Kira is a very eccentric, energetic... well... bombshell for lack of better word. Her attitude is unrivaled when it comes to being the best at what she does. She's set out to prove that you don't have to have some special bloodline to be able to kick ass. She's very easily angered, and can have catastrophic fits of rage.
Background Story:
Katomei was born to a poor family in Konoha (Where else?), she was raised to be a shinobi, the first kouinichi her family had produced, and of course, her physical strength was naturally out of this world. She entered the academy at the age of six, and graduated to Genin at the age of nine. She had average scores throughout the academy, but was one of the strongest in her class, enough so to even subdue a Chuunin (Their Teacher) with only her hands.
After Graduation, Katomei began to fill in spots in squads that required it for missions, of course not having a squad of her own yet, she just went on to try to better herself while waiting for someone to come along and assign her to a jounin.

Description: This is a basic technique known to all Genin. Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can used to create a diversion or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones aren't real, and thus cannot do any damage.
PvP Effect: As long as the bunshin is maintained when being attacked the attacker must roll 1d6. On a 1-3 the bunshin is attacked, on a 4-6 the real target is attacked.
