The Hyoutan Creation is an Advanced bloodline derived from the Water Country that grants the user the ability to manifest and create ice with little to no water. Members of this clan were scattered after a Civil war in the Water Country led to both sides seeking those of this particular bloodline and the escalation led to major collateral damage. As a result, the remaining members of this bloodline fled or hid their true nature.

Calypso spent most of her day in steel country today. It was pretty quiet, save for all the talking that people were doing. I met up with Akira again today and we talked more.. but.. I also gave up a bit too much information about myself. I need to be more careful. In training, my partner lost control of his demonic bloodline.. and I had to bring him in check.. Luckily, I managed to do it without the third's help.. Maybe my training is paying off. I've also set my eyes on a sword that seemingly bears a relation to me.. supposedly it's possessed by a member of a storm clan.. Once I come into my right as the goddess, I doubt that the blade will refuse me. That's pretty much it for today.. until next time. ~ I.C.Y.
[One Handed Handseals:] All Hyoutans have a unique, genetic ambidextrous attribute which allow them to perform hand seals with a single hand. This grants them a +1 to WIS rolls. Also due to this certain movement preventing jutsu do not have any effect on the Hyoutans ability to function and respond with jutsu. (See Special List in Jutsu thread.)
[Elemental Mastery:] Each Hyoutan starts with the Fuuton(Wind) and Suiton(Water) Elements which create Hyoutan(Ice). They cannot gain any additional Elements.
They are skilled in the use of their Ice Element and gain a bonus to rolls in those jutsu. Level 15+: +0 to Ice/Snow Jutsu rolls. Level 25+: +1 to Ice/Snow Jutsu rolls. Level 35+: +2 to Ice/Snow Jutsu rolls.

Hyoutan Creation

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Cp: 3 Description: The most basic jutsu of the Hyoutan Bloodline, this technique allows the user to manipulate ice seemingly out of thin air to create small to medium sized objects to strike an opponent with. PvP Effect: Creates a small or medium object (Such as a Spike, or a Ball of Ice) that is projected towards the opponent that deals 2d4+2 damage.
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Cp: 5 Description: After performing the required handseals, the Hyoutan causes the ground to freeze over within a large scale area until it is coated with a four inch thick chakra coated sheen of ice. Due to the slipperiness of the ice, opponents find themselves occasionally losing their balance of overshooting their intended mark when attacking. PvP Effect: -3 to Dodging and Taijutsu based attacks for 1d4 rounds. Opponents may spend a round to perform a C rank or higher Fire Jutsu to melt the ice. Upon doing so, the ground is saturated with water. Although this leaves the ground wet and moist, it is not enough water to be considered a "water source" for water jutsu.
Snow Flash Swallows (Learned 4/30/11)

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The user will create snow swallows which they can launch at their opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. A sufficiently hot enough counter can melt the ice swallows. PVP Effect: +2 VS Dodge, does 2d8 damage.
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: The User holds a hand out, fingers extended, performing two hand seals with the opposite hand. Upon completion the users hand is encased in Ice, which slowly extends and forms into a sleek, frozen blade. When used in a successful attack, the blade releases from the Hyoutans hand, remaining inside the target, allowing for a quick thrusting attack. PvP Effect: Deals 5d6 in a single attack, Can be rolled with wisdom but then STR damage doesn't apply. Once hit the target rolls 1d6. 1-2: Frozen Solid. (1 round stun) 3-4: Nothing happends. 5-6: They are able to take advantage of the close quaters and gain +2 to their next attack
Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors (Learned 4/24/11)

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 + 2 per round maintained Description: Forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors in a 360 degree radius around the target preventing any form of escape. The Hyoutan then places him or herself inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, the Hyoutan can then use the mirror reflections to confuse his or her target. Utilizing the reflections, the Hyoutan can then almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, the target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this, he or she can then unleash numerous needles into his opponent with little difficulty. Using this technique for long periods of time however, will quickly use up the Hyoutans chakra. PvP Effect: -Traps the Opponent in a ring of mirrors making it impossible to escape or flee, -The attacker gains + 4 to any attacks on the person while trapped. -In addition, the targets take -4 to attack rolls -The duration of up to 1d6+1 rounds or until the user runs out of chakra. -To attempt to break the mirrors, the opponent must roll a Strength Check versus the Hyoutans Wisdom roll. Attacking from the outside grants you +5 -This is considered an AOE as long as the targets are near each other. -The Hyoutan is only able to attack with ranged or melee weapons or taijutsu, With the exception of jutsu that say they can be used in conjunction.
