Shigai Bijutsu
The bloodline of the Hateshinai clan. The Hateshinai have chakra sensitive skin that can absorb chakra and objects. The clans natural perfection with seals comes from the first man whom possessed the bloodline and learned that with his bloodline he could absorb and seal jutsus or objects inside his skin. When something is absorbed the jutsu or object is painted into his skin like a tattoo. The stronger the user is, the stronger the bloodline is. The strongst of the Hateshinai clan can fit around a thousand tattoos on his body. The fact that they can absorb jutsus and chakra make the Hateshinai extremely strong, without needing hand seals for jutsu and not needing to dodge attacks anymore they seem unbeatable. The Hateshinai clan loathes the Uchiha clan and vice versa, due to them being ultimate rivals of one another.

Chakra Absorbing Skin
The Hateshinai molds chakra to their skin, making it become a living "canvas" and the world and chakra is their paint. Objects like weapons, food, plants and liquids can all be absorbed. Jutsus can also be absorbed as the Shigai Bijutsu eats up chakra. Even animals can be absorbed. After the absorption the object or whatever is "painted" onto his body as a tattoo, the tattoo size and quality depends on the power of the Shigai bijutsu user. As beginners seem to have artwork looking like something a kindergarten kid would draw, while masters could make a beautiful art work. When absorbing taijutsu moves the attacking taijutsu user would feel like he is kicking through some thick liquid and the hateshinai will suck the chakra attack from the taijutsu user(if he used a taijutsu and not just a punch) into his body, The taijutsu attack will form as a tattoo(example: If tsunade punches the user can absorb the power and chakra of the blow into his hand and use it when he wants).

Pvp rules: The Hatsehinai can use WIS to absorb Ninjutsu, weapons, animals etc (Can not absorb genjutsu). When 'absorbing' a person's custom weapon or any form of larger, not a single use weapon, the Hateshinai's skin instead "Copies" the weapon for a single attack. Not actually absorb it.

Storing a jutsu or object uses 5 cp + half the jutsu rank cost. Storing an item/sword costs a static 8 Cp.

Using stored jutsu or objects takes no cp. You may only use stored jutsu/objects/weapons that have been used in your current fight. You can only absorb two of -your own- tools per turn.

Fast cast
By using the stored jutsus and objects in their skin, the Hateshinai can simply force chakra to one of his tattoos to cast a jutsu or send a bunch of kunais your way. No hand seals needed. Due to the extreme speed of this jutsu the caster needs to pay a small amount of chakra. Fast cast and multi cast do not stack!
Pvp rules: For 4Cp the Hateshinai gets +2 to attack rolls during a single attack move. _____________________________________________________________________________________
Multi cast
Using their chakra skin the Hateshinai can quickly use several jutsus at the same time. Making them able to spam a single opponent to the ground and nuke several opponents at the same time. The Hateshinai has to pay a small amount of chakra. Does not stack with fast cast
Pvp rules: For 5Cp the Hateshinai can multi cast Ninjutsu or objects as long as the jutsus and objects are stored inside their chakra skin. For every time they multi cast the DC goes down -1. So if throwing 6 kunai and the first roll is 33, the next is 32 then 31 etc. The second attack cannot crit even if the first does.
Lvl 15 or Genin:Can multi use 3 tool's, 3 D-ranks, 2 C ranks, 2 B-ranks. LvL 25 or Chuunin: Can multi use 4 tool's, 4 D-ranks, 3 C-ranks, 3 B-ranks, 2 A-ranks LvL 35 or Jonin: Can multi use 5 tool's, 5 D-ranks, 4 C-ranks, 3 B-ranks, 2 A-ranks, or 1 A- and 1 S-rank at the same time.

Using the seal clone as a active trap that can be set off at any time. Pvp rules: Works like normal bunshin but can store a tool inside to add on as a attack. (example: a explosive tag sealed inside or a set of shuriken to shoot out when struck) Must state what the clone is filled with upon setting the trap.(Suigetsu Witnessed)
Seal of the Mind : Forest Creation [lvl 15 FREE Seal] Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 7 Description: Shinzo thrusts his palm forward as a tattoo-like seal on his palm of a tree glows brightly before the tattoo's glow vanishes, the seal pulsing towards the enemy with the invisible chakra moving to strike the enemy in the forehead the tattoo appearing on the enemies head as he then focuses his chakra through the seal on the targets head and gives the enemy the enemy a visual of a forest forming about the area around them the sounds of wildlife echoing about the ominous fog covered forest as their body seems to become more and more drained with each passing moment.Before the seal glows and returns to Shinzo's palm regenerating his chakra buy just i a little amount. PvP Effect : Deals 1d4+1 CP damage for 1d4-1(min1) rounds of stun or until hit. When Ends Regen 1/2 the amount that was dealt to the enemy rounded up. Revenge Seal Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp cost: 12 Description: After being attacked, the Hateshinai may quickly place a seal on his attacker that promises pain every second it remains on the target. PvP rules: After being hit sucessfully, roll a WIS vs DEX/WIS roll. If the Hateshinai wins, the struck target is dealt 3 points of dmg every round that pierces all DR for 1d4+1 rounds. Rejuvenation Seal Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp cost: 12 Description: The Hateshinai places a seal on themselves. Chakra in the area begins flowing to the seal, entering the Hateshinai's body and restoring lost power. PvP rules: For 1d4+2 rounds the Hateshinai gains +3 HP and CP regeneration. Body Seal Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp cost: 12 Description: The Hateshinai seals a part of the target's body, making it extremely difficult to use that part of the body. Pvp rules: Can be used to seal a part of the target's body. If you aim at the legs it lowers Dex by 3 (so the target gets a -3 to all dex rolls) rolls for 1d6+1 rounds. If you aim at the arms it lowers Str by 3 (so the target gets a -3 to all Str rolls) rolls for 1d6+1 rounds. So on and so forth. Head = INT rolls. Hands = WIS rolls. Skin = CON rolls. Chakra Sealing Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp cost: 19 Description: The Hateshinai seals the target's chakra network for a period of time, making him unable to exert any kind of chakra. Master Seal: Curse of Reflection Jutsy Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cp cost: 19 Requirement: Jounin and up only Description: The master Hateshinai may place a very complex and powerful seal on a single target. When the target attacks sucessfully, the attacker feels a great portion of the pain they just dealt to the Hateshinai. PvP rules: For 1d4+1 rounds, Everytime the struck target sucesfully attacks the Hateshinai, half of the dmg dealt is dealt back to the attacker. Bat Style : Swarm - Final Strike Type : Kenjutsu Rank : S CP : 20 + 5 (if dual-wielding) Description : After landing the second step strike Akira kicks of the ground moving in before vanishing and reappearing behind the target stabbing his reverse blade into the enemies back three times before rotating on his heel and slashes along their back vanishing once more to send yet another series of stabs into the enemies stomach as they stumbled forward and rotate to send a slash across their chest. At the End of this series of strikes their would remain a massive numbers of stab wounds that appear as if a swarm of giant bats had bitten that target repeatedly before leaving them lifeless. -Fuuton: Great Twister Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The User performs 20 Handseals as the clouds quickly darken and the wind picks up violently as the User strains summoning a small twister that is capable of sucking in projectile attacks and making it difficult to move around the area. Katon: Breathing Excercise Just Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E Cp: 2 Description: User performs a basic training exercise in breathing control as they inhale and exhale oxygen slowly converting it into heat.
