Presenting Problem: Poisoned Kunai up his Posterior
Coming in screaming and wallowing in pain, his Akimichi companion smashed him in the head to knock him out. Attempts to purge the poison failed, on the first several attempts, doctor was unavailable.
I removed a portion of his posterior in order to avoid the spread of poison. Waking up he filed a complaint about being a "half ###" now and an "abomination" and on and on about how dishonorable the treatment was. He is alive now, and seeking additional medical care for his condition.

Presenting Problem: Diabieties
Continued, operation on the neuropathy of his feet and hands. Nerve damage, combined with constant training, have left his limbs in a state of multiple fractures, this is before missions taken into account. Bones were mended, rebroken, reset. Patient requested numerous military rations/chakra pills, suggesting a problem with addiction. Hinka Asua obliged his request towards the end.
Patients condition seems entirely out of control, he didn't stop eating the entire time he was being worked on, and isn't doing anything to manage his diet. When asked he only would say "I shall die how I lived.". Recommend serious therapy.
Several fingers on his left hand are showing signs of rot, my require amputation in several months time.

Presenting Problem: Missing ****
Had an argument with his wife or some such, woke up with his **** missing, blood everywhere. He had his **** in a bag, I was obliged to reattach it. His **** seems to be functioning normally. I recommend immediate divorce, and possible assault charges against his wife be filed.
Patient was extremely greatful, use of Yumi's Restoration of the Bonds of Flesh jutsu, was successful in this instance. Patient requests this incident not be investigated further.

Presenting Problem: Scurvy
Reoccurring problem, during his long voyages and missions. Treated dental damage, and anemia, with standard medical ninjutsu, drained built up bodily poisons with purge. Put him on a diet consisting mostly of fruit.
Special Note: Patient didn't pay for medical treatment, ran off like a scallywag. Highly recommend he be beaten up in an alley and his due ryo taken. I'll treat him at dinner after.

Presenting Problem: Mobility Issues, Chakra Issues
Patient presents with long term difficulties after getting hit with a cannonball due to lingering bone and muscle damage. Jutsu doesn't presently exist to help with the problem, and will have to be created. (Lines describing how someone takes -1d4 to defending against AOE and nothing else from being hit by a cannonball are here in medically accurate detail) lightning issue seems unrelated, examination revealed no link, will require more testing over time.
No treatment exists to tend to this problem, therefore I intend to create one. He has apparently been to see many others in the medical profession however with no hope given.

Notes: Arm was in good condition. First tests seem hopeful. Reactivate muscles with acupuncture in next 24 hours. Warned patient about itching, offered him sedatives for sleeping. Sling recommended.
Full physical recovery assumed in less than 3 days.
