Personality: Hyobe is, in a word, serious. His unique sense of humor doesn't stop him from taking everything he does as something that must be done with excellence-though he isn't as obsessive as a perfectionist, he believes that if nothing becomes better (or worse) from one's actions they are only a waste. He is rather blunt when he speaks usually, though experience has given him the ability to use flowery language when he has to.
Hyobe is fiercely determined to the point of being stubborn, and sometimes even suicidal, especially when his friends or family are involved.
Fighting Style: Hyobe is skilled in Taijutsu, specializing in the quick and efficient use of his tools. He is also skilled in Ninjutsu, with some skill in Genjutsu. In either case they are only used to supplement his Taijutsu skill. Aside from that, he is known to set traps and (usually dirty) tactics.

Arashi Buzako Kaitou Tatsujinten
(Arashi Clan Ceremonial Blade: Master's Sword)
The Arashi clan blades are made of metals that easily allow chakra flow, making their jutsu easier. This technique is fiercely guarded, to the point that every weapon has a sealing jutsu inside the blade itself-if it is broken, the blade disintegrates. Days and sometimes even months of effort are poured over master's blades, making each of them a flawless treasure. Each blade is made specifically to match it's wielder's preferred style-paired blades are lighter and better balanced, for example. Hyobe's blade, unlike the usual gilded blade, is inlaid with dark steel to represent his heritage and how he was adopted, not born, into the clan.
DF: The wielder may make two attacks, each attack dealing standard rank damage, whenever he attacks in melee with this blade. In addition, weapon penalties do not apply to an Arashi wielding this sword. The user gains a +2 to hit while attacking with this sword.

He keeps his eyes covered with a pair of specially designed contact lenses, which as a side effect make his eyes look gray instead of their normal color.
Kikanaisei (Mirror of Introspection) The Kikanaisei are a pair of contact lenses, which were built with a powerful reflective sealing jutsu inside them. The seals use the chakra of the one who wears them to hide themselves from chakra sight (and normal vision). The seals trigger when one makes eye contact with them, internalizing a genjutsu and reflecting it back on the user. PvP: At the start of a fight, Hyobe commits 10 CP to the jutsu, effectively lowering his CP pool by 10. These activate the first time a doujutsu genjutsu is used on him. Instead of hitting Hyobe, the doujutsu genjutsu instead hits the user of the genjutsu, causing them to suffer all effects of the genjutsu. Afterward, Hyobe spends the 10 he commited CP AND the rest of the cost of the genjutsu, and stops commiting the CP to this technique. If Hyobe cannot pay the CP, the genjutsu is reflected and he is KOed. This may only happen once per fight. Hyobe pays all other costs payed to use the jutsu that he reflects, including but not limited to HP costs, penalties to rolls and blind points.
He also created a pair of specially designed gloves that allow him to fight at a distance using iron wire, greatly enhancing his taijutsu, though he usually does not wear them anymore.
Abilities: Hyobe is an adopted member of the Arashi clan, and one of the members of the clan's Council of Five, a position granted only to the most skilled of the clan's sword masters. Through inventive use of sealing jutsu, he has gained the ability to slip into shadows and keep his chakra signature sealed away from all but the most keen eyes, and gain eyes keen enough to see chakra-though not well enough to recognize chakra signatures, it can be used to track people easily.
Among the Arashi clan, there are those known as the Hayakoshouku, the Swift Walkers, whom are complete masters of the clan's arts. Hyobe is one of them. His masterfully aimed attacks cut through the most thick defenses, and watching his swordsmanship is like watching an elegant dancer-that is, if you can even follow it.
[Dance of Blades]: Costs 5 CP + 2/round to maintain. User’s Taijutsu/Kenjutsu attacks are now considered to be Wind jutsu, in addition the user deals extra damage with these attacks as per the STR bonus damage chart but calculated with their DEX mod.
[Hypersonic Movement]: Costs 8 CP. An expansion of Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Jutsu). The user gains +3 to their next DEX-based roll. If it is a dodge roll, the user may dodge undodgeable attacks at no penalty.
Fuinjutsu: Master's Seal of Shadows Description: This seal was invented by Hyobe Arashi, designed for top-priority missions. Like the Seal of Shadows, it conceals the user's chakra signature by absorbing chakra and using it to hide the chakra circulatory system from sight. It also allows the user to seal himself in a shadow, but far more rapidly and with no loss in the efficiency of the seal. PvP: +20 to Hide and Move Silently checks. This seal makes the user immune to automatic detection via chakra sight, Inuzuka scent, etc. For 5 CP, the user may add an additional +10 (Making a Total of +30) to their Hide/Move Silently roll. Once per fight, the user may spend 5 CP to take an additional action; this may ONLY be done in a turn when the user has previously succeeded a Hide/Move Silently check. (Cannot be done in the same turn, if the user chooses to add an additional +10 Hide/MS to the +20)
Fuinjutsu: Master's Eyes of the Hunter Description: Common amongst ANBU captains, this Fuinjutsu works like the Eyes of the Hunter, but enhance the user's vision further and demands less chakra. In addition, the Master's Eyes can also give a very limited form of chakra-based detection, allowing the user to track people over long distances. PvP: For 4 CP + 2 CP/ round, the user gains an additional +20 to Spot rolls and may roll Spot to detect a living being that is currently hidden (regardless of whether or not it could normally be spotted) and this may only be done on the users turn. In addition, the user may roll their WIS vs. [the stat the target used to learn/use the appropriate jutsu] to see through clone techniques, Henge, etc. with a +5 to the check.

Unknown to most is that through use of knowledge stolen from the Kazuhiko clan's most powerful time-altering jutsu and his own inventiveness, Hyobe has placed a seal underneath his skin which makes him almost immortal.
Jikishoueiei (Forever Before One's Time)
Invented by Hyobe Arashi, this cursed seal is considered by some to be the pinnacle of "curses" which grants the marked eternal life. Their body does not age, and changes to the body rapidly return to the point that the body was sealed at-wounds begin to close themselves, diseases refuse to incubate, etc. The seal isn't powerful enough to stop one from being killed, but unless that happens, their life will not end from natural causes. Significant damage, such as cellular degeneration caused from opening Gates, takes upwards of thousands of years to heal by this seal's effects.
When enough chakra is put into it, the seal reverses time's effects on the user, turning them back in time by several years. This is extremely dangerous because the more chakra that is focused into the body, the younger it becomes. While dangerous, it offers Hyobe a rare chance to fight with the skill of age, and the body of youth.
PvP: Passively regenerates 2 HP per round, and reduces the duration of negative effects placed on Hyobe by 1 round. (Genjutsu / Stuns / Penalties / DoT. Min. 1)
By paying 10 CP and then 3 per round, the user replaces the above benefits with 4 HP regen a round, a 2 round reduction of negative effects placed on the user (minimum 1 round), and a +3 bonus to attack, defense and damage rolls. This bonus counts as having come from a jutsu and does not stack with other jutsu that offer similar bonuses to rolls. Kinjutsu: Shibaru Senreihan (Forbidden Art: Perfectly Bound Soul Seal) Type: Ninjutsu [Fuinjutsu] Rank: S+ Cost: 30 CP, special (see description) Description: This forbidden jutsu seals a person's soul within an object, tying their fate to it. To complete the seal, this jutsu requires the use of the target's blood or some sort of way to tie the seal specifically to the target, such as hair, something incredibly important to the person, etc. The victim's current form must then be destroyed to the point it would be "killed." When it is, the seal flows with horrible, sickening red chakra and the target's soul is pulled into the sealed object (or person) irreversibly. Their fate is then tied to their new form, for better or for worse, and unless the new form prevents it, the soul will move into the afterlife when it's new host is destroyed. PvP: CAN NOT BE USED IN PVP SITUATIONS, Must be used After a Battle. Allows for the killing of otherwise immortal targets. May not be used on PCs without DM and the PC's permission. Target is considered "killed" when put to 0 HP or lower from an attack.

DF: The user makes an unblockable attack with their WIS, alternatively they can make a normal attack with his STR/DEX. There is no damage when the target is hit with this jutsu. However, the next time the target is hit than this jutsu deals double the target's DR in lightning damage before damage is calculated. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. -Raiton: Akushitsu Raihana no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Vicious Lightning Blossom Jutsu) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Cost: 20 + 3 CP Maintenance Description: The user creates a massive ball of unstable electricity in his palm, and introduces it into his opponent's body. The sphere feeds off of the opponent's chakra, and lets out a massive surge of electricity whenever jarred by a strong attack. PvP: The user attacks with either their physical attack stat (usually STR/DEX) or their WIS; if they attack with WIS, this attack + 4 Vs Block. On a hit, this does no damage but applies the Viscious Lightning Blossom effect on the enemy. For 1d4+1 (max 4) rounds, whenever the target is hit by a damaging attack, the attack does double the target's DR in bonus damage.

-Chidori Tsume (Chidori Talon) Type: Taijutsu [Raiton] Rank: A Cost: 14 +5 HP Description: A variant on the famous jutsu Chidori invented by Hyobe Arashi. The jutsu involves shaping the chakra similar to Chidori but backwards over one's hand and striking a target with it repeatedly. This jutsu is incredibly dangerous to learn and use properly and is not permitted to be taught to anyone under Jounin rank. PvP: RTD+2d10+ninjutsu bonus damage from WIS. Pierces 4 DR. Unblockable. Special: Must be learned with the student's Ninjutsu stat, despite using a Taijutsu stat to attack.
-Five Point Imploding Heart Strike Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Rank: S Cp: 18 Description: The user strikes five of their targets pressure points, this temporarily stops the heart and causes immense strain to the circulatory system. PvP: Unarmed Rank DMG + 3d8+3 DMG + (- 3) ATK / DEF for 3 Rounds.

3. Gate of Life (Seimon) located on the spinal cord. Releases the limit on the nervous system allowing information to travel at a much faster rate. A side effect is the users skin would turn red. + 4 Dex + 4 Str + 10 Hp + 2 Dr + 3 Dmg to any taijutsu Attack + 5 Genjutsu Defense +15 Cp Usable only for 1d8 rounds. To continue you must open the next gate or the effect ends immediately. This does 1d6 damage each round for as long as this gate is open.
4. Gate of Pain (Shomon), located on the spinal cord. Increases the user's speed and power. Will cause muscles tissue to tear on use. This will also couse his chakra to burst and flow around his body nullifying most genjutsu. + 5 Dex + 5 Str + 10 Hp + 3 Dr + 3 Dmg to any taijutsu Attack + 1 extra actions + Genjutsu immunity vs D,C and B rank +4 vs A and S ranks +20 Cp Usable only for 1d8 rounds. -Disarming Strike Justsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank C Cp: 5 Description: The user would make attack using the side of their weapon to force their target to drop any weapon they may be holding. PvP Effect: No weapon damage, The target makes a STR/DEX roll against the attack or is disarmed for 1d4 rounds, then they may reclaim their weapon as a free action.
-Sting of the Desert Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5+1(If Dual Wielding) Description: The attacker moves forward, dashing to the sides in a quick flurry, sending their blades into the bodies of the target, shifting the blade in their wrist ever so slightly, to cause some minor internal bleeding, making the target take more damage as the battle goes on. PvP Effect: Weapon Damage + 1d4 more damage over 1d4 rounds
-Riposte Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu (DEX / STR) Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: User sends a swift strike at an enemy target sometime during a block, that isnt noticeable until they realized they been hit - normally it is the gliding of a blade, or dislocation from a blunt counter-assault. PvP: Used as a free action after a successful Block via weapon Vs Tai / Ken ATKs, deal 2d6 DMG. (DMG Bonus not applied)
-Sands of Time Jutsu Type: Kenjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8+2(if dual wielding) Description: The attacker slides forward in an odd style, their movements are very hard to read, almost as if time is slowing in itself. Because of this style its hard react in time in order to defend and attack appropriately. As the user gets into attack range, they cut at the knees of the target, weakening their react time and movement ability while the wounds are fresh. PvP Effect: Weapon Damage + 1d6 + target gets -2 for 1d4-1 rounds to all rolls.
-Hissatsu: Kirissei no Jutsu (Certain Kill: Thousand Cuts Technique) Type: Kenjutsu Cost: 20 +6 if dual-wielding Description: The user moves faster than sound, approaching speeds of Mach 5 and up, and surrounds his target, cutting everywhere exposed all at once. The sheer speed of the technique overwhelms any defenses, making this truly a certain kill. PvP: The user must know and use Supersonic Movement, the 5th gate and up, or Swift Release to use this technique. Make a kenjutsu attack that cannot be countered with +3 to hit against blocking or dodging opponents; unless they know and use Supersonic Movement, the 5th gate and up, or Swift Release: Mark of the Hunter. This does Rank weapon damage +3d8 on a hit. If the target is at 1/3 of their total HP BEFORE damage is done by this technique, this technique bypasses all DR, no matter the source.
