Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones aren't real, and thus cannot do any damage. PvP Effect: As long as the bunshin is maintained when being attacked the attacker must roll 1d6. On a 1-3 the bunshin is attacked, on a 4-6 the real target is attacked.

[ SHADOW VANITY MIRROR ART ] (Whacked in the butt by Calypso's book) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: By closing their eyes and focusing on an image in their mind, the User would perform an almost perfect henge that would baffle any that try to differentiate them from the original. It was made to serve as a permanent cover for any scars, wounds, or unsightly marks on the body that the User would not wish to be made known. This typically requires exquisite mind and focus to detail, and limited to women / gay men. PvP: Henge (WIS / INT Vs WIS + 2, Applies to sensor ninja), while henged User cannot be targeted but can perform a Sneak ATK, MS + 10 Vs Listen. (Limited use by Women / Gay men)

B: Oxygen Transfer (Taught by DM Juugo & Bakusou Enton & Inuzaku Asaro) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: User performs CPR on a target and molds the chakra in their lungs to take in more oxygen while transferring it to the other. PvP Effect: Revive a KO'd Target to consciousness even during a battle, then roll 1d20. If you roll 1 deal 2d10 damage instead. Revived subjects are healed for 2d8 HP. B-Rank: 50 Heal Mod
Chakra Scalpel Jutsu (Taught by Kaira Rose Shigawa) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu (Dex / Str) Rank: B Cp: 8 + 3 Per Round Description: User channels chakra into their hand thinning it into a blade that does not create external incisions but internal ones instead. Perfect for Surgery. PvP Effect: : (BATTLE) Limited Rank Damage of 1d4 + (-2) to Targets Stat for 1d6+2 Rounds. Shadow Wound Preparation (Taught by Seohyun Inka) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: User surrounds their body with chakra aimed at producing enough cells to sustain damage and numbing the pain as the wounds seal immediately after. PvP Effect: : Used before a Defense Roll, 4 DR to the next attack that hits. When they are hit they can offer additional chakra to increase DR by 2 per chakra pt. It is the DR subtracted from the attacks damage, and it remains until the DR reaches 0. Not Stackable. (Ex: Chunin Using this Jutsu: 4 DR + (2 x 2) = 8 DR) Genin: Cannot perform this Jutsu. Dead Soul Technique (Taught by Kaira Rose Shi'gawa) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu (Forbidden) Rank: B Cp: 9 Description: User writes along a corpses forehead using their own blood similar to a summoning technique, then channels chakra into their brain to jump start the corpse as a zombie. PvP Effect: : Use a nearby Corpse and raise it to fight for you, its turn is after the User's, its Mods equals User's Mods, It's Damage equals User's Damage, It has unlimited HP but NO CP and cannot perform Jutsu. [Chakra Virus] (DM Sasori Approved) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu (DEX / STR) Rank: B Cp: 10 + 5 (Optional) Description: User would concentrate chakra along their fingers, lengthening chakra like claws with a parasitic fungus in the nails capable of eating away a target's chakra once caught in their blood-stream. Visible symptoms would be that of a cold or flu. Jutsu Name – Kiss Of Life (Dex/Str) (Taught by Kaira Rose Shi'gawa) Jutsu Type – Contact Medical Rank - A Cp - 15 Description – The sister to the Kiss of Death, This kiss has the power to heal its target or even bring them back from severe wounds or even unconsciousness. When used the users lips glow a soft white. PvP Effect – Two separate effects, One – If the target is unconscious they are brought back to the fight with 1d8 Hp and 1d4 Cp, Two – Heals the target for 3d6 Hp and 2d4 Cp (Cannot be used on self)
Regeneration Enhancement (Taught by DM Konan) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: User channels chakra along their body healing their wounds and quickly begins to recycle this energy each time until it is gone. PvP Effect: User Regenerates 1/10 of their Heal Roll (Never more than 15) for 1d4+1 Rounds. A-Rank: 65 Heal Mod
Poison Mist (Taught by Seohyun Inka) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu (Wis) Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: User inhales a moderate amount of oxygen then corrupts their cells in the lungs into a dark-purple gas before releasing it at a target. Vestibular Disruption (Taught by DM Haku) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu (Dex / Str) Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: User concentrates a highly focused amount of chakra into their palm and strikes at the side of the target's head with an open palm. Releasing the energy into the target's inner ear thusly upsetting their Vestibular System, causing their head to feel heavy and balance hindered. PvP Effect: Target cannot attack for 1d4+2 Rounds, can still defend at - 2 to Rolls. A-Rank: 65 Heal Mod
S Rank: Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique (Taught by Kaira Rose Shigawa) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu (Dex / Str) (Forbidden) Rank: S Cp: 25 Description: User uses their mastery over the human body's anatomy and channels chakra into their fingers striking 4 artery points along the human body and the final one a thrust of the palm at the heart. Simple taps are enough to inject a strong amount of chakra into these arteries causing them to pump extra blood into the heart as it closes. Once the effect ends, the target suffers from a heart attack as the heart valves open with a rush of blood enough to seep from their pores. PvP Effect: - 5 penalty to Hit. Target is affected for 1d4 Rounds. Once the effect ends deal 2d10 damage per round the Target was affected. S-Rank: 80 + Heal Mod
Greater Healing Jutsu (Taught by Kaira Rose Shigawa) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: User treats a target using items from their medical pouch, applying a large amount of chakra into their heart massaging it with their chakra to produce a vast amount of new bloodcells as it is pumping - but if done incorrectly it can damage their heart instead. PvP Effect: Heal a target for 6d10 Damage, then roll 1d20. If the roll is 1 deal 1/2 damage to the target instead. If the target reaches - 20 HP perma death is encouraged. S-Rank: 80 + Heal Mod
Jutsu Name – Doutjutsu Seal (Dex / Str) (Taught by Kaira Rose Shigawa) Jutsu Type – Medical Sealing (Heal of 80+ Required) Rank – S Cp – 20 Description – The user uses their medical abilitys and knowledge to help seal the abilities of a Doujutsu away for a short period of time, Making them unable to be used for that time. Pvp Effect – -2 to strike the target, Seals Doujutsu (Sharingan, Byakugan,etc) for 1d4+2 Rounds, Making there effects and bonuses unusable Rp Effect – Can be used to seal a Doujutsu for 2 IRL days, This seal can be remove with a successful heal roll of 80+. This costs 30 Cp to do

Dark Medical Jutsu (Custom Medical Ninjutsu Style, Requires Shadow Elemental Affinity) (Taught by Kaira Rose Shigawa) Description – A form of forbidden medical techniques, these techniques often affect the body in dangerous ways, thus their use was first restricted to selected medical shinobi, but now the techniques and the style have been forbidden and almost forgotten by the medical community as it comes at risk to the users health. Due to the damaging nature of these jutsu, the techniques will damage the bodies natural resistance to harmful attacks, chakra used with dark medical techniques often takes on a dark purple colour. [ CHAKRA SURGE TECHNIQUE ] Jutsu Type: Dark Medical Jutsu (DEX / STR) (Acquired from Cy'jin, Sedina Hakumei) Rank: E Cp: 1 Cp + 1 Hp Description: The user focuses chakra to one of their hands, striking at the opponent to deal no physical damage but rather surge the chakra to the opponent to damage their chakra. PvP: 1d6 Cp Damage
[ QUICK WOUND REGENERATION ] (Acquired from Cy'jin, Sedina Hakumei) Jutsu Type: Dark Medical Jutsu (WIS) Rank: E Cp: 1 Cp + 1 Hp Description: The user focus chakra into their wound or that of another to let it regenerate at a quickened pace then what the body would normal heal at. PvP 1d4 HP Healed + 2 HP healed next Round.
Jutsu Name – Body Examination (Wis) (Taught by Kaira Rose Shigawa) Jutsu Type – Dark Medical Jutsu Jutsu Rank - E Cp Cost - 1 Cp + 1 Hp Rp Effect – The user takes a moment to quickly analyze their wounds or that of another, letting them administer treatment at a higher level. Pvp Effect – + 1d6 Heal roll to User's Next Medical Ninjutsu. (Takes User's Turn)
[ BLOOD POISON TECHNIQUE ] (Acquired from Cy'jin, Sedina Hakumei) Jutsu Type: Dark Medical Jutsu (DEX / STR) Rank: D Cp: 2 Cp + 1 Hp Description: The user focuses chakra into their hands and then strikes at their targets heart, focusing the chakra into the organ to corrupt the new blood cells making a dangerous poison from their targets own blood. PvP: Poison target for 2 HP / CP DMG per round for 1d4 Rounds. (Poison DMG bypasses DR)
[ BONE SWELLING TECHNIQUE ] (Acquired from Cy'jin, Sedina Hakumei) Jutsu Type: Dark Medical Jutsu (WIS) Rank: D Cp: 2 Cp + 1 Hp Description: Focusing a minor amount of chakra into one of their opponents many body joints, the user causes it to swell and make it more difficult to move. PvP: - 1 Target's Rolls per round for 1d4 Rounds.
[ MUSCLE BIND TECHNIQUE ] (Acquired from Cy'jin, Sedina Hakumei) Jutsu Type: Dark Medical Jutsu (WIS) Rank: C Cp: 3 Cp + 1d4 Hp Description: Gathering chakra into their entire body, the user would release this chakra directly at an opponent, causing the opponents muscles to cramp up and literally bind themselves to one location. PvP: Stun target for 1d4 Rounds or until hit, any Physical DMG (Tai / Nin / Ken) that hit + 1d10 DMG.
[ CELL CORRUPTION TECHNIQUE ] (Acquired from Cy'jin, Sedina Hakumei) Jutsu Type: Dark Medical Jutsu (DEX / STR) Rank: C Cp: 3 Cp + 1d4 Hp Description: The user approaches their opponent while gathering chakra into their hands, striking at their opponents heart twice forcing the chakra into their body to break down the muscle around the heart, this broken down muscle enters the blood stream and corrupts the users body. PvP: Unarmed Rank DMG + Poison target for 1d4 Rounds. While in effect target cannot be healed. (Includes Passive Regen) Can be removed by Poison Cleaning (This jutsu is a B ranked poison)
Jutsu Name – Five Senses Disruption Technique (Wis) (Proctored by Cy'jin, Sedina Hakumei) Jutsu Type – Dark Medical Jutsu Jutsu Rank - B Cp Cost – 6 Cp + 1d6 Hp Rp Effect – The user gathers the chakra to five points within their body, the eyes, ears, mouth, nose and surface of the skin, they then surge this outward toward their opponent to try and disrupt their targets five senses for a short period of time. Pvp Effect – Choose 1:5 Effects, Duration 1d4+1 Rounds 1 – Mouth – Unable to taste, + 2 Round Duration to Poisons affecting target while this Jutsu is in use. 2 – Nose – Difficulty breathing, + 2 Jutsu CP Costs to target for Duration. 3 – Ears – Unable to hear, - 25 Listen Skill + (- 1) DEF rolls for Duration. 4 – Eyes – Unable to see clearly, - 25 Spot Skill + (- 1) ATK rolls for Duration. 5 – Skin (Touch) – Cannot feel, (- 2) to all rolls (ATK / DEF / DMG) for Duration
Jutsu Name – Quick Recovery Technique (Dex/Str) (Taught by Kaira Rose Shigawa) Jutsu Type – Dark Medical Jutsu Jutsu Rank - B Cp Cost – 6 Cp + 1d6 Hp Rp Effect – Often used in quick situations requiring less concentration, this technique allows the user to quickly heal a wound in the middle of battle, though the strain on the body means the target cannot be healed for a short period of time. Pvp Effect – Heal 5d6 HP [OR] 1/10th Heal Skill (Max. 15) + 5 to Roll. 1d4 Rounds target cannot be healed or suffers DMG equal to Healed amount (Bypassing DR)
A: Jutsu Name – Forced Depletion Technique (Dex/Str) (Taught by Kaira Rose Shigawa) Jutsu Type – Dark Medical Jutsu Jutsu Rank - A Cp Cost – 8 Cp + 2d4 Hp Rp Effect – Requiring the user to get close to the target, they would lock them in a tight grapple making it impossible for either party to move as they sap away the targets chakra and transfer it to themselves. Pvp Effect - Stun User and Target for 1d4+1 Round or until hit (STR / WIS Vs ATK DC to break free). Each round drain 2d4 CP (bypassing DR) and heal User's CP.
Jutsu Name – Brain Manipulation Technique (Wis) (Taught by Kaira Rose Shigawa) Jutsu Type – Dark Medical Jutsu Jutsu Rank - A Cp Cost - 8 Cp + 2d4 Hp Rp Effect – The user has extensively studied the human brain, gaining the knowledge to properly use this jutsu. The user gathers an amount of chakra to their hands and from a distance sends a pulse of chakra to their targets brain, confusing the brains signals to recognize friend from foe. Due to this effect, it breaks any stun inflicted upon the target even if the technique misses. Pvp Effect – WIS - 3 to ATK, If successful for 1d4+1 Rounds target must roll 1d4 per ATK made. 1-2 ATK normally, 3-4 User chooses who to ATK.

[ ORGAN GRASP TECHNIQUE ] (Calypso's Codex) Jutsu Type: Dark Medical (Forbidden) (DEX / STR) Rank: S + Cp: 20 + 2d6 Hp, 3 Hp / Cp Per Round Description: Gathering chakra into their hand, The user shoots forth and actually pushes their hand into their opponents body and grasps a vital organ taking ahold of it. The user can then either heal the organ itself or destroy it over time. When used and it is successful, neither the user nor the target are able to move unless separated. PvP: 2d10 Initial DMG + (2d4+2) HP DMG (Bypassing DR) per round for 1d4+1 Rounds. While in effect User and target are stunned or until hit. (STR / WIS Vs ATK DC to break free) User has the option of Healing a target ally instead, Convert this Jutsu DMG to HP heal instead.
[ DARK ART : BODY SWAP ] (Calypso's Codex) Jutsu Type: Dark Medical (Forbidden) Rank: S+ Cp: Drains the user to 1 cp, 4d10 Hp Damage Description: The user uses their body as a ‘bridge’, taking the condition of one body and transferring it into another essential swapping the bodies 'condition' from one body to another using nothing but their own chakra and own blood as an agent to start the repairs. PvP: User is hospitalized /Unable to fight for 2 RL days after using this jutsu, They are able to ‘swap’ two bodies, can be used to bring someone back from the dead assuming they are not dead for no more than 1 week, the person healed suffers a permanent -5 to hp/cp totals and the second person that receives the damaged body often dies. No PvP use. Ex: Body 1 is severely damaged, Body 2 is fine, user transfers body 2’s condition to 1 making body 1 fine and body 2 damaged. Body one lives with little permanent effects other than a slightly weaker body, body 2 usually dies.

Katon: Kean tekkidan (Exploding sphere) (Taught by Ichiban Uchiha) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Cp cost: 12 Description: Ichiban is a master in chakra control, manipulation and molding. Combining his great chakra skills, Ichiban molds a ball shaped sphere in his palm, He then molds his fire element into it, filling the ball with massive amounts of fire and alot of pressure. When realesing the sphere the pressure is shoot outwards in a beam like explosion. Able to blow itself through solid rock and steel. The blast can reach up to 30 meters and destroys everything in its way by both burning them and blasting them. This was Ichibans first orignal jutsu. He created it to be the ultimate counter jutsu. PvP Effect: Held for 1d6 Rounds, and or they run out of chakra or until the opponent beats an opposed wisdom check made each round vs the Original wisdom roll they were trapped with. Doton: Underground Projection Fish Technique (Taught by Akykyo Al'akir) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank:C Cp: 5 Description: Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent. By utilizing earth-chakra, the person can stealthily emerge from the ground without disrupting the ground around him. PvP Effect: The user hides automatically and is undetectable by normal means(Regular spots and listens). Things that see chakra (Byakugan, Sharingan) and other work arounds (such as Inuzuka scent) can still find the target using a successful check v.s hide. The user can stay hidden this way for 1d6 rounds. When the user emerges and wishes to make a sneak attack, it's a move silently+10 v.s listen.
Doton: Earth Barrier Jutsu (Auto 1) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 + 3 to maintain Description: the user handsigns then sticks his hands into the ground, a dome of earth is then risen and covers the user or an ally. PvP Effect: An earth barrier is created, the target inside cannot attack or be attacked unless someone manages to roll higher then the dc used to create the jutsu.

Doton: Thorn Prison (Taught by DM Sasori) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: By performing 14 handseals the ground forms rock hard and jagged vines made of stone to encase a target. If the target is struck in anyway the stone crumbles causing the jagged stones to shave flesh. PvP Effect: Stun a target for 1d4+2 Rounds or until hit, + 3d6 Damage to an attack that breaks the target from stun.
Doton: Titan's Armor (Witnessed by DM Choji) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: The User encases themselves in stone as they take form of a giant standing 20 ft tall and moves based on the User's Chakra control. PvP Effect: For 1d4+1 Rounds, User gains 6 DR, attacks with Wisdom, and +2d8 to Unarmed Damage. At the cost the User cannot perform Jutsus or cancel this effect early.
Doton: Earthquake Jutsu (DM Kimimaro witnessed) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp: 20 Description: The user makes a long series of handsigns then jumps into the air spinning, after spinning in the air he/she slowly falls to the ground gaining momentum and at the last second he/she brings his fists out and smashes into the ground creating huge cracks in the earth and tremors across the land. PvP Effect: +4 VS Block, 5d10 to everyone in the area, 3d10 to the user, takes 2 rounds, one to jump into the air, the next to smash into the ground.

Raiton Yuurei (Taught by Sao Uchiha) Rank: C CP: 5 +2cp per round Description: For a certain amount of turns, sao can make himself untouchable by any physical means, by trading his body parts with electrical particles he can step out of the boundries of physical touch. The only reachable way to target him would be through genjutsu, or B+ranked Wind ninjutsu to disturb the particles and then reach him. PvP: 1d6+1 rounds, can be ended early. Chidori (Taught by Sao Uchiha) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Ikki utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. Looking at her own skin and comparing it, over time she has developed a method of making it easier to build Chakra, and exert it outside and even within her, her skin conductance of chakra, rather being free flowing. Synopsis: :Daughter of the Reaper: Arisia follows, a rather unique family history in so far as her father was not any sort of living being, but in fact the reaper (a shinigami) herself, also known as Jaashin. Arisia’s mother Lavie (the one who gave birth to her) was a kunoichi (total goth ninja) infatuated with death who had sacrificed many living creatures in order to make a pact with the reaper for the love of one so tied to death though she intended to become one with the Jashin, she was instead gifted a child who would later become named Arisia (what a greater expression of love, then that of a child between two living partners). Arisia’s mother was subsequently punished by means of execution for her numerous so called ‘crimes against humanity’ and ‘rampant grave robbing’. However since then, Arisia was reborn into a new happy family and that was all moot, until her memories returned once again and she lives a very complex life
:Awakening: Arisia's awakening happens on her first learning of forbidden jutsu of the undead or life restoring sort, upon fully learning the jutsu. She would fall unconscious with given a vision of her mothers, life, and subsequent death. Falling unconscious for not less then a day (RP Time). Upon recovery she would gain her mothers knowledge of death and life, and her own existence as the child of death itself - and finally her eyes would become entirely black orbs.
Child of Death: The heritage of the shinigami. Eyes dark as the darkest night, heart drawn to be cold as ice without the aid of many a friend, an infatuation with death that cannot be undone by any sort of psychological modification. Knowledge of the impossible, visions of the soul.
Death's Sight: The child of Jashin see's the name of all those she sees their true name, if the subject is henged or their face obscured she either does not see the name, or occasionally though entirely a subject of very powerful henge jutsu's she can see an incorrect name (Rank A or above techniques). Further she sees general aura's of peoples souls, and their maximum venerable age where they will die of natural causes. As she progresses she can further sense the nature of ones souls, and the directions of their chakra from this. Her ability to sense the flow of their being, enabling her to better maim and defend from them.

A mothers love: Arisia, cannot die. Anything that would kill a user, even beheading her, she does not die. If her body is left beyond repair, her father simply leads her back to the world of the living and remakes her body for her, even going so far as to give her a kiss for being a good girl and coming to visit. This effect regenerates her flesh, reattaching limbs and even her chakra, as she draws energies from the netherworld for eternal life, further she does not age past 25. PvP: If killed or otherwise destroyed, her body becomes one with the soil where she was slain (or nearby). This body is only detectable by corpse detection such as Death Sense. Weaponry: Being half shinigami, Arisia’s weapons are tied in a way similar to that of the Reaper’s scythe. They gain bonuses for dispensing with those who dwell in the mortal plane. Damage increases with levels (crit range increases by 1, (19-20, becomes 18-20), does not effect ranged weapons unless they are physically connected to Arisia (IE: Spiked Chain, but not a kunai without anything tied to it and thus Arisias body). Necrotic Sanctuary (Forbidden) Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: The user of this jutsu, may enter a corpse and hide within it, revealing no chakra, and even being able to offer a chance to hide from a hyuuga's sight due to their state of being. The user cannot defend while in the body, though they also cannot be usually be detected. In warfare this jutsu can be used to enter behind enemy lines, or set quite vicious traps. PvP Effect: Takes one round to enter the body, one round to exit. HIDE check if you enter the body while in plain sight. Auto Hide using an Human Corpse for shelter. Duration 1d4 Rounds. Darkness' Embrace Jutsu Type: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: This jutsu focuses the users chakra throughout a body/corpse, gaining an in depth examinations of their last physical moments before death, emotions, trauma, even flashing the before the eyes the last sight the corpse had seen in life, (provided the technique is used within 1 day of death for visions). This also reveals more specific information related to the techniques and training, and even body modifications of each village, as well as information on diet, the user of this jutsu is able to determine what village or country the corpse originated from, as well as the presence or former presence of any kekkai gankai or body modifications. PvP Effect: Scans one body for HP/CP and a Kekkei Genkai or Clan Equivalent. As well as producing the various RP effects accordingly C-Rank: 35 Heal Mod
Body Sealing Jutsu Type: Fuinjutsu Rank: B Cp: 10 Description: Takes an incapacitated or dead body, and seals it onto a scroll, to later be released by pressing chakra onto the correct part of the scroll. Once sealed the body inside does not age, does not decompose, does not anything they stay in the exact same shape PvP: User pays tokens to seal the Corpse of a dead PC / NPC: 25 Tokens per Sealing (The token cost is applied once per body, and the body can be sealed or unsealed as a free action on users turn). (Max. 5 Sealed Corpses) Note: This jutsu can be used to seal an Unconscious PC/NPC as a transfer/capture jutsu but only workds for 1IRL hour
Relinquishing Death Jutsu Type: Reaper + Medical Rank: A CP cost: 15 CP + 3 IRL Day Hospitalization to target. Description/effect: Arisia returns aspects of a person that have been taken to the netherworld, reversing unfathomable damage with ease. Concealment of the Necromancer Jutsu Type: Arisia Only Rank: A CP cost: 10 CP (x 1 Per Day) Description/effect: Developed pain by her mother Lavie this ability allows one to become, a better liar, convincing personality, and especially sexually pleasing, cast but once a week, this jutsu allows Arisia to add her Dexterity to her Charisma Modifier, for the purposes of charming, intimidating, tricking, selling, making people go all sparkly eyed and other matters of persuasion. Her mothers version was stronger, however developed for a very different body. PvP: Add DEX Mod to CHA Mod on RP persuasion / charm / intimidation checks.
Possession Jutsu Type: Reaper (Medical/Death Subtype) Rank: S+ CP cost: 25 + 10 HP Description: The child of the reaper, literally transfers themselves entirely into a new host body, their eyes turning black, their skin paling, resembling the child of death. The child of death gains all aspects of this victim including Kekkai Genkai and body modifications their own form melting in as well. The body seems alive after being possessed (because it is). PvP rules: Requires 1 Summoned Corpse, User possesses the Corpse taking over the body. (Gain Innates / Abilities / Jutsus / Elements of the dead body. Does not stack with User's Innates only the highest bonus between the host and parasite is taken. Parasite's Stats for Rolls, not Hosts) Duration 1d4+2 Rounds. Special: User can possess a dead body indefinite duration, until they willing evacuate it, however afterwards the body possessed can never be used for that purpose again, further while possessing someone, they cannot possess another corpse in the same manner. Living Corpse Reincarnation Jutsu Type: Reaper (Medical/Death Subtype) Rank: S CP cost: 25 + 5 CP Maintenance Description: This Jutsu summons a corpse and animates it at once, from the users inventory of corpses, the corpse is summoned with the same appearance and abilities it had in life, manifested by necromantic energies in place of its soul its fully under the its summoner's control PvP rules: Requires one corpse, which acts as a summon at 60 hp and 60 cp or however much CP as the corpse would have had in life at 1/2 maximum in life (whichever is higher), Summon the Corpse using Rank 5 Summon Rules. This can be used outside of combat without excess chakra upkeep cost, however in combat the upkeep cost returns (as chakra is exhausted quickly fighting in the unusual form). Instead of being lost however, it fell right in Santa's workshop, perused by and elf seeking to reduce labor issues, the dead elves of the past were brought back and there was a massacre, Santa eventually claimed the book after much fighting, and brought it to Steel country, where it was later passed on to a young girl as a Christmas present, though she was both on the naughty and the nice lists, the gift was so much better then the best goodly gift, and so much worse then coal it met the requirements of both lists, and Santa needed an out - whom better then the daughter of death himself to give the book to. And so it was, that Arisia of the leaf village, was delivered the Necronomicon under her Christmas tree...
The Necronomicon itself, is a combination of malevolent evils combined and evolved through the eons since its creation, absorbing evil, growing evil like a farmer would a farm, though it is not sentient it certainly has a will to promote the forces of evil, and death.
The powers of the Necronomicon are limited not by its own ability but that of the reader, as such the reader and keeper of the Necronomicon must first be grown into the position, to gain its benefits.
The Necronomicon is first and foremost a book of necromancy, while in the Shinobi world this would relate to forbidden medical ninjutsu, genjutsu, and sealing techniques, the Necronomicon does lend to this, but also goes far beyond this - dark incantations that are nothing like Ninjutsu, that only rely on the souls chakra.

This goes so far as to re-networks someones body and nervous system, the effect of which varies and with multiple applications for the living and the dead. This technique does not stand alone includes things like chakra scalpel and other extremely specialized mini jutsu specific to this greater technique... IE: a technique to grow hair faster to generate fur, and in fact make hair longer would be employed. PVP: *Cannot be used within combat.
*Able to create a false appearance for any individual, allowing an "Automatic Henge" effect that can only be detected by a WIS v WIS roll from those with chakra sight/scent/special detection. Soul Breaker Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu - Hijutsu Rank: S CP: 20 Description: Soul Breaker, is a technique that is developed expressly for the purposes of interrogation, or more specifically, wrenching someones mind to such an extent that they break into madness, their thoughts becoming putty within the users hands, as they delve deeper and deeper into their memories, pulling out what they desire. PVP: To be used on subdued/captured individuals either (those who have lost a fight and are under the users control for whatever reason) Step 1: User uses the jutsu creating a link between the users mind and the target, this starts out very simply by an everyday memory, such as walking in a park, or even eating breakfast, performed by a wis vs wis/int roll.
Step 2: Assuming the memory is pulled out the user of the jutsu makes her victim live through these memories, turning them into something of nightmares Wis vs Wis/Int, -2 penalty to resist.
Step 3: As the nightmares become more and more a reality for the target, other things that scare the would come to mind, the user of the jutsu, exploits this taking advantage of them to make them more and more part of the victims reality wis vs wis/int, -4 penalty to resist.
Step 4: Should the victim not resist the other three steps, information becomes putty in the users hands, as the victim descends into a lasting madness (minimum 1 day RL, maximum of the victims choosing oocly). For as long as the madness lasts this jutsu can be used again even after its first casting to go to step 4 instantly, gaining more information.
Pierce the Veil (Sasori Approved) Type: Medical - Hijutsu Rank: S CP: 20 (+ 3 to maintain) Description: Layie tears at the veil between life and death, drawing forth the power of the afterlife to fuel her fellows, this can manifest as both hellish and heavenly. PVP: All allies get +4 to rolls for 1d6+1 rounds
Manifestation of the Covenant (Sasori Approved) Type: Medical/Hijutsu Rank: A CP: 13 Description: Layie unleashes, a massive torrent of healing energies, which heals up to 5 targets in the battle. PVP: 2d10 HP Heal up to 5 targets
Shattering Bones Type: Hijutsu/Kaguya Rank: B CP: 8 Description: Layie leaves part of her body when she has physical contact with another, small bones enter her opponent which she can use to track them for up to 3 days after the battle before they become inert, usually just dissolved by the targets body. If the opponent is dead, and the body taken away, Layie is able to freely track this body without limit. PVP: Tracking jutsu, used as a free action after physical contact (announced before hand, works when layie blocks as well, or before takin ga hit) has been made rolling wis vs con, in order to determine if the bones successfully implant themselves. Opponent can be auto spotted by layie for 1d4+1 rounds, opponent can be tracked to a general area freely for 1d4+1 IRL days, as Layie hunts them down. PVP: Seals curse marks/mind control, requires a the PC in question to ICly wish to have the seal bound (this requirement refers to their inner mind that is sealed or pushed away by mind control or the technique, not the mind controlled over-will, but their true one), for as long as the one bearing it wills it so. Jutsu takes 2 rounds, and requires a willing/stunned target (1 for writing out the kanji, the second for executing it) The cost of the Jutsu depends on the cost of the technique used (10 CP for jutsu that has no set cost, or equivalent CP as to what was spent to initially create the effect.) Special: Can bind other techniques as well, even entirely beneficial ones if the one carrying it wishes so as well: IE: an 8 trigrams seal, or a loosened bijou seal might be restored to its original condition by binding the whole thing completely for a time. IE: Ayatsuri bites Sedina and now controls her body Arisia comes up and is all like "=O", then uses her mad stunning power from stone petrification to bind Sedina As sedina is bound she starts shooting eye beams at Arisia which she must defend against, however Arisia is still allowed to spend her turns performing the jutsu~ On the 2nd round of Sedina being bound, Arisia completes the jutsu spending as much CP as need be depending on the bites rank, and Sedina's curse mark is sealed. Hex (20 tokens DM choji) Type: Fuinjutsu Rank: S CP: 20 Description: Hex, is a fuinjutsu based around normally negative forces, that provide some benefit to the user, perhaps someone is eternally bursting into flame, there is the benefit of being able to burn things, but there is also the drawback of burning yourself. Hex, would allow for the control of this burning process, sometimes stopping the person from burning, but other times just expanding this into a massive immolating ball of death. The point is Hex, doesn't change whats already taking effect, it just builds up the ability to control it, thereby acquiring the ability to create 'curse seals', fuinjutsu developed around the principles of controlling destructive processes in order to harness them for a stronger benefit, and even being used to keep a person alive long enough to control such troublesome powers on their own. Hex itself is more about fuinjutsu theory and practices then an actual specific jutsu in itself, each curse seal is different to control a different detrimental and beneficial process. They must be researched vetted and controlled through careful and precise means, it is not a jutsu of the inexperienced PVP: Allows the creation of cursed seals/marks (requiring DM approval and the like when used on PCs) Hokage's Assistant (50 Tokens DM Sasori) - Spoiler:
Description: Formerly known as the Hokage's Messenger, the job has taken on that duty and more. Such as protecting and caring for the Hokages, physical, mental, and other needs. Still required to go long distances with precious messages in prompt time, the job has extended into other realms. The Hokage's assistant is the Hokage's right hand, and sometimes left, acting on the Hokage's behalf, going on missions, and furthering the Hokage's ambitions (as well as organizing her stationary~).
The job of course, has a darker side, that is some things the Hokage wants done, go far beyond the normal scope of public duties, where as the Elite Strike Force and ANBU work in teams, the Hokage's assistant is sent on missions alone unusual for a ninja but required for many missions, often likely facing certain death, over coming that death becoming just another required qualification to getting the job done.
PVP: +25 Token Limit on Two Item's (To better be equiped to serve the hokage) +25 to Lore & spot checks (The assistant must know what shes doing and look out for bad peoples)

Hinaton (Doll Jutsu) Essentially an non-elemental series of hijutsu, based around the art of acting, and being doll like. Mostly developed by little girls with two much time on their hands, masters of this art are rare, unheard of, but otherwise rather terrifying, if beautiful. Requirements: Female, must have several doll like outfits.
Name: Love Me (Int/Wis) Type: Hinaton-Genjutsu Rank: D CP: 4 Description: The hinaton, does not move more then their neck muscles to look at their opponent, drawing them into a genjutsu, forcing them to believe that the doll before them is not a threat, but in fact being drawn into the illusion and seeing themselves playing with the doll happily. PVP: 1d4/2 round genjutsu stun. (Round up)
Name: Constricting-Embrace Type: Hinaton-Hijutsu Rank: C CP: 5 Descriptions: Ribbons launch out in an attempt to constrict 'violently' and do further damage. PVP: 1d10 Damage Special: If used on someone bound by Ribbon-Ensnare the damage is lowered to 1d6, but none of the damage actually breaks the technique, but does lower duration to it by 1 round.

DF: Uses: 1: In a playroom, one can automatically hide as per current projection fish rules, acting like just one of the toys. (Lasts as per projection fishes duration) 2: Henging as a lifeless doll (Wis vs int/wis, user gets a +5 bonus to henge rolls if not witnessed using it) in a place that is not a playroom 3: Entering a state of long lasting suspended animation for roleplay (applies when henge is used) Special: No matter what the use, the user forfeits their round (including for first use to automatically hide as per projection fish rules)
Name: Center of Attention (Wis/Cha) Type: Hinaton-Hijutsu Rank: A CP: 13 Description: The user of Hinaton furthers the reality of the nature of a doll, hollow and empty, made to be what people fancy, as people pour their hearts into it. Having the actual effect of drawing in more chakra every time someone uses something that uses chakra Duration: 1d4+3 Rounds, Everyone but other hinaton users pay +3 more in cp cost when they use anything that takes chakra excluding cost to maintain jutsu, and the chakra stolen is then give to the Hinaton user. (No rolls used: battle field effect) Special: Jutsu does not make a determination between friend or foe if they are not a user of Hinaton jutsu; other Hinaton users using Center of Attention, stack to the additional chakra costs (So if 2 hinaton users were on the field using this, the cost of techniques would be +6 paying 3 to each user)
Name: Doll Soul Type: Hinaton-Hijutsu Rank: S (To Learn/Create) CP: 5 Description: The user has mastered the art of Hinaton, the pinnacle of the craft, possessing specially crafted dolls, and animating them to augment their own abilities. DF: Able to use Body Crafting/Flesh Crafting, made doll bodies as augmentation. Such doll can range from 0 token RP creations, to 300 token legendary items. Doll forms are considered weapons and come with their own sealing scrolls used in conjunction with this. Using a doll do not prohibit the use of anything unless noted (IE: Bloodline still would function). Special: Entering a doll body is a round action or for +5 cp to its cost, it can be done as a free action. (Obviously 1 doll can be used at a time, twitching between them promotes no additional cost, and when not in use in battle they automatically re-seal)
