
The Takara calmly watches over the enemies, their tactics and position. Several dozen tactics come to mind, nothing is unknown. After a few moments, a smile appears and the Takara has found the attack-strategy which will yield the highest result.
Cost: 2 cp
PvP: Used before an ATK, + 1 ATK Roll.

D-Ranked Clan Jutsu:
A mind of their own
Genjutsu:
Carefully looking over the enemy, they create a copy-image of themselves which can be hounded by the enemy while they Assert the situation and find a new tactic to use against their foe.
Cost: 3 cp
PvP: Stuns one enemy for 1d4-1 rounds (min 1). 2 CP drain per round.

D-ranked Clan Jutsu:
Rock and Earth
Taijutsu:
With a flowing grace, several strikes are delivered at the foe. The Takara scans the enemy while he parries, then strikes at an opening. After the initial Strike with the fist, the hand opens and the palm of the Takara slams into the enemies body

C-ranked Clan Jutsu:
Teeth and Claw
The Takara becomes one with the training and uses a weapon with greater profeciancy, drawing unto their mind to maintain the link.

PvP: Duration 1d4 Rounds, User recieves no weapon penalty. (- 2 if Dual-Wielding)

C-ranked Clan Jutsu:
Art of Battle
The Takara becomes one with its art. For a short amount of time, the Clanmember focuses hard enough to outshine other Shinobi who need to concentrate harder.
Cost: 5 cp
PvP: Add 1d4+1 to a Stat of User's Choosing for 1d4 Rounds.

C-ranked Clan Jutsu:
Opened senses, opened mind
The Takara concentrates, listening to the voice of the tiniest creatures, feeling even the faintest heartbeat and watching the fly of a falcon several hundred feet off.
Cost: 5 cp
PvP: Add 1/2 User's Lvl to Spot & Listen Rolls, Duration 1d4 Rounds.

B-ranked Clan Jutsu:
Art of the moment
The Takara seals several times at a rapid speed, then slams her hands to the ground as if summoning. True enough, a moment later the ground shakes and large artistic pieces statues, canvas with paintings and other personalised items erupt from the ground and seek to bury someone in a hailstorm. Afterwards, the items disappear

B-ranked Clan Jutsu:
Complete freedom
Being in the worst of all situations, the Takara concentrates on pain and then erupts from the pinch stronger and with resolve, ready to strike back

B-Ranked Clan Jutsu:
Spirits of the Ancestorial art
After a moment of concentration, the Takara faces down the enemy with a smile. Her ancestors are lending strength and will protect her now, letting no one get into the way of the clan.
Cost: 8 cp initially and 2 cp each round
PvP: + 3 ATK / DEF, Duration 1d4+1 Rounds.

A-Ranked Clan Jutsu: (Ninjutsu)
Secret of the Celestial Sword
One of the few Master-techniques which can be shared and taught, created by a Takara a long time ago and part of a twin-technique. The Takara summons a sword from the ground, peeling away all the exess to become the purest of adamite, ready to cut steel and flesh alike in one single blow.

A-Ranked Clan Jutsu: (Ninjutsu)
Secret of the Guardian Shield
One of the few Master-techniques which can be shared and taught, created by a Takara a long time ago and part of a twin-technique. The Takara summons a shield from the ground to protect herself and her comrades for a moments time, a faithful watchman who will never falter.

S-ranked Clan Jutsu:
King - Bishop - Knight
This technique is one of ultimate concentration, always revered as the ultimate secret. To master it means to have reached the highest ability in battle. This technique utilises everything taught in years of hardship to create the ultimate battlecommander. One who no longer resides as a piece on the board, but instead dictates the battle from above without limitations, seeing everything. By now, the mastermind of the Takara has become so overwhelming that those which follow without hesitation can no longer loose.
Cost: 20 CP + 3 CP Maintenance.
PvP: Duration 1d6+1 Rounds, User cannot perform an ATK but can guide their Ally Target(s) granting + 5 to ATK / DEF Roll for duration. RPly, allies must listen to Kiyomi to gain bonuses.

Training book: Katon: Kaen Tekkidan

Day 1: After having had the necessary talk with my Lord Husband, i sought out a clear room in our home. I will not disclose, but i made sure that i was being left alone for the time being. My beloved is very protective in his manners and seeks not to harm nor halter me, but a promise given is a promise i intend to keep.
After a necessary while of composing myself, i opened the seal without breaking it. With necessarity i brought a flame to life and, to my pride, managed to keep it steady as a lightsource instead of burning up instantly or going out of control. My initial reluctance towards the Element of Fire is slowly vanishing in the form of another problem: Earth endures and stands for patience, Fire for emotion and spurred immediate reaction.
Given this setup, my abilities to use my Elements in Combat seem limited or, worse, predictable. To combine both into a single mind of fighting requires balance.

Opening the scroll revealed less information than i had hoped for. I read the warnings patiently as well as the description and it seems very much what i had expected. A short-ranged blast of concentrated fire to destroy an enemy. There is no hidden element in this technique, given its nature.
After having read and, naturally, remembered it i did read it again just to make sure that my eyes had captured all the wordings carefully, assembling them to new meaning. Yes, it is a high-ranked ability which needs care to learn: But i am suprised how easy the execution is generally. I must admit that i had exepcted different.
I will meditate over my new knowledge and then destroy this paper as well as storage the scroll where even my Lord Husband might not find it.

Day 5: I realised what the problem with the technique is, according to my own standards: The component to use it requires a high physical resilianse and control over ones own body. While i have mastered perfect body-control in order to materialise martial arts in (almost) any known form, my resiliance concerning inner chakra and lightening the weigth onto my body is an actual problem.
Burning out parts of my hand has become a real component. I have worked, extensively, with jutsus i know in order to create strain onto my body in explosive waves and steel my body for the exhaustion. An actual attempt on the technique should not be made until i have aqquired more knowledge concerning the Technique.
I have created a loop in my training, burning myself to the brink of oblivion by using fire-techniques. This is done for the purpose of accustoming my body further to my secondary element. It has been fruitful so far: I have managed to bring myself to an easier connection.
Day 6: Utilising Clones, i have created the first attempts on the technique: Failure, but not as bad as expected. My plan worked rather expectingly as i have learned other advanced techniques before: Sharing the strain of control over two seperate bodies made it easier to actually make an attempt. The secondary bdy was useful, bt i found myself at a loss at the sheer energy. I created flames, but nothing of the described magnitude. More resarch and harder training needs to be done.
Improvement: The actual physical component of those seals has become trivial. With the perfect memory and the continued nimbleness of my body, this is not an issue, neither was it expected one.
My next attempts will be to use the clone to take more of the strain in order to protect my real body. I might destroy it in the process, but.... better a clone than the real me. Need to talk to my Lord Husband about channeling Fire through an Earth-clone.
