Appearance: Kairayou is a shinobi of Suna, who wears his forehead protector over his left bicep. He is dressed in a simple silver tunic, with golden embroidery. Often can be seen in a different outfit, seeming to have a great sense of style, and takes pride in that fact. His silver hair flows perfectly through the breeze, as it often partially covers up his shimmering violet purple eyes. At his side, is his ninja tool bag. It does not seem to be used very often, as the leather remains in perfect condition.

RPly, Reflective eyes which are uncontrollable by the will of the Hojo. They work in similar function as "mood rings" capable of changing color to depict the Hojo's mood, and has an ability that activates unconsciously to visually reflect a Dojutsu and suppress it.
Lvl 15: WIS + 0 Vs WIS, If Successful Negate Activation of a Dojutsu for 1 Round.
Lvl 25: WIS + 1 Vs WIS, If Successful negate activation of a Dojutsu for 2d4 Rounds.
Lvl 35: WIS + 2 Vs WIS, If Successful negate activation of a Dojutsu for entire of Battle.
[Reflective Gaze]
RPly, Hojo are capable of using the reflections cast by their Mirror eyes to cast illusions. Its a taxing action and can't be used so often but can turn the tide of a battle.
3 Cp + Dojutsu Cost) Perform a Dojutsu as a free action, Cooldown 3 Rounds.
