- A LEGEND Historians say that the rise of the shinobi world would have originated during an era of non-stop violence and war-fare, where thousands of factions were doing battle on a daily basis for survival and supremacy, and millions of lives would be slain down by the selfish greed of Daimyo's spreading fear and chaos in an already shattered realm. That was until a priest like man traversed the world spreading an ideology and a mystical art-form that utilizes what we now call "Chakra", in the hopes of leading the people down a path of peace instead of war. This Sage did possess many followers to his teachings, who called themselves the "Ninshu" which was later came to be "Ninjutsu". It is believed that all Ninjutsu, Bloodlines, and Clan like abilities have originated from this one man as the source - dubbing him a "god" or "Father" of this world.
This Sage-like priest not only begot the shinobi way into the world, but also gave rise to 4 children. Each of these children possesses a noticeable trait from father, and exceptional skill in the Elements. 3 of the sons were Manjin Uchiha, Haga Hateshinai, Keiko Senju, and the 4th remained a mystery but possessed exceptional will, love, and longevity. The 4th son would disappear from history, followed by the first sin that was committed with Keiko Senju's death by the hands of his other two siblings who struggled for dominance. With the betrayal it led their father down a path of despair and guilt incapable of bringing harm to his children and tried to release his mortal bindings from this world with a future premonition of a great war caused by his children... The Sage however did pass his will and faith onto mortal men / women so that they would find the peace that he could not achieve - through a "key" that is to bring balance to the shinobi world.
Today, his legacy still lives on as shinobi from every walk of life utilize the mystical art form known as "Ninjutsu" created by Father. His children also have endured for thousands of years, existing and plotting from the shadows ever trying to maintain a firm hold over the planet - so much so that even their own kin the Uchiha and Hateshinai had such a powerful hate for one another and constantly fought during the previous shinobi wars. It wasnt until the first creation of a Hidden Village of Wind Country, that its kage called Sunagakure - there was signs of a glimmer of peace that the Sage had tirelessly worked to attain. Following suit the other Hidden villages were made to form the 5 Great Shinobi Villages of the 5 great nations of Fire / Water / Earth / Wind / Lightning. Peace however precious and delicate as it was did not last, the Shinobi Wars ensued but in a more organized and civilized manner than in the past - alliances are formed and order was being established in a world that was lost in darkness only now beginning to see the light.
- CONCEPTION 1000 years ago, the world was a different place. Clans reigned, the most powerful clans being the most feared and resourceful. The clan wars lasted for almost a decade, ending with a final clash between the two most powerful clans, the Uchiha clan from the fire region and the Hateshinai clan of the earth region. The final clash was decided between most men of both clans, including allied clans from all over the world. The battle ended up creating an imbalance between the clans and shinobi all over the world, having wiped out each other to such an extent that no real leader had the time to emerge from the clans. This resulted in an estimated amount of 90% of the ninjas in the world becoming rogue ninja and tried to become the next great clan or organization. Not knowing what to do military wise the Daiyimos of the great regions started to recruit men and shinobi to protect their land against the wave of rogue shinobi and revenge seeking clans. The world remained in chaos for twenty years, creating greater tension between the regions.
The Daiyimo of the wind region then decided to build a great village for his men and families in the middle of the desert. This village was called the Hidden Village of Sand and was the first hidden shinobi village ever created. The Daiyimo later announced a Kage ("shadow") his name was Imatashi Undo. Who was the strongest shinobi in the village with his amazing unique Puppetry. He was given the title of "Kazekage" to represent the country and the village. The other Daiyimo's soon started hidden villages after seeing the success it had in wind country. 50 years later the world looks peaceful for the first time in a long time. The lands have been divided into countries and not regions and all countries now have Daiyimo's and all of the five great lands have a Hidden village. The villages all have a Kage and are all under their first Kage period. The village system seems to work well and countries grow stronger and stronger both in military and in wealth. At this point, every village is watching out for the enemies from the other countries and spying and sabotage missions were often given. Every country not wanting a war, fearing the worst. A world war between the nations. Every Kage was feeling the pressure and for the first time in history a Kage meeting was called in. In the Country of Steel the five Kage's sat down to discuss the future of the villages and the world. The current Hokage Shodaime (the first hokage) Hyuuga Horou and the current Mizukage Jubei Yamazaki started to argue about the rules mist had to follow in fire waters and things got ugly (so to say). This created a domino effect and the other Kage's started quarreling about their position and claims to do in this world. Mist demanded full ownership and command of all the waters in the world, rock demanded sand's land, claiming that it was once theirs, lightning wanted the already leaf occupied grass land and threatened to wage war. In the end every village left the room unhappy and ready for battle. Enough was said, the moment of the showdown had arrived. The first shinobi war was waged. The first shinobi war lasted for the remaining Kage period, and 23 years later the war ended. The Second Kazekage Hojo Hirusa called the new Kage's to meet and discuss a peace treaty. A peace treaty was made, even though none of the Kage's, excluding the Kazekage, was happy with the war ending without achieving their goals, they still had no option due to lacking the resources and military power to wage a longer war. Peace was once more set. But the tension between the villages never stopped. During this peace period other smaller lands formed villages to protect themselves in case of a new war. The five nations are quick so seize control over them and create "sister-villages". Leaf and Grass, Mist and Snow, Rock and Rain, Lightning and Waterfall. Sand still stands alone.....but for how much longer? Today, 7 years after their last meeting. The tension is worse than ever, every nation fearing the start of a new war makes every Kage feel paranoia. The order stands clear. "Don't trust any other shinobi nation than your own". Politics and relationships between the villages today: Today every village is on high alert, no trust is to be found between the different alliances and its kind of like a global "Cold-war". And every shinobi current in another country can be brought in to interrogation by shinobi of the current land they stand in. If inside a non allied village your most likely to get jailed and questioned by ANBU. The villages and Kage's who run it takes it very seriously.

Kaguya, Shiki. Deemed to provide the clan with a fresh slate and proud reputation, in life there are winners and losers. Shiki is one of the few outcasts of his own family that was rejected and neglected. His mother, died at child-birth. His father took him under his wing and proceeded to teach him the ways of how to master his bloodline. Shiki, ever since he was little; had loved nature, animals and of course- Flowers the most. This lead to a soft and gentle demeanor on his part that inevitably also lead to his rejection inside the clan. He refused to kill a genin during the Academy Exams, This was not only a act of disgust and sign of weakness. But neither could finish each other off; simple kunai and blades followed by standard D-Ranks and his unsurpassed endurance allowed him to live; he was assigned to a harsh jounin, spending days at a time..even during the cold hard rainy nights with his head held low on a whipping post. His life was neither fun nor something he would wish to remember ever again. He spent the first 3 years as a Genin while others moved ahead simply because he refused to fight or so any sign of coldness inside him. In sense, Shiki preferred to only take a hit; something he could do- Even still this did not help with changing and breaking him from his personality and fondness of things, he never developed hate for others either. He was a gentle soul in all points, the jounin assigned to him was constantly embarrassed at points to where he finally snapped and had enough; he took the kaguya next month and got a deal into Steel for selling him into slavery, if he could not be a warrior; something of birth that he was to be..he would be a lowly slave.
Shikotsumyaku (屍骨脈; Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse") is the Kekkei Genkai of the extinct Kaguya clan, which gave them the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure. By infusing their calcium with chakra, they can manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their likings. The ability seems to be rare amongst the clan members The main capabilities of Shikotsumyaku is allowing the user to manipulate their bones' growth. This allows them to create weapons of bones that can either protrude from any part of the body, or pulled out and used like hand held weapons. They can even fire pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles. Any bone that they remove from the body immediately regenerates, as does the skin that is damaged when the bones are removed. Users can increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes their bodies virtually indestructible.
Shikotsumyaku Pvp rules:
Kaguya bodies are extremely durable and strong. Level 15+: +10 HP, and +1 to DEX rolls Level 25+: +15 HP, and +2 to DEX rolls Level 35+: +20 HP, and +3 to DEX rolls, +1 to Shikotsumyaku techniques.
By using the Shikotsumyaku the Kaguya can create bone weapons that are harder then steel. Level 15+: CP Cost: 5, Weapon damage: 1d10, reduced penalty to -1 to attack roll, -2 if dual wield, Off hand: 1d8 Level 25+: CP Cost: 5, Weapon damage: 2d8, no penalty to hit, -2 if dual wielding, Off hand: 1d10 Level 35+: CP cost: 5, Weapon Damage: 2d10, no penalty to hit, -2 if dual wielding, Off hand: 2d8
The Shikotsumyaku makes the kaguya almost indestructible.
Level 15+: DR3 against Taijutsu/Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu Level 25+: DR6 against Taijutsu/Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu Level 35+: DR9 against Taijutsu/Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu Note: Some jutsu have DR pierce.
Bone Release: The Kaguya can increase their bone density to the point where they are stronger than steel. Because of this certain "stun" effects may be removed by simply growing bones to shatter the bindings. At the cost of 3cp the Kaguya may use a free action to grow bones and remove a few physical based stuns. These include Ninja Wire, Earth Decapitation Technique, Swamp of the Underworld and Earth Prison.
Regeneration: The Kaguya can regenerate bones and even skin, making them able to regrow limbs and regenerate damage taken. A kaguya can spend one round regenerating. Level 15+: Regenerates 1d10. Level 25+: Regenerates 2d8 Level 35+: regenerates 2d10
Regenerating cost 8 cp. Also note that there is no crit on regeneration.
Kaguya Hijutsu:
Custom Dances: As the Kaguya masters their bloodline they develop their own unique dances. Level 15+: Ichi Odori: Shimaru Bara - First Dance, Closed Rose. Jutsu Type: Defensive. Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: Shiki's bone moves about his outer-skin into full-plate light armor allowing him more resistance towards attacks most nature as he moves into a dance around them as-well; bones protruding from his body with sharpened grace and elegant movement that makes his actions completely off-guard. Teshi Sengan (Ten Finger Bullets) Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: N/A Cp: 5 Description: The Kaguya fires his fingertip bones at an opponent like bullets. Since they have regenerative bones, the rate of fire from their arsenal can become limitless. The skin the bullets tear through to fire is also healed by the end of the technique. PvP Effect: The Kaguya rolls DEX twice, one per hand. Each roll does damage depending on rank. Level 15+: 1d6+2 Level 25+: 1d8+2 Level 35+: 1d10+2
