reason why crit chance can be so high is that at level 10-20 it adds 1d4 dmg, and increases to 1d8 at level 30+. assuming maximum, a 11-20 crit range effectivly gives+1d4(1d8/2(50% chance of happening)), which is less than straight adding bonus dmg. at low levels, it's even worse cause of the bonus dmg added is 1d4(average of 1d2) from the crit. so yea, if you manage to stack your crit chances up to get 100% crit chance on a jutsu(someone has), your just barely getting ahead, and that's assuming that the person with straight dmg doesn't use there jp on the jutsu to add more dmg.
