Netsuke Tem'Naka, the original water angel lived a long time ago, and only through the blood of the water angel would another be born. Years passed, and the only trace of the water Angel dissapeared, until the Great Great Grandchild of the first water angel, Netsuke Tem'Naka, was born into this generation. This water angel would be the greatest that the world had seen, able to control the water like her Great Great Grandmother, but also control the fire like her Great Great Granfather. Bringing two opposite elements to be controlled as one, too form the two into a single soul and create a power that only she can control. The child, only Sixteen, lives within the walls of Konohagakure, like her Great Great Grandparents did, Not knowing who or where her parents are. Not knowing who or where her family is, just knowing that she wants to prove to the world she can be a shinobi, she can be a Water Angel.

RPly, During Driping Body, the water Angel is able to absorb incoming water jutsu by turning their whole body into a large mass of water and literally making the incoming water Jutsu one of their own. This can only be done at certain times, and only to a certain degree to their training.
PvP: 5 CP, WIS +2 vs WIS to absorb incoming Water Jutsu. If Successfull, Attacker rolls DMG and instead of recieving the Damage, the water angel heals half of what the damage would have been as HP. (1d4+1 Round Cooldown. Limited to Maximum Rank: 15+: C Rank Max, 25+: B Rank Max, 35+: A Rank Max)

RPly, Using her Great Great Grandfathers Powers, she forces her body temprature to rise, allowing her fire jutsu to be used easier and even amply their effects due to her heat. The user grows two Devil horns and a tail while this is active, which are made of pure fire.
PvP: 3 CP to Activate, 2 CP Per Round Maintained. (May switch to Dripping Body during users round)

PvP: 5 CP, Defence: Wis +2 vs Close Range Attack, if successfull. Blocks attack and deals 2d4 Damage. Offence: +2 to Taijutsu/Kenjutsu Attack, adds +2d4 Damage to initial attack. (1d4+2 Round Cooldown)
